"It is too! That boy was just stupid." Lena stuck her tongue out childishly as she promptly set her marshmellow on fire. Pulling it back to her, she blew it out happily, humming under her breath. "Seeeee! I didn't fling it around like an idiot!"

***

Greg actually BLUSHED as she complimented him, rubbin the back of his head. "Thanks... it is not what I normally do." he admitted, sitting back down and taking a bite of his.

***

Braden nodded, before smirking. "Well... I DO have an idea." he waggled his eyebrows playfully at her.

Xade just shook his head, pulling back two perfectly browned marshmallows. "Have you ever had a perfect marshmallow?" he asked, holding out his poker to her. "Here. Try one! I insist. You'll never go back to burnt ones again."

~~~
Linnea's lips twitched when she saw the light red spread across Gregory's cheeks. It actually made her smile even more, but she looked down at the table to hide it. "It isn't...? Well... now I feel even more honored that you went out of your way to make me dessert. It's just too bad I had to whoop you in a snow war to get it." She glanced up, eyes playful as she took a small bite of her dessert. "Wow...." she rattled off something in Swedish, seeming to forget it wasn't in their mutual language of English.
Lena frowned, looking at her, as she thought rather beautiful marshemllow, to Xade's 'masterpiece'. Taking it cautiously, she popped it into her mouth, chewing it carefully. After finally swallowing she shook her head. "Nope! Burnt is still better." she gave him a gooey grin, laughing once more.
***
Greg smiled, frowning slightly as she rambled off in Swedish. Their languages were close, but not close enough to be the same. "Uhh... what are you saying?"
Braden laughed as he gave her an innocent look. "What?! I know that's my name and all..." he trailed off playfully. "Why are you turning pink?" he asked with a smirk.
Xade laughed with her, shaking his head. He looked at her, pausing for a second before making a sudden, split second decision. Might as well get it out there now and see what happens. Even if he was so nervous his hands were shaking.
Leaning down, he took Lena's chin with his hand and tilted it up, kissing her flat on the mouth. His kiss was hesitant, even nervous... but it was more of a kiss than the one he'd given her earlier. Mind you, all this happened in a flurry of about a minute or so. He pulled away before she could really get the chance to react, and his face was a brilliant red; almost as red as when they had been outside in the cold.
~~
She looked up, then laughed quietly. "Oh... I'm sorry. I was just saying how fantastic this whole meal has been. And how this is topping it off near perfectly." She smiled brightly at him, her cheeks a little pink in the low lighted room.
Aleine blinked in surprise as Xade just kissed her. Her eyes widened slightly as the butterflies erupted in her stomach all of a sudden. She didn't get a chance to kiss him back as he pulled away. Instead she just stared at him before flashing an incredibly brilliant grin that could have lit up the whole castle. So... guess that answered her question! And she was VERY happy with the outcome.
Leaning up a little, she kissed his lips briefly as she pulled back with a giggle, her cheeks just as red as his. As she giggled, she took her marshmellow and started to eat it, the smile not fading from her lips.
***
Greg smiled back, chuckling quietly. "I am glad you like it. I admit that I do not get a chance to cook as often as I used to. I was scared that it was not going to turn out right."
Xade's nervous, shaking hands were hard to control, so he stuck them in the pockets of his jeans. Though, when she grinned like that, his lips pulled up into a matching grin and he sort of just looked away, a bit embarrassed. The red on his cheeks was only getting worse.... especially after she kissed him again. He rocked back and forth on his feet, just letting out a little laugh when she giggled.
He grabbed his other marshmallow and stuck it in his mouth, but left a trail of gooey fluff where his shaking hand didn't hit his mouth. "Mm...pwettygudno?" he asked, mouth full of fluff, so it was hard to understand.
~~
Linnea just smiled over at him, taking another couple bites of her delicious dessert. "Scared? Oh come on now, I don't personally think you could make something bad. And yes, I've decided this after one meal." She nodded surely and laughed quietly. "I think I will have to beat you in another sort of bet so that I can get you to cook for me again while we're here..." she tapped her chin, plotting it seemed.
Lena giggled at him again, before making a silly face. "I can't even understand what you're saying!" she exclaimed as she giggled at the marshmellow bit that didn't make it into his mouth. "You missed some." she pointed to the spot by used her own face as she stuck another marshmellow on her poker, and burnt it as well.
***
Greg chuckled, before nodding. "You would be surprised. Besdies, you only one by cheating." he scowled.
"Ifid?" he asked, still chewing away. He reached up with the back of his hand, which was still sort of shaking, and wiped it away, a little grin spread across his lips when he saw it. "Oops." He had gotten the marshmallow down and he looked away again, still smiling. "Got it though!"
~~
"I won because I took advantage of my surroundings. Isn't that similar to what you said when you tackled me into the snow drift?" She asked teasingly, raising her eyebrow. "And besides... if you hadn't cheated first, I wouldn't have had to cheat. And the vicious cycle would not have started... so you can blame yourself for me winning." She smiled playfully, tossing her hair over her shoulder.
