Lira stifled the rest of her laughter as she waited patiently as the pixie cocked his head and studied Rafe and Tory with rapt focus. "I think Mother should take a look at you first. She likes to know who travels through her home. Wouldn't you like to know who traveled through your home?" he asked her with a smile, his voice still as sweet as peaches and cream.

Rafe, who now had control of his mouth, glared at the Fey. "I think we've lingered long enough. We'll be taking our leave now." he told him as he started to move forward again, looking at Lira and Tory to follow him.

"I hardly believe we've stayed long enough to cause any raucous." Tory replied calmly, "We'll be out of your hair. Thankyou." she assured him, following Rafe's lead. She hoped they'd be out soon...

"Maybe not, but Mother would love to know." the Fey told them, sounding more serious now as he nodded his head. "I believe it is time for a visit. Now if you please follow me." he told them cheerily as he looked at all three of them, Rafe cursing mentally as he pondered the odds.

"Just go with him." he muttered to Tory, as Lira sat there, looking at the two.

Tory looked to him warily before nodding ever so slightly. She looked back to the fey with a smile, "If you insist." she answered just as sweetly, doing as Rafe had instructed and following the small man. She reached and wrapped a hand around Lira's wrist. Gold word appeared on the girl's arm. The message was simple, "Do not drink. Do not eat. Do not dance." and it disappeared as quickly as it had appeared.

Lira looked down at her arm where Tory had made words appear, and snapped her fingers quietly, with a small smirk. She wheeled in her horse and followed Tor and Rafe as they followed the small Fey name as he led them deeper into the forest.

They traveled for quite some time until the sprite came to a stop and wings unfurled from his back, delicate, yet made of a material that was very strong. He flitted up the tree, the top seeming to reach to the ends of the sky. He knocked on a certain area of the tree, and whistled as the whistled suddenly echoed throughout the forest. Next thing they knew, all sorts of Fey were coming out of the trees as they surrounded the tiny group, all trying to get a good look at the guests/intruders.

"I have guests for Mother!" the Fey they had ran acrossed announced as a Satyr walked forward, wearing primative leather armour, and he hit his fist against his chest as he led them under two trees that had bent to entwine with each other.

Rafe had been quiet the whole trip as he studied his surroundings covertly before stealing a glance over at Tory. 'You know how to act?' he mouthed curiously.

Tory watched as the others descended upon them, looking to the Satyr as he approached. She placed a hand over her heart and bowed in respect for the fey creature. She looked to Rafe out of the corner of her eye as if to say, "Duh...."

The Satyr looked at Tory oddly, but he recognized the sign of respect, watching the other human girl do the same. Lira was obviously following Tory's lead since she had no clue what the hell was going on.

Rafe wanted to smile at the look in Tory's eyes as she looked at him, instead, he bowed as well as the Satyr shook his head, not quite sure what to think of the human's as he led them to their Queen.

As they passed under the tree's, the scenery seemed to change, not enough to make you worry, but everything seemed to be more... beautiful if possible. The tree's stood proud and majestic, their limbs lifted upwards, full of bright green leaves that thrived under the sun. The air seemed cleaner and purer if possible, and their was a beautiful chorus of the wind, animals, and actual singing of something else, more Fey. Lira was listening with a smile on her face, seeming to relax a little as she listened, her eyes straying as she watched the Fey twirl around and around, laughing gaily as they danced.

Rafe, however, was more on his guard as his eyes darted everywhere, ready for anything that popped out of them. Soon enough, the satyr led them to a place where the tree's made a circle, and in the centre of this circle stood a throne made of oak, with roots that twisted all around to form the regal chair, the most gorgeous flowers sprouting and making a very soothing smell waft in the air, causing Rafe's nose to tickle.

The Satyr approached the throne where the most beautiful woman sat, looking very serene. She turned her fathomless eyes towards the Satyr and slightly inclined her head as he dropped to his knees.

"My Queen, your visitors." he told her as she turned her eyes to the three that were upon their horses, and looked at them. Rafe jumped down from Mephistopheles, and bowed as the Satyr had.

"Queen Maeve." he said respectfully as Lira followed suit, murming her welcoming as well.

Like Rafe, Tory kept her eyes on their escorts with a subdued awareness and wariness. She lept gracefully to the earth as the others had, only she, thanks to her dress, curtsied deeply and demurely as she echoed the greetings. She ground her teeth though, for only the fact she hadn't been able to cloak herself. Cromwells weren't exactly friends among the Fey. She held her ground though, and for once, one could tell the noble background she came from by her perfect form, the way she presented herself told a much different story than the forest green traveling dress she had on.

Maeve watched as the human's bowed to her and murmuring respectful words, but her eyes seem to train in on Tory. "Victoria Cromwell..." she spoke her name softly, like a whispered delight, her voice making you want to hear more.

"It is... unusual to see a member of your family in this wood. Tell me daughter of Nicholas Cromwell?" she asked her, her frightfully still eyes looking at her curiously as Rafe blinked. Why should the Queen be concerned about a Cromwell?

Victoria took a deep breath as the queen turned her attention to her, slowly raising out of her curtsy, her posture perfect but demure, eye respectfully turned downward. "That is the unfortunate circumstance, m'lady." she said, her own voice soft, calm and even, eerily similar to that of the queen's. "You know of my father then?"
