"Me? Hiding.... Please, I was stuck in the crowd.... I just got through it a couple moments ago." He followed along behind her, rather enjoying the fact that the setting of the people caused him to have to stand closer than what would be considered 'proper' for a servant. "And yes, I can tell you're enjoying yourself," he muttered.

He looked around, seeing Kyrian. "Surprising.... I would think the Magistrate wouldn't allow him in....not that I overheard your conversation or anything." He smirked a bit. "Don't you want to go say hello? It's been a while since you've seen him."

"Yea... sure." Myrie said, sounding like she didn't believe him as she smirked slightly. "We should just go to these things more often." she said in mock enthusiasm before shrugging.

"I guess... but I don't really want to know what scheme he's hatching. I know exactly why he's here."

Sion reached out, as if to lead Myrie toward Kyrian, but at a quick glance from another guest, his hand quickly retracted. He shook his head, trying to get it into his head that they weren't at her house anymore. And that these people weren't like her.

"Come on......Just go say hi. It would be good for you to socialize with someone outside of me. I'm probably causing you to become bitter and cruel."

Myrie laughed at Sion's response, causing several heads to look her way as she acted like nothing happened, but some heads didn't turn around. They just couldn't seemed to stop staring. They reminded her of a sunset; bright, beautiful colours, and a laugh that just seemed to draw eyes. Making her way over to Kyrian, she didn't see Asher watching from the top of the steps, hand on his chin as he looked thoughtful.

Sion followed Myrie over towards Kyrian, his own eyes darting around when he could to see what kind of people were here. It seemed only the absolute highest families were here.... though some people he didn't necessarily recognize.

As Myrie approached Kyrian, Sion stayed quiet and backed off a bit, now that there was a bit more room for him to do so.

Myrie smiled as she walked up to her friend, Kyrian having pushed somebody aside so he could sweep her up into a hug.

"Beautiful!! I haven't seen you in ages! How have you been?" he asked as she laughed when he sat her down.

"Pretty good. Been keeping out of trouble unlike somebody I bet." she grinned as Kyrian pretended to look innocent.

"Trouble? Why... I have no idea what you're talking about!" he said as she rolled her eyes.

"Don't do anything stupid tonight mister. This is the magister's house." she warned him with narrow eyes as he simply smirked.

"I think I hear somebody calling my name. I really can't hear you over the crowd gorgeous. I have to go! Love you!" he leaned down to kiss her cheek before he was gone.

Sion listened absently to their conversation, though he was making sure that he was keeping his distance. Most of the guests had arrived by now and the magistrate and his pretty little bride to be were certain to start mingling soon. Sion had no real intentions of meeting Sepheria, but it was just the idea that amused him really....

".....So... he is going to do something then?" he asked Myrie once Kyrian was off. "You know, it might be hysterical to stick around to see. My sister will surely be blamed for letting it happen...since Kyrian is her acquaintance......" He smirked a little. "Ahh... I suppose that sounds bad, doesn't it...?"

Myrie frowned her disapproval. "Sion... don't be bitter." she scolded him, but she couldn't help but smile at him as she nodded. "Yes he is. I can totally see it in the way he's acting. I have no idea what he's going to do, but I don't want to be inside when it happens. Breather outside in the gardens sound good?" she asked him curiously.

"I'm not bitter," he complained quietly, glancing at her with a slight smirk, though it rolled off his face mechanically when someone gave him a dirty look.

"I think I do want to be in here," he said, sounding somewhat forlorn for a moment, before turning to follow Myrie. "I suppose we can go out there if you desire...."

"If you want we can stay in, I just suggested it cuz my wings are cramped and these fake smiles are aggrivating me." Myrie told him as she smiled brightly at somebody she recognized, and loathed...

She had recognized the folorn sound in his voice, and she didn't want to make him upset.
