Sare nodded with a smile. "I'm happy to see that they are too. Every kid deserves that." She admitted before grinning. "Yes! Sow me my gift!" She exclaimed with a giggle as she followed Nina to the wrapped parcles. She immediately snatched them up and unwrapped them. She grinned madly at the chocolate liquor, and gasped at the arm cuff. "Oh it's beautiful! I love them both!" She told her as she whirled and hugged Nina tightly. "Thank you so much Nina." She thanked her.

"Am I interrupted something?" Devin's voice rang out and Sare pulled back with a grin.

"No! I was just thanking Nina for the amazing gifts! Which I'm sure she picked out all on her own without help from you." She teased.

"Ha-ha." He made a face at her. "I've just come to announce that we're serving dinner. Gwayne wants me to grab you before the food goes cold."

Kyler smiled as Kai leaned into him, kissing the top of her head as he returned to his food. When she spoke up, he chuckled as he shrugged. "Maybe. As long as you don't step on my feet." He winked playfully. "On a more serious note, you know nothing will stop me from getting at least one dance with you." He promised her. "And maybe I can have a dance with a certain miss Lily?" He asked the little girl with a dimpled smile.

Nina laughed, grinning as Sare hugged her, "You're very welcome...." She looked up with a smile as Devin came in, giving him a giggle and a nod as he relayed Gwaynes message. "Okay....yeah wed better go..." she mused, grabbing her fiddle and the bow off the table before walking over to her boy with a smile. "Awww did Gwayne not feed you yet??" She teased, knowing how her uncle was.

Lily giggled with a shy smile, "Okay....but I'm not very good..." she admitted shyly, giggling more as Kai poked her.

"You are so!" She laughed, smiling to herself at Kyler's words. She loved dancing with him...and suddenly she had a picture of him one day dancing with Fiona. Oh man she really was becoming a sap....

Sare just grinned as she hugged her presents to her chest, following Nina and Devin back to the fire where everybody was at. She loved her new gifts and she was happy to hear Nina's good news. She knew the couple must really be happy between this news and the purchase of their new house. It was a good time for them and she couldn't be happier.

Devin grinned as Nina grabbed her fiddle before laughing at her words with a playful pout. "No! Ian and I were getting revenge on Betta and he took her side. We're not allowed to get our food until after everybody else." He explained as he wrapped his arm around her happily, stealing a kiss. Sheperd he loved her so much.

Kyler grinned as Lily agreed. "I can't wait. I'm sure you're an amazing dancer." He assured the little girl. Ever since meeting Kai, he was very grateful of all of the dancing lessons Sare had dragged him and other members of the pack to. They were really coming in handy now. And it kept him from embarrassing himself at least.

Nina giggled with a small grin, leaning against him as they walked. "Girls shall always be the protected." She mused, tucking her fiddle under her arm as she walked with him. The short conversation with Sare about kids had sent her mind spinning and now she couldn't stop. The best part? Her and Kai's family would finally be connected by blood. It never mattered that Kai wasn't biologically sisters but it was definitely an added bonus. Maybe she'd bring up everything to Devin that night....it was so weird to be thinking of all of this when they'd just met a few months ago and were no closer to marriage than they had been then. She smiled at her Uncle who was off playing with her brothers before leading Devin over to the food. He would notice she picked more meat and things that were more filling like the creamy sauces. She was happy and finally feeling better. Nothing could make that better.

Lily giggled with a smile, "Have you guys been practicing?" She asked curiously, taking a bite of her dinner roll. "You know...for your first dance? I know Cristol has been making Sheng practice a lot!"

Kai laughed a bit, "When I can move freely then we'll practice Lilypad...." she assured the young girl, looking to Kyler then with a small shrug. "Its not overly hard to learn...." she added, but she was lying out her ass. Something he was probably the only one aside from Bryce or Sare could detect. It was scary at how easily lying was to her sometimes. The dance he'd have to learn was actually rather complex and involved....it was just something everyone learned during lessons. She mentally laughed at Devin trying to learn the Brann one. Oh that poor wolf....

Devin just mada a face at her, not bothering to argue. He followed her to the food, happy and in the best mood he had been in a while. Everything was finally going good. It couldn't get any better than this. He noticed the extra helping of meat on his girl's plate and smiled. "Hungry?" He asked teasingly as he piled his own plate high.

Kyler chuckled as Lily asked about the dance. He kept hearing about it and wondered how difficult it was. He looked over as Kai spoke up before raising his eyeborw. Yea, easy his ass. She was lying through her teeth but it was okay. He at least wasn't born with two left feet like his cousin. He sort of felt bad for Devin. Then he changed his mind and felt bad for Nina instead. That poor girl, she was going to have a lot of practices ahead. He hoped she wore steel toed boots.

Nina smiled shyly with a nod, "Yeah....I'm finally hungry again..." she admitted, handing him a glass of whiskey but took water for herself. That guilt hadn't quite left her yet...She stole a quick kiss because she could before leading him over to where the others were around the fire chatting among themselves. She smiled with a small laugh as Lily rushed over, "Yes Lil?"

"Nena told me to give you these. Are you sure you feel good enough? I mean...you don't..." she rambled a bit as Nina took the multiple bracelets from the girl and the softly jingling anklets. She set them aside and took her young cousin's hands in her own.

"Sassi I don't think you're worried about me as much as you think. I'm fine to do this but if you don't want to--"

"No!...I mean....yes I want to but..." Lily shifted a little, her skirt swishing around her. "What if I no do good?" She asked, obviously the more nervous she got the worse her English got as well. It was a concern, Nina knew, that Iggy had.

"You're going to do very well." Nina promised, giving her a gentle smile. "If you mess up don't worry. If you really wish to do this you just have to be calm and focus. Its your family all around you and we love you no matter what happens...." Kai was idly watching Nina and Lily with a faint smile. She was so happy Nina was cleared that morning. Unlike herself, Kai saw Nina as the natural mothering type. The one who would make the transition easily.....

"I'm glad to see it." Devin told her honestly, smiling as she stole a kiss before following her over to where the others were seated and busy eating. He sat down, eating a bite of his food happily when Lily came over. He smiled at the little girl as he listened to the conversation she held with Nina. He didn't say anything as they went on, but he was curious. Would they be doing a little dance then? Lily was obviously nervous about something.

Nina smiled as she got a small smile out of Lily, the young girl looking to Devin then. "Are you gonna dance with Nina??" She asked sweetly, twisting back and forth a bit as Nina laughed a little.

"Ummm....well I hope he does..." Nina mused, trying to figure out how to say Devin wasn't a good dancer without being rude.

Lily furrowed her brows a bit, "You no dance?" She asked him, tilting her head a bit curiously. "Why not? Nina is an awesome dancer!! Did you dance at Solstice?...." the whole concept seemed to confuse her, mainly because the men in her life had always been good sports about dancing with her.

Devin laughed as he shot them a grin. He knew he was a terrible dancer, and had accepted the fact a long time ago. He would always be cursed with two left feet; it was the bane of his existance. He no longer got upset over it, however, and had learned to accept it. "I would love to dance with her Lily, but I shouldn't. I am a horrible dancer and I would bruise up those pretty little feet of hers from stepping on them too much." He explained.

Lily nodded a bit as he explained, "But the more you practice the better you get! Right Nina?"

Nina giggled, taking a moment to swallow her food before nodding. "Right Sassi...that's why you've practiced lots right?"

Lily nodded with a smile, "Yep! Well...without the bells and stuff....that would've woken daddy up." She shrugged before smiling again, "Are you gonna have te practice alot for hidret?" She asked curiously and Nina nearly choked on her meatball. Oh she'd kinda forgotten that part of the wedding. Oh man.....
