Rules and Offenses
Minor Offenses
Breaking the following rules repeatedly will result in a warning level increase of 10%. Otherwise, the post will be appropriately (re)moved and other punishment might be given.

* Unrelated (Off-Topic) Posting:
Any posts that are considered unrelated to the original topic may be moved to a new thread, a more closely related thread, or to the Realm of Spamming.
* Spam Posting:
Any posts that are considered to be "spam" may be removed or moved to the Realm of Spamming. "Spam" is defined as "intentionally posting repeatedly in rapid succession".
* Revealing Custom Quest Information:
Any posts that reveal information about the server's custom quests (unless allowed) will be removed from the forums. Sharing this information publicly is not endorsed by the staff members, although the staff will not act to prevent sharing this information elsewhere. The hints given by the staff team may be posted freely, but anything else will fall under this rule.
* You may not reply to a topic with only ":]" , "Lol" , "Ok", "Yeah" , or anything seriously short at all that doesn't need to be there, you will be warned. Staff are exempt from this rule.
* Spamming is only allowed in the Realm of Spamm whereas the SB is for personal chat like: i encountered a ghosts last night, something exciting. Max posts per day in spamm is 20 for members Staff are exempt from this rule.
Moderate Offenses
Breaking the following rules will result in a warning level increase of 20%

* Trolling:
Trolling is defined as "posting with the intention of inciting a flame or otherwise instigate a user."
* Harassment:
Harassment is defined as "persistently seeking to disturb or disrupt a player's experience on the server." This includes "call out" threads of any sort, as well as using someone's photo without their permission.
Serious Offenses
Breaking the following rules will result in a warning level increase of 30%

* Flaming:
Flaming is defined as "targeting a specific user or group of users with an offensive comment". This includes personally insulting a user or making a racist comment. Note that this includes flaming in reaction to a previous post: regardless of the cause, any violations will be punished accordingly.
Severe Offenses
Breaking the following rules will result in the user's forum account being suspended. Repeat offenses will result in an permanent ban, followed by in-game punishment at staff discretion.

* Trading Accounts/Items for Real Currency:
Any posts that mention account/item trading in real currency will be removed from the forums. Trading items for real currency is not endorsed by the staff members, although the staff will not act to prevent these dealings outside of the server. Your money is your own responsibility; if you do choose to purchase items from other players, please take note that the staff will not take action if you are scammed or cheated in any way.
* Punishment evasion:
Any attempts to bypass a punishment/suspension/warn will result in the account being permanently banned, moving any warning level on that account to the main account, with a 10% increase after being combined. This also applies to those who share accounts, so if you insist on doing it, you do so at your own risk. If someone else breaks the rules and we can't tell who is who, then all related accounts will be punished.
Other

* Inappropriate Content:
Any extremely inappropriate or offensive material (i.e. pornography) will be removed. In some cases, you may post a link and include that it may not be safe for work, but posting the content itself is not acceptable. Depending on the nature of the content, punishment may range from the post being removed to a permanent ban, at the discretion of a moderator.
* General Malicious/Inappropriate behavior:
If the administration feels that a player is demonstrating malicious or inappropriate behavior on the server, then the administration reserves the right to punish the player as they see fit.
* Free Item by Referring Sites:
Posting of commercials like free stuff PSP etc, will result in a warn and if done again a ban. Additional punishment is based on the Admin/Mod whom saw the topic.
Warning Level System/Punishments

* For every warning increase, the user may receive a posting suspension with duration equal to their current warning level divided by 5 in days. To clarify, a warning level of 5% will result in a 1 day posting suspension, 10% will be 2 days for each, and so on.
* While under posting suspension, the user can read the forums but cannot post.
* If the warning level exceeds 100%, the account will be permanently banned if needed.
* Users may see their warning level and reasons through their user profile or any post, users are also able to see other's warning level but unable to see the reasons.
Appealing Punishments

* Users will be allowed to appeal warning levels by posting actively without breaking any rules. They will need to have made at least 100 posts since their last offense, and in addition it must be at least one month since the last offense of any type. They may then contact a moderator to lower their warning level by 5%. Users may not appeal Permanent Moderation status except in the case that the last warning increase was unjustified.
* If you believe you have been punished unfairly by any staff member, you may appeal to the higher staff members to remove the warning level. Regardless whether you agree with the punishment or not, you are expected to serve the punishment. If you choose to make the same post after it is removed or otherwise improperly handle being punished you will be punished again and you will be denied the privilege of making an appeal.
