Well if you want to raise the chances of getting these you need to have slow and aura magic, as well as some good luck. Get into to a battle cast slow on the enemy and aura on Selphie, then get her slot magic going and just keep clicking retry until you get a choice of magic which is unlike all other types of magic and use it. I don't know if is really a trick but I guess it could be a tip if you are ever having a tough battle and think that a quick win by Selphie is your best plan
