1. Highlander Rp: I make it no secret that I love Highlander and someday hope to make an Rp out of it. Sadly I know nobody would join, I wouldn't mod it well, and the storyline and combat would suck considering if its a prequel there wouldn't be tons of battles, and a sequel... well if you ever saw the movie you would know why (not counting the real sequel because those suck)

2. The Tower of Latria: An Rp losely based off of the level in Demon's Souls. The level was basically full of creepy enemies, symbolism, and just had an atmosphere of creepyness around it and I fucking loved it. Sadly this would be a short Rp and would go nowhere really other than me just sorta recreating the level basically with a few twists.

3. Dungeons & Dragons Rp: First of all combat would never work, second of all it would be more trouble than its worth, third of all, nobody likes DnD other than me.

4. Call of Cthulhu: See the Tower of Latria but take out the Tower part and add in Insanity and Cthulhu. This may someday be made, but most likely not.

5. Hitless: More of a character concept, it is based off of a weapon from Demon's Souls and the idea is that the character has 2 katanas. One of which is extremely sharp/powerful but every time you hit, you take damage. The other katana however is dulled and quite weak, but when you hit, you gain life.

Well that's most of them. I'll post more later when I think them up. Leave you comments below.

well, Highlander is a movie but an extremely simple concept, and the rest aren't games but merely blank ideas with small nods to certain games. And DnD is well... DnD lol

I've heard of Highlander. There can only be one.
"My name is Simon. Leader of Team Dai-Gurren: Simon the Digger. If you decide that you're going to be a wall that's standing in my way, then I have something that will open a hole in you every time! And that something... is my DRIIIILLLLL!!!""-Simon, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

"The reputation of Team Gurren echoes far and wide across Giha village! When they talk about its badass leader, that paragon of indomitable spirit and masculinity... they're talkin' about THE MIGHTY KAMINA!!"
"Go beyond the impossible, and kick reason to the curb!" -Kamina, Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann.

Not the tv show really, but the original movie, and yes Highlander is awesome because nothing is cooler than a Highlander running around with katana with memories of Sean Connery telling him how to be awesome with queen in the background while cutting people's heads off followed by a pyrotechnics show that would make Kiss proud.

Alright, so the idea of those I like the most is the Tower of Latria so I'll work on that.

Basic Backstory of the Tower: A long time ago in the world known as Boletaria there was a a problem with a rise in the crime. The problem wasn't that they couldn't suppress the crime, but that they were running out of space to hold the criminals. What was proposed was a sort of Prison/Asylum in the shape of a Tower, instead of a building. No longer would there be time wasted on criminals pleading on insanity or not, they would all merely be lumped into the same tower. However, the tower's conditions were torturous. Everybody put in was treated as if they were insane and put into a number of horrible contraptions such as restraining chairs, iron maiden traps, or if they were lucky and put into chambers with no traps, they were either put into cells with dozens of other people or extremely small cells with no space to move. Soon after the tower was erected a demon invasion occurred and the towers were filled with all of those who opposed the Demon's rule, even the previous Kings of the land. Slowly the Towers devolved to chaos as inmates were able to smuggle in weapons and crafted poisons for them from the limited prison supplies. Soon as the Demons took over more land more towers were needed and built to contain all the people opposing the demons. Although some human outposts were made to hide from the demons, they are slowly being found and the inhabitants put into towers.

Your characters will start in one of these towers and find themselves all fortunate to be in an older cell were you could force the door open. You find yourself with a choice, do you stay in the cell for the rest of your life and live long but suffer, or risk dying a early death in an attempt to escape the tower? The choice is yours (although we all know you're going to pick the latter or else there would be no RP)

So after escaping the tower, the fun starts? Or 'escaping' the tower is where most of the fun will be?

What's the setting (time period, tech and the likes)? Does this involve magic as well?

Escaping the tower is the first "quest". Its basic high fantasy stuff with knights, rogues, and wizards. However, you won't start with your equipment unless your a rogue of some sort and smuggled a small weapon in. There will be a possessions box somewhere however so you would still have to list it on your sheets

I do not want to put a damper on the idea, which i think could be interesting, but we don't want to overload the site with Medvieal/Fantasy, but thats my opinion.

Races:

Human: A fairly young race that have short life spans but are quite courageous and versatile. Can use any class well.

Elf: Long living forest-folk said to be able to live for hundreds of years. They make good rangers, wizards, and druids.

Half-Elves: Taking the best from both races, these half-breeds are quite charismatic and multi-class well.

Dwarves: A short humanoid race who are resistant to magic and are quite strong. Their favored classes are fighters and barbarians but due to their magic resistance, they can't be any magic based class.

Drow: The darker cousins of elves who are cunning and generally evil. Drow are good at being Rogues, Warlocks, and Rangers.

Tieflings: The current invasion of demons isn't the first time the Demons appeared. Tieflings were once human but somewhere in their ancestry a dark pact was made with the demons to grant them more power over demonic magics. Tieflings favored classes are Warlocks, Rogues, and Sorcerers.

Classes:

Fighter: Exceptional martial combatants. They aren't merely brutes as many think, but quite versatile and can use all types of armor from light to heavy, and all martial weapons.

Rogue: Tricky fighters that generally use unfair techniques to grant them the upper hand. They can only use medium and light armor and one handed weapons (although they can still dual-wield)

Wizard: They spend hours in study of the arcane arts and are one of the most powerful classes, however they are brittle. Wizards can't wear any armor and can only use simple weapons. When casting a spell, it must be prepared before being cast. To learn more spells you must find a scroll or other source of magic and spend time writing it in your spellbook.

Sorcerer: Much like the wizards except instead of having to study to understand the arcane, it merely comes to them by sheer willpower. Sorcerers can cast spells spontaneously without preparation, thus allowing faster spells but you can't learn spells by scribing them in a spellbook so you are limited in your number of spells. The same weapon and armor limitations for wizards apply to sorcerers.

Ranger: Masterful archers or dual-weapon wielders. They are also superb at stealth and dealing damage at the same caliber of even sorcerers. Can use only medium and light armor but can use any martial weapon.

Warlock: Similar to Sorcerers that they don't need to study the arcane but instead of arcane magic, Warlocks command darker magic including curses that debuff the enemy and spells that deal a slow death. (Same limitations as wizards and sorcerers)

Cleric: Warriors of their chosen god, Clerics use divine magics to heal and buff their allies and can still defend themselves. Can use medium and light armor and light weapons.

Barbarian: Strong brutes that are able to take hits, move fast, and hit hard. Can use medium and light armor, can use all martial weapons. Barbarians also have rages that give them increased strength and energy but leaves them fatigued.

Paladin: Like fighters but divine based and much more focused on healing and defense of allies. They have some divine abilities like healing and buffing but none are as powerful as the clerics. Can use all armors and all martial weapons.

Druid: Similar to the wizard and cleric but nature based. Can wildshape into an animal. Can use light armor but only natural materials (no metal) and simple weapons but only natural materials.

That's all of the class? When you say multi-class it means that when they master a class and switch to another class, they can carry over the attributes of their previous class?

Well, I'm going to add more classes if this becomes official. Multi class means you get some features of two classes but to a lesser extent. So you could have a fighter that has the ability to cast arcane magic or something like that. Again, I'll explain more if it becomes official

How so? Any race can multi class btw, I just put that there because they do it more often than other races

That one, being able to multiclass more often. At the end of the day, a half elf will have more useful skill than any other race if he is build up properly.
