About three hours later, that one beer Adam had went to fetch for them had turned into about... ten or so. Many many more than one. And they were all way past the stage of sober. Way past the stage of tipsy. In fact, they were just flat out drunk.

Saul, who didn't really show it, was just as drunk as the others were. He was still talking, sparring, with the French woman and seeming to have fun while doing so. The only thing that irritated him was that she had STILL not told him her name. It was going to drive him crazy.

"Okay... I've been meaning to ask this. But what the hell are you doing all the way out here in California? It's a long way from France princess." Saul asked curiously, his current drink in his hand as he face his stool towards her.

Ysabel was having a blast. She had even gotten on the floor a couple of times to dance with random men. Even dragging Zeke out with her once or twice. With the alochol running wildyly through her veins, she didn't even care what she did. As long as she was having fun. And she loved cheering Zeke up. She had seen how upset he looked earlier when he was talking alone with Adam. Probably from the bitchy wife of his, so she had made it her goal tonight to make sure he had a hell of a good time. Right now, they were currently sitting at their table, and laughing and talking, seeming to be in a very good mood.

Ben looked up as Damien spoke up, nodding as he quickly switched spots with Keira. He laughed at her words as a grin appeared. "See! What would I ever do without you?" he asked as he took her hand and laced their fingers together, greatful for the new spot if only because he could feel the AC on one side of him.

Sawyer took the reigns speaking. HE didn't seem the least bothered by her driving while Caleb held on in the back for dear life. "We're from St. Louis, Missouri,' he told her, even leaning back a bit. "To be honest, word got around abuot some kind of....resistance and I just followed the white rabbit. I didn't have any real intentions of dragging my lil bro into it... but he pretty much insisted. So here we are, ready, willing and able," he said, smiling at her again. "Wanna tell us a little more about your operations?"

~

Sydney nodded, smiling slightly at Daniel before just leaning back, thankful for the switch with Keira. Ben wasn't so damn hot. She leaned back and closed her eyes, ready to just...sleep again. Maybe there wouldn't be any nightmares this time....

The French woman had kept up with Saul, but while he was drinking beers, she was putting away fully alcoholic martinis like no body's business. And aside from the smiles that were coming easier, she didn't seem to show her drunkenness either. She had, however, during some course of time, scooted closer to him on the pretense she couldn't hear him over the music and the voices. She was now so close that her crossed legs were practically entwined with his. She was leaning on the bar toward him, smiling as she ran a hand through her dark hair. "Ah...oui... well, I'm...visiting a friend," she informed him. It was clearly not all the truth. "She's around here somewhere...but I lost 'er a while ago. I am...ah...en vacances..." She paused, pursing her lips. "In English...vacation? I think."

Adam had been back and forth to the table sporadically. He'd fallen into a group of women, all of whom seemed eager to talk with him. He was, at the moment, back at the table with Zeke and Ysabel, feeling the alcohol in his system. It had been a long time since he'd actually gotten drunk...

"No...Zeke, listen... don't even...fucking pay attention to her." He reached over and pushed Ysabel's face away. "She's a stupid woman. Listen to me, man. Dicks before chicks." He let out a full-smirk, his tone quite near human.

"Vacation visiting a friend huh?" Saul asked, a smirk on his lips as his eyes gazed over her. "She doesn't sound like a very good friend. If she just left you alone to the mercies of the people in this bar." he told her. He had caught that she wasn't quite telling the whole truth, but who was he to chastise her on it? He had just met her after all. "Helpless princess like you is bound to get into trouble." he teased her.

Ysabel yelped as Adam pushed her away by her face. "Next time you stick that thing you call a hand in my face again, pretty boy. I'm going to bite it." she warned him as she kicked him with her heeled foot. "Don't listen to the asshole, Zeke. Do you see how many friends he has? None! The only thing he has going for him is his pretty face. You don't want that. Listen to me! I would never steer you wrong." she told him as she patted the top of his head with a laugh.

Zeke just darted his head between the two of them as they argued before laughing. "You two remind me of an angry Italian couple that has been married for too long." he teased, his dopey, adorable grin plastered soppily onto his face. He was waaaaaaay beyond drunk and having a blast. In fact, he only thought of Marie a couple of times. He didn't have very many friends, so this was a great time.

The woman smiled at him, leaning her chin on her palm. "Me? Trouble? Psshh." She waved it off animatedly. " 'ardly. I am no more a trouble magnet than anyone else in this room. Don't accuse me," she said with slight chuckle. "So...Saul. Are you going to ask me to dance any time tonight...? Maybe after a dance I would be more inclined to tell you my name... But I understand if you're not interested." She turned away from him, sighing boredly. "I can always find someone else to talk with...."

Adam smirked. "Bite it then. See where that lands you." His smirk disappeared as she kicked him though. Scowling ow, He caught her by the ankle and held on with an iron grip. "Yeah...now what?" he asked her before glancing at Zeke after his comment. "....You have ten seconds before I smack that mouth off your face, Ezekiel. Go get me another beer so I can kick this whore's ass while you're away."

Saul snorted at her words, but kept his opinion to himself. "Sure princess." was all he said on the matter as she then mentioned dancing. He didn't really dance... but if it got him her name, he'd do it. And he guess he couldn't complain being in close quarters with her either. It would definitely be a positive thing. Finishing up his beer, he placed the bottle on the bar before standing up. "So, my mysterious foreign woman. Would you care to dance?" he asked with his usual smirk.

Ysabel made a face as Adam grabbed her foot, and she yanked on it. "Yea. Go get more drinks, Zekey. I don't want to embarrass pretty boy here when I kick his ass." she said with a wave of her hand as Zeke laughed.

"I'm going I'm going. Don't... do anything TOO stupid." he told them with his own smirk as he stood up a little unsteadily and headed towards the bar for another round.

The woman smiled and hopped off the barstool, catching herself on his arms. She was a little more woozy than she thought. "Time to impress me, my dearest Marine," she teased slightly, pulling him toward the dance floor.

Adam waved Zeke away as he kept hold of Ysabel's ankle. "Stop...yanking it," he said, smirking as he pulled on it again, nearly pulling her from her chair. "Now sit down and shut up.... and stop cutting me off in the middle of conversation. Stupid fucking woman... always have to get a word in edgewise, huh. Why don't you go find another dickhead to grind against?"

"............. I'm supposed to impress you. With dancing?" Saul asked, catching her easily as she hopped off the stool. He wrapped his arm around her waist as he followed her to the dance floor. "You do realize I'm an American soldier. Not one of your little French pussies. I don't dance." he pointed out to her.

Ysabel yanked on her foot again, just to do whatever Adam told her not to. "I did not cut you off! You paused, indicating you were finished." she pointed out to him. "Besides. You cut me off first. I was talking to Zekey. Trying to cheer him up since you talked about his bitchy ass wife. And no. I'm doing my job as best friend. Grinding with dickheads can wait. Why don't you go grind with one of the barsluts I've seen you with?" she shot right back at him.

"Soldier, pussy..." she waved a hand. "It doesn't matter what you are... besides, dancing isn't hard...especially being a man. You stand there and sort of move to the music and I do all the 'ard work," she said. As the night wore on, the bar turned into the club it looked like. Pounding hip hop music was the choice right now. She turned to Saul and easily fell into the rhythm of the music, her body moving fluidly with it while her dark eyes stayed pinned on his.

Adam snorted, actually letting out a slight laugh. " "Zekey" needs to divorce the poisonous bitch and get himself a decent woman instead of a possessive fucking viper," he said, finally letting go of her ankle. "If you're doing your job as a 'best friend' you kind of suck majorly at it." He smirked and leaned forward on the table, a bit toward her as he finished off his umpteenth beer. "So really...does that mean you suck other things well too?" He ignored her barslut comment, his steel-colored eyes watching her.

Saul just rolledh is eyes, figuring he warned her. There was a reason that he hadn't stepped onto the dance floor at all tonight. But he did his best, his arms wrapping way low around her waist as he sort of did what she said and moved from side to side. It wasn't completely horrible, but he wasn't America's next Top dancer or some shit like that. He refused to be embarassed about it though as his eyes locked in on Audrey's an a smirk graced his lips.

Ysabel took her foot back with a sniff as she crossed her legs and tucked them under her chair. "While I agree, because I really can't stand the bitch, he's emotionally fragile. You have to take it slow. He's not like you or Saul. Thank God." she muttered the last part under her breath. When he leaned towards her, she leaned towards him a little too, chin propped up on her hand, as her eyebrow slowly lifted at his words. "I don't know if I want to tell you." she told him with a smirk, her dark brown eyes meeting his grey ones. "You might get a little too excited, pretty boy." she taunted him.
