Marine Headquarters
Based near the Grand Line, the Marine Headquarters is home to the infamous marines, the justice force of the Blue Sea.

East Blue
The Eastern sea, weakest of them all, but home to most of the Straw Hat crew. Pirates from here are normally weak in terms of the Grand Line but who knows where the Pirate King will come from?

Seas of the Sky
Two seas contained in the Millennium Cumulonimbus, a thick massive cloud. The White-sea and the White-White-Sea, higher than the former.
