Lord of the Octoroks, all hail!
|
Name: Octy Age: 12 Gender: Male Race: Octorok Magic Affinities: Forest Water ![]() Equipment: Octoroks do not usually use weapons. Appareance: Octy stands at around two feet tall, which isn't that much actually. He is round-shaped and red, with two small tentacles sprouting from each of his sides. His bright yellow eyes shine like lamps from the front of his body, just above a small circular snout that serves as both his nose and mouth. Backstory: The Kingdom of the Octoroks is much bigger than what the surface swellers imagine, consisting of several hundred tribes scattered across the forests and swamps of of Hyrule. Here, the ancient clans engage in peace and war, generally without notice of outsiders, usually over the matter of who should rule the Kingdom of the Octoroks - after all, this is a realm where the concept of hereditary succession outside the clans is little known, and where the strongest is the one who is destined to rule. Octy was born into one of the great clans, but since childhood, he demonstrated little interest in the dealings within the domains of his kinsmen, instead pursing more scholarly enterprises. He would usually sneak into Hyrule proper, and bring back these strange white and yellow leaves where the surface dwellers would usually inscribe symbols, and over time, he would learn to decipher their contents - they told stories about fantastic places, structures made of stone that would rise tall into the heavens, tribes of surface-dwellers that numbered hundreds of thousands, and ancient dungeons where the mightiest treasures lie dormant. One night, he decided he wanted to travel beyond the Kingdom of the Octoroks, and personally experience all he hard read. Despite the protests from his clansmen, he was decided, and promised he would return with great treasures and powers. |
