Keira shook her head, "You grew up with it, Braden...I didn't." she said with a small shrug as she sat down. She took the water gratefully, rubbing the bridge of her nose with a sigh. "So you didn't hear any of it?"

"Not a word." Braden told her sadly as he sat down in the chair next to her. "I wonder why they would sat those things though! These spirits and ghosts don't know us!" he exclaimed, slamming his fist on the table as he frowned. Damn it... what was with this place?

Keira looked over at him as he slammed his fist against the table, resting her delicate hand over it gently. "Chico, calm down....look, maybe the spirits can pick up on fear, anxiety..." she shrugged a little, taking a long drink of water.

"I haven't heard of that before." Brennan muttered, but seem to calm down a little when she placed her hand on his. "Just... I'm concerned for you." he told her, offering her a smile.

Xade marched back to the living room, but not before popping into the kitchen when he heard a loud noise. Come to find out it was Braden and Keira. He smiled at them and waved. "Hey guys... how's it going...?"

~

Linnea raised an eyebrow and followed him into the dining room. It was dimly lit by overhead chandeliers and a fireplace of it's own. Linnea found herself suddenly wondering where all the people who worked in this place were. She'd seen almost no one, not even Mischa, today. Maybe they were just resting...

"Mm, this Castle has such beautiful architecture," she said, reaching out to touch an antique vase. Seeing as there was no reaction from her, obviously she was wearing her gloves. She smiled over at Gregory, her eyes shining in the firelight.

Keira blushed lightly but gave him a small smile in return, "I..." she looked up at Xade as he walked in. "Umm...Its...we're fine." she said with a small laugh. "Well, we're better than we were." she added honestly, "What about you?"

Lena, who had walked in as she heard Keira talk, frowned. "What do you mean better than you were? What happeneded?" she asked, looking to Braden.

Braden nodded to Keira, and arm around her in a supportive gesture. "You'll have to ask her, I don't know all the details." he explained as Lena turned to Keira, after grabbing her bag of marshmellows, and a roasting stick.

"I would have to agree, but it doesn to quite compare to home if you know what I mean. Nothing ever compares to home." Greg told her with a faint smile as he looked at the long table, and chose a spot in the middle for the lighting, as he sat the plates opposite of each other. "Come get your food while it is still hot." he called her over, thinking that she must be wearing her gloves.

Xade looked between Keira and Braden and Lena and realized that for some reason, he felt ridiculously left out. "We're doing okay today, I think. Holding up okay, Keira, dear?" he asked, offering out a smile to her.

~

"No... I'm sure it does not even compare. I've never been to Russia, but I wish I could have. I would love to see it," she said, looking over and nodding. She walked to the seat across from him, pulling the seat out and sitting lithely, glancing up to him with a soft smile on her face. "It smells delicious," she said offhandedly, just picking up her utensils.

Lena sidled up to Xade with a smile on her face as she 'accidentally' poked Xade's arm with her roasting stick.

"Maybe you should find some time to go. If I am home, you could look me up and I could take you to the more spectactular places that these... tours do not offer up." Greg offered with a smile, before actually looking well... shy? "Thank you. I learned the recipe from my grandmother."

Linnea chuckled as she started into her meal slowly. "Maybe I will go... but after these two weeks, I don't think I will have much free time. I have to go home to see to my brother. It is definitely on my list of top five places I must see before I am old and unable to travel though." She put a small bite into her mouth and smiled. "Mm...even more delicious than it smells. I'm actually quite impressed, Gregory."

~~

Xade waved Lena away, glaring at her as she poked him. "SHH. I'm not talking to you right now," he mumbled, shooting her a cute grin before looking back to Keira inquisitively.
