Devin seemed to breathe a little easier now, and when Kora and Nina entered the room a smile lit up his face as he caught sight of Nina. He took his own cup of tea with thanks as he sipped delicately at it. He usually didn't drink tea. Thought it was gross, but he did find some tea to be decent every now and then. He smiled back at Kora with a nod. "From the stories that Serephina used to tell us about their adventures, I would have to agree. However, fate often has a different plan in store for us then we often choose for ourselves." He pointed out. Sare laughed, seeming to brighten up more and more as he kissed her. She loved his kisses. They always made her feel better. "And I can't wait until you can." She told him as she stole her own kiss. She leaned into him as they walked, but she seemed to be doing much better and could walk on her own if she wanted. When he asked about the kids, she smiled. "They're in one of the living rooms. The larger one downstairs that's connected to the nursery." She told him as she headed towards the stairs with him. ((Ahh, gotchya! Okay, that makes sense! :D)) |

Kora laughed softly with a nod, "Indeed...." she gave her husband a knowing look as he madw a made a face at her. Nina giggled softly, knowing the story of how the two came to be. Much like Devin, her father had to ask several times before she'd acknowledge his request, and several more times before she agreed to wed. After all, her grandfather had humored him in giving permission to ask....it kind of backfired on his end when Kora finally agreed. After all, who thought the stubborn eldest child of the royal family would truly fall for the soldier? "As for Serephina how is the girl doing? I suspect she is coming with Iggy later on, yes?" Since Iggy was practically her son she had been very disappointed in only being able to meet her briefly at Solstice. She really wanted to know more about the young woman who stole his heart and would be helping to raise her grandniece and grandnephew. Nina nodded, "Yeah...they have a surprise too..." she added, her grin widening a little as she saw the wheels turning in her mother's head. Iggy nodded as he led her down to where they'd been on child duty the day before. He walked in with a small grin, "I have a delivery for one Mr. Erik from a Miss Nina!" He called out since he didn't see the young boy right away. Obviously the nap had done him some good as well. |

Devin chuckled as he watched her parents before looking back to Nina with a smile. He had always thought that he would always pine after Sare his whole life. Some pathetic way to live wanting a girl he could never have. Then Nina stepped into his life and it was like Sare didn't even exist anymore. He didn't even know how he could have confused what he felt for the wolf girl as real love considering how he felt for his girl right now. There was no comparison. When Kora asked about Serephina, he had the same grin on his face that Nina had. "It's a good surprise though, before you get worried." He added on. As soon as they opened the door and Iggy spoke out, about a dozen or so pairs of eyes landed them. Watching over the children was Suni and Cael, the new fifths of the pack. Cael was sitting in the corner, arms crossed over his chest as he kept an eye on them. Suni was sitting in the middle of the floor with a circle of children around her playing duck duck goose. The TV was going, playing the Disney movie 'Mulan'. There were over a dozen kids in the room ranging from the age of 9 months like the twins to 13. "Yay! Nina wrote me a letter!" Erik's voice rang out as he popped up from where he was colouring with another kid. His father appeared from nowhere to help him walk over as a pair of wolf pups came dashing out of the nursery. Apparently, Erik wasn't the only one excited to seem them. They were still a little young and didn't quite know how to brake yet. Before he knew it, a chubby wolf pup came rolling and colliding into his legs. Elysia stumbled back as she sneezed and shook her head. She looked up at him with a lupine grin as she began to cry and whine so he would pick her up. Her brother wasn't far behind her as he tumbled into his sisters back. He growled as he walked backwards before trotting over to Sare. Growling, he tugged on her pant leg playfully as his tail wagged. Sare laughed as she leaned down and scooped him up into her arms and placed many kisses on his head. He made a face as he tried to squirm away from her kisses, which only made her laugh more. Erik had arrived by then with a bright smile on his face. "I can't believe she wrote me back already! What did she say! Can I have it?! I knew she loved me mostest!" He rambled excitedly as he stopped in front of Iggy, mindful of Elysia on the floor. |

Kora looked between the two of them, "You're really not going to tell me you little brats, are you?" She sighed with a laugh as Nina shook her head. "Nope! Mum, this is one thing you'll just have to wait for...." She told her with a small laugh. She knew her mother was going to flip. In the good way, of course. Iggy was another one who no one saw as the "marrying" type. He'd never had a real steady girlfriend before Serephina. She honestly didn't know what to call that thing he had with December. She was still rather confused on that. Cristoph chuckled deeply, "Well ya know it cant be too horrible if your daughter is grinning like that. What he go and--" "Da!" Nina laughed a bit harder, shaking her head as he shrugged. "What?! Its a fair question!" He insisted, grinning a bit as Nina rolled her eyes. "No, Da she's not pregnant.....Just cause Kai is don't mean everytime I say good news someone else is." She told him, laughing as he shrugged. The longer she spoke with her parents, her father especially, the more her voice readappted to contain what sounded like a slight scottish brouge. Iggys was very slight since he'd lived mainly with Ano and them and was determined to rid himself of sounding like his father. Of course, that changed slightly when Uncle Gwayne came in the picture. After all, his accent was the thickest of any of their family. Iggy chuckled as the young wolf pup crashed into his legs. "Well hello there pretty girl...." He scooped her up easily as Erik came over. "I don't know what it says! Its for you!" He pointed out with a chuckle as he gently pressed the letter into the young boy's hands. "If you want to send one back you just let me know..." he added, looking to Jerrod then with a nod and a small smile as well. He was rather concerned with the widower but he didnt let it show when he adressed him. "Her calligraphy can be a little hard to read sometimes so if you have a question please let me know...." |

Devin just laughed as he shook his head as well. "Not my news to tell." He grinned as he finished up his cup of tea. When Christoph mentioned children, he cracked up, thinking of Sare's plans. He looked over at Nina with a grin, loving the accent of hers that was starting to come back. "I wouldn't knock the possibility out yet." He told them. "From what I've heard, miss Sare wants them to have five children." He grinned. Erik laughed as he clutched the letter to him tightly. "Thank you!" He told Iggy after his father nudged him. "Daddy! Daddy! Can we go read Nina's letter now! I want to write her back! I think I'll draw her another picture too!" He said as Jerrod just nodded at Iggy's words before guiding his son over to a quiet corner to read the letter for him. You could tell receiving the letter from her really made his day. By now, Elysia had placed both of her paws on Iggys face as she licked and gnawed on Iggy's nose happily, making silly growling noises that were a little squeaky. Sare just laughed as she held a calm Jason in her arms, petting his pitch black fur as his tail wagged happily. "I see somebody is happy to see you. She came running when she heard your voice." She teased him with a smile. |

Kora laughed, “And to think we figured Iggy a bachelor the rest of his days…well she’ll have two already built in…” She said, sounding highly amused at the whole situation. “So it’s as good as done?” Nina asked about the situation with her little cousins, smiling more as Kora nodded and kind of shooed her away. “The trial is simply a formality. Damon won’t get his hands on those children so long as we have something to say about it. They will go with Iggy back to Earth until we can figure out how exactly we’ll deal with Damon. According to Thanos (Because I lost the king’s name…again), the judge will hear all of us then rule almost immediately. Its not like this is the first time the arrogant asshole has been dragged into court…Frankly if they don’t send him to “harsh” punishment, banishment to Nox will be only fair to the jentre.” Obviously, she wasn’t the biggest fan of her nephew. “And ye talk about my language!” Cristoph laughed as his wife made a face at him. “At least because I wait until the young ones have left…” “Oh please, spare me Kora. They hear worse garbage on the playground than what comes out of my mouth…” He mused with a grin as his wife rolled her eyes, obviously trying not to laugh. Iggy chuckled as Elysia gnawed on his nose, “Hey…I don’t think I taste that good…” He mused, playfully bopping her on the nose before repositioning her so she stretched out in his arms, pendant handing just above her against his bare chest. He frankly had stopped caring and besides which he hadn’t planned on ruining his shirts between battling wolves and such. Eh, it was a small price to pay. Instead, he had on a dark brown leather vest from home which complimented his broad chest quite nicely. “I guess she is…and you’re one to talk with that little mush in your arms…” He teased her, nodding to Jason. "And she wants five more on top of that. Poor man will have his hands full." Devin said with a grin. When they pretty much confirmed that Iggy was going to get the kids, he smiled. He has happy that the man was going to win. The kids deserved a good home and a second chance. He laughed as Christoph got onto Kora for her language before smiling. "Well I'm glad that it seems to be mostly settled. I know it will make Iggy happy and the kids as well." He said remembering his brief interaction with the kids and how much they adored and loved their Uncle Iggy. Elysia huffed as she shook her head when he bopped her nose. When he laid her out in his arms, she shifted back to her human form as she reached out with her hand to grab his amulet with a gurgling laugh. Sare laughed at her niece before making a face at Iggy's words. "He is not a little mush. He's a angel! Aren't you, sweetie?" She cooed at Jason as he made a cute growling noise as licked her cheek as she brought him closer to her face. She just squealed and laughed delightedly as she looked back at Iggy. "I want to start working on those kids mister." She teased him with a grin. She wanted kids of her own so bad. She could just imagine holding a boy in her arms that looked just like Iggy! The image was just too precious. |

Kora nodded, "Iggy will indeed have his hands full..." she mused, shaking her head a bit. Iggy, as much as he was a soldier and not one to show a lot of emotions he was a total softy with the kids. When he brought up Jeremiah and Lilith she nodded with a smile. "He loves them very much even though they can be trying, Jeremiah especially. They'll all benefit from the arrangement..." she added with a smile as Cristoph spoke. "Aye...that boy got suspended. Again...hopefully this will also provide structure for him." He said simply, shaking his head a little. Jeremiah was a handful in his own way. Mule-headed, just like his uncle. "But having a steady female figure is good for Lily....Sare is good with this as well...yes?" Nina nodded, "She's understandably nervous but she knows what the children went through coming from a broken home herself. She's very willing to help Iggy raise them." Iggy chuckled as he watched Elysia as the young girl played with his pendant. It would fee cold to her warm hands. He leaned down and kissed the top of her head. He looked up as Sare laughed at Jason's antics. At her words he chuckled with a rather adorable awkwardness. "In do time...." he teased her back. He knew she was seriously craving kids and he was more than willing to comply but he wanted their lives to settle first and preferrably marry her prior. They were going to be a truly blended family, complicating things a tad. He hoped Lily and Jeremiah would hold her off for a bit longer. If it happened it happened but he wanted to wait just a bit longer. |

Devin smiled with a nod as he as he thought about it. If Sare wanted her five kids plus Lily and Jeremiah, they were going to have a full house. He guessed it was a good thing that Iggy was good with kids. He was going to need that in the coming years after they got married. When they asked about Sare, he looked to Nina and nodded in agreement to her words. "Pretty much. Last I heard, she was already planning how to decorate their rooms and to take Lily shopping." He supplied with a smile. Sare was going to love them he knew. They were going to become extremely well loved and very spoiled if she had anything to say about it. Sare just grinned wickedly at Iggy as she saw the awkwardness in his face. "Aww, but you don't you want kids?!" She asked with a pout, putting a wounded expression on her face. She was totally playing with him though. Despite how much she wanted one right now, she knew it would be smarter to wait. There was too much going on right now. And she wanted to develop a proper relationship with his niece and nephew first. Jason suddenly shifted in her arms and she had to change her hold on him as he began to blabber to her in baby words, making Sare giggle. "I heard you, handsome. Would you like to go sit down? Auntie Sare is really tired today." She told him. ((She is the first character I've ever had that's baby crazy *shudders* It's a scary place her room in my mind. )) |

"Oh Lily will love her just for that. Iggy tries but he's not one for girly things, and frankly neither is Kai Lynn though Lilith really looks up to her." Kora smiled, giving a small shrug. The mother in her wanted to know how Devin felt about kids but she held off. She'd wait until Cristol gave her opinion before bringing that back up. She wasn't going to lie, she wanted to be a grandmother but it was something that would wait. She was simply relieved her husband had given Devin permission. "What is goin on in that head of yours?" Cristoph asked with a quirked eyebrow as Kora simply shrugged. "Nothing more than you can see...." she told him vaguely, to which he snorted. "Which is practically bloody nothing. You wonder where your daughter gets her stubborn streak from...." "Please...thats your side of the family!" "Have ye met yer brother?!" He laughed as Nina giggled and shook her head. "Both of ye are ridiculous...." she told them, setting her empty cup back on the tray. It was hard to believe her parents would've been ruling by now had the uprising not occured. It would've been such a different life...but she was perfectly happy with the life they had now. Iggy chuckled at her pout, leaning over and kissing the side of her head. "We have plenty of time...." he teased her, and it was an added perk of finding someone so early in life. He watched her with Jason with a small smile, "come on...." he added leading her over two two empty chairs in the room. He rested the young girl on his lap so she was sitting facing him and gave her a rather goofy grin. "Tell your aunt she has plenty of kids yo spoil right now...."
