"Why do you need to go there," Alek asked, glancing at her as he walked over and opened the door. He peered out, checking the hallway before allowing her to exit first.

-

Farron nodded and shook the bag a bit. "Go ahead and check. There are a couple of glazed twists with chocolate in them and I believe maybe a chocolate pastry left. Maybe. That mightn't have made it back," she said with a light smile. "Dig in, traveler. Also.... go for it. Try and kill him. He's like a bloody cockroach... he doesn't die. Trust me. I've tried."

Millicent shrugged, making sure he walked beside her as they headed down the hallway. If there was one habit she was determined to break it was him walking behind her. "I realized I must have lost me bow in the wood or stables...maybe the grounds?" She shook her head with a shrug, "Either way I'd like to replace it before moving in further...."

And the moment that Randon ripped the blanket off of her, the moment that Asta growled like a wild animal and yanked her shoes off and threw them both at Randon with lightening quick reflexes that were way too unnatural for the naturally klutzy girl.

-

Aleron smiled thankfully at Aleron as he took the bag from her to check it. "Ah, that twist should work excellently. You're the best." He flashed a bright smile over at Farron that lit up his eyes before laughing. "Well good, he's going to need that survival skill this morning." He declared before laughing again. "What'd he do to piss you off that bad?" He asked.

Randon covered his face, letting the shoes bounce off his arms and down with a loud thud to the stable floor. Damn it. Missed those. "Who the bloody hell wears shoes te bed?!" He demanded, wondering how the hell she had accuracy. She could barely walk in a straight line without falling! It had to be pure luck. That was all it could be. "I will douse ye in wata if ye keep the snarlin up. Let's go. Be human. Food is waiting dammit."

Alek didn't walk beside her long, falling a step or so behind of sheer habit. "I see. As you wish. I don't see how that would be a problem. Perhaps we could ask the blacksmith to come along to help judge the work and get us a decent price. I don't expect it'll be particularly inexpensive to replace...but we're not going to get you anything less than perfect."

-

"Ah, we've known each other for some time," Farron explained as she took back the bag and rolled it up, intending to give it to the princess and her faithful guard dog if ever they decided to come down from their room. "I just enjoy tormenting him to be honest... he's like the annoying little brother I already have enough of."

Asta suddenly jolted up as she wagged her finger at him. "I said to go alone!! I don't want to go! I want to go and sleep! Don't get snippy with me!" She snapped, obviously very grumpy. It had to be, to date, the most reaction that Randon had got from her to date. "Don't curse at me because ye ah too stubborn to leave me alone and go on already. You don't have te stay here and annoy the ever lovin' cripes outta me!" A bit of an accent poking through in her morning rage that was discernible to place.

-

Aleron smiled with a chuckle and nodded. "Same with Asta sometimes. They just make it so easy, you know?" He asked her as he held the treat in his hand delicately, knowing how important it would be for helping Asta wake up.

Millicent nodded, taking a subtle pause in her step so he could catch up. "I think having Farron along would be a good idea indeed. I don't doubt it will be a hefty price attached but that gown may come in some use after all..." She mused with a simple shrug as they descened down the stairs. She'd managed to get a few of the jewels off of the ridiculous gown she'd worn for her birthday. Her hands were still healing slightly from the process but she'd done it. And, of course, between the money her and Leila packed she'd be good for a while.

Randon blinked, unable to stifle the laugh bubbling up from his chest as she shook a finger in his face. "Well good morn' te ye lass! Welp now that ye ah up we can get going. Shoes ah waiten fer ye at the bottom." He told her simply, unaffected by her cranky ramblings. In fact, he found them highly amusing. This the same girl who he had to coax a conversation from?!

Asta just stared at him before screaming. "EUGH! I HATE YOU!" She declared as she stood up to move down the ladder. She made her way over before pausing, stomping over at Randon and pummeling on his back with her tiny, weak little fists before making her way down the ladder.

Randon just laughed as she attacked him. Well...rough massage was more like it even if a few spots hurt after yesterday. He opted to hop down instead, landing ironically gracefully with a soft thud to the hay strewn floor. "Ye don't hate me. Hate the sun. He's why ye up." He mused simply as they walked out of the stables, hooking his thumbs into the pockets of his trousers.
