Would GI JOE have a chance against the third Espada? My conclusion, probably not. In all honestly, I believe Tia Harribel would walk all over GI JOE. But that is just my opinion. What do the rest of you think?

Knowing is half of the battle, and Tia Haliel knows it. Why else would she walk around in those provocative clothes? <.<
