Welcome to Endless Horizons. Feel free to browse the forum as a guest as long as you like. We have a large collection of roleplays for your amusement. Don't see anything you like? Throw it out as a suggestion, or make it yourself. Of course, if roleplaying isn't your cup of tea, we have many other sections for discussion of just about any topic, so feel free to join just to throw out your opinions on any matter.

Posts: -1,526 Group: Admins Member #5 Joined: Mar 4, 2009	General Rules of The Site Malicious Advertising - To prevent this new members are automatically joined into the EH Newbie group. While this unfortunately stops anyone from using the PM or e-mail system until they have 10 posts, it also helps people know you are new to the site. So that way people can help you out if you need help anywhere since your new. Spamming - Double-posts (that is posting twice in a row) is forbidden, as it makes things messy. Use the edit button instead. Please do not spam and there is having a joke which is fine, then there is maliciously posting everywhere and anywhere to advertise. This will not be tolerated. Flaming - Sarcastic comments are welcome in done light-heartedly, but flaming, arguing in an uncivil manner, and being generally disrespectful will not be tolerated. Respect the Staff - Should the staff make a ruling, then it is final. If you disagree with it in anyway, you may PM an admin about the matter. Please be advised that this is unlikely to change the situation. Respect other Members - Just as you would be asked to respect the Staff, please respect your fellow members. No one likes having their day spoiled due to rude behaviour from others. We also treat repeated antagonsing very seriously. Posting Content - This site does not allow yaoi, yuri or hentai content in posts. If your character is in a romantic situation then it is acceptable to "time skip" to the end of the encounter. We do not allowed detailed posts in regards to sexually illicit material. Spelling and Grammar - This site is based on English. Proper English, to be precise, so please, please, PLEASE check your spelling and grammar. Nobody wants to have to reread your posts 4 times because of its illegibility. Standard Forum Rules - Naturally, all the standard, universal zetaboards rules apply, so no graphic material, trolling, etc. As far as cursing goes, freedom of speech is a personal favorite of ours, so feel free to express yourself (or make jokes, whatever) so long as its not going overboard. We don't want big rants where every other word is a curse word.

Just fill out the following template in full, and message it to one of the two admin, Professional Protagonist & ShadowDragonTam. We will then create the skeleton in the test forum section, and you're free to create your world. Just message one of us again when you have finished, and we'll look it over to see if its good for launch. Code: [i]Project Name:[/i] Obviously, what is it called? [i]Traditional or Freeform:[/i] [i]Genre:[/i] What styles and elements is it based off? 3 required. [i]Forum Description:[/i] Tell us briefly what your RP is about if not obvious. [i]Forum Quote:[/u] A short quote about your RP that will be on the front page. [i]Mods:[/i] You and anybody else working on it with you. [i]Sub-Forums:[/i] What forums do you need and what sub forums within those? You do not need to include descriptions right away, though you will need to add them before you start your rp. [i]Plot Summary:[/i] Just a short description of the project. This is likely what will be used for your project in the RP database for others to see quickly. Creating your own RP Tips: If it is an Original concept try and make the setting and game play easy for new members to understand. Don’t make explanations long and complex, it will just put people off joining. Don’t make things unexplained either, don’t expect people to know what you mean even if it is a well know series your RP is based on. Include Forum descriptions to your submission; it can sometimes cause a large volume of sub forums with no descriptions to look bland and boring, not to mention confusing. All projects go on the front page with their own banner, you do not need a banner immediately but one is good to have. Use the dimensions 468 x 53 to keep in line with the rest. Also keep it sensible please. A good idea is to look over current projects on the Front page. See how their set up and get some ideas for layouts there.
