Damien nodded, grabbing two beers from the fridge before finally sitting down. At her question he nodded again, "Yeah by the time we get back from town she'll have calmed down alot....especially after doing a couple of rounds down in the range." He told her with a shrug, beginning to eat his lunch. "I just know she's gonna be a pain in my ass for the physical and if anything does happen to her..." he told her with a slight chuckle.

Liz nodded, "I've found most guys deal ethier in the bottle or in the gym...." she told him, thinking back to what she'd seen over the years. At his question she nodded, "11 hundred tomorrow morning....be back some tome the next day if all goes well..." she said, knowing it was unpredictable. Girl was like her little sister....

Aeryn nodded as she took a sip of her beer. "Cool. So I can talk with her before she leaves." She admitted as she looked to Damien with a snort. "You poor poor baby." She teased him with a smirk before nodding. "If anything happens to her, there's going to be hell to pay." She finished for him. "But she can do it. If anybody can pull through this, it's her." She tried to assure him with a smile as she reached over and placed her hand on his.

"And I won't let him revert to drinking. I figured it was time to start training him anyways." Ren sighed. He hoped for Ben's sake that Keira made it back untouched. He knew this also wasn't the last time either. He needed to learn to deal with it.

Damien smiled and gave her hand a gentle squeeze. "Yeah she'll be leaving at 11 tomorrow morning. And yes poor poor me....." he agreed, leaning over and stealing a quick kiss. "Mmmm you approve of lunch?" He asked her as he took a swing of his beer.

Liz nodded, "Good idea...just be wary of the jerks down there...." she warned him, not knowing what had happened the night before. "Talk to Mira first and she'll set you up with a room..." she added with a small smile, glad to see Ben had some kind of support system. "He's going to have to get used to it as a part of life, unfortunately ...."

Aeryn laughed as he stole a kiss, smiling at him as she finished up her grilled cheese before working on the rest of her soup. "You'll be okay you big baby." She teased him before shrugging. "Adequate as usual Shea. Soup's a little bland." She jested with a wink before taking a sip of her beer.

Ren snorted as she brought up the assholes living down there. "I'll let her know." He said. He wouldn't have a problem with the guys down there. If they bothered them, he'd make sure they'd remember not to ever again. After they way he saw them treat Kendra, he didn't have any patience for them. "I know he will. I just don't want to toss him right over the cliff, however. I want to soften it a little for him. I'll talk to him though." He said with a smile.

"Ha. Ha....." Damien told her, finishing up his sandwich as well. "Did you want to get anything else in town besides art stuff??" He asked her curiously, finally relaxing a little bit. He would worry about everything later. It wasn't like it was going anywhere...

Liz nodded with a small smile, "Good...and yeah he kinda seemed like a softie when I met him but he is good for Keira in that way. Keep her grounded. Do you know how they met by chance? I never got the chance to ask..." she told him, trying to keep the conversation light.

Aeryn laughed as she smirked over at her man. God, it was crazy how much she loved him. She felt like she should be more worried over Key, but she couldn't find it in herself to be worried. Her bestfriend knew how to handle herself. And she had to come back safely. There was no other alternative. At Damien's question, she shrugged. "I don't know. I was thinking of looking for some lingerie. I left the good stuff back in LA." She told him nonchalantly, trying not to smirk as she let the words sink in. It would be a fun diversion, and Damien needed the distraction. He really was going to go all grey soon at this speed.

"He really is soft." Ren agreed. "But he needs to toughen up if he wants to make it through all of this in one piece." He told her as he finally leaned back and relaxed some. When she asked about how they met, he shrugged. "From what I got out of Ben. She was a waitress and he met her at the diner she worked in. They ended up hanging out later that night and she got him to confess his power to somebody else for the first time in his life. The next day they went on a date and Trevor ended up showing up and ruining it and they've been together since." He explained.

((lmao I've been plagued by bugs all week....-_-""))

Damien nodded, pausing at her suggestion. Damn. That was mean. He looked over at her with a deep chuckle, "Mmmm sounds like a plan...you know, as long as you try them on for me...." He said just as casually with a shrug, unable to get his mind out of the gutter. Hell...he really hadn't gotten his mind out of the gutter in quite a while...

Liz nodded, listening to the story with a quiet laugh. "Yeah, Trevor had great timing like that...." She shook her head with a shrug, "Obviously they're good together, though I do agree with you. I think hardening him a bit would be good for him as well. I know he's felt lost back at the ranch...." She added, having really been trying to find him a niche. Justin seemed to really be taking to him but he still didn't seem overly comfortable with kids...

((Eugh, I'm sorry. The cats here tend to eat the ones in my room before I find them thabkfully.))

Aeryn finally let the smirk show as she shrugged her shoulders. "I might, I might not. We'll see, Shea." She teased him as she finished up her soup and beer. "On that note, are you ready to get going?" She asked him as she stood up to put her dishes in the sink. She was determined to make today a good day.

Ren nodded as he thought about it. "He may not have a lot of expertise on things, but he's a good guy. He likes to help when he can." He told her. He wondered if he could help Lizbeth find a good place for his friend on the ranch. "Too bad you don't need a baseball team." He chuckled.

((Lucky haha my campus is being swarmed cause they took down a section of woods....its grosss....my car is covered...it looks like a morgue.))

Damien made a face at her teasing but chuckled with a nod, "Yeah I'm ready to get going...brat." He told her, clearing their spots but not before stealing a kiss. Hey, she owed him that much... "We're taking my baby....you good with that?" He asked as he rinsed out the dishes in the sink.

Liz paused, "Actually....you know that might help." She shook her head with a chuckle, "He'd need backup because the kids might eat him alive but we need something to bring the kids to work together, especially the older group. " She told him, a small plan forming in her head. This might actually work...it was worth a try at least.

((Oh no! :O that sounds terrible! I'm sorry! *shudders* ))

Aeryn laughed as she helped him finish cleaning up their plates, smiling at the kiss he stole as she pulled down her lime green shorts. "I don't care, babe. I can't even drive. I could care less what we go in." She told him with a shrug. Sliding over, she wrapped her arms around him from behind as she kissed his cheek. "Just waiting on you to lead the way." She let him know.

Ren blinked as he looked over at Lizbeth. "I was actually sort of joking you know." He pointed out. "How would baseball help at all?" He asked her as he tilted his head curiously. If there was one thing Ben knew, however, it was baseball. And camping, but that was beside the point.

((Haha, okay! I wasn't gonna say anything cuz I figured you've been super busy!))
