Taking a break.; Tired from the hunt.

Posts: 64 Group: Hunters Member #56 Joined: Apr 21, 2009	Lauren walks in a crowded bar full of people she doesn't know. She usually knew a lot of people since she went clubbing a lot. She walks toward the counter and asks for one beer. "Thanks" she says to the man who gave her a beer. She walks to one of the tables that isn't taken and sits down. She rests her cheek on her fist. She is so tired she could almost falls asleep. Her eyes start closing, but then open again. Tired from beheading vampires. She laughed a little on the inside, it seemed funny to her how it would sound to a normal person. "Tired from beheading vampires" she said in her head. She then forgot about the hunt and started thinking about what she would wear tomorrow.

Posts: 5 Group: Hunters Member #58 Joined: May 10, 2009	Nick walks into the bar tired of today's daily routine. He walks over to the counter and asks the woman who works there for a beer. As he waits for his beer to be served he spots a young woman sitting at a table alone. Moments later the woman comes back with his beer and he grabs it and starts walking torward the woman sitting alone at the table. He comes up to the table, puts his beer on it and sits down next to her. He then says "whats a pretty woman like you doing sitting here all alone?"

Posts: 64 Group: Hunters Member #56 Joined: Apr 21, 2009	An unfamiliar voice broke into her thoughts. She noticed someone had sat next to her. He had that black leather jacket that she always thought looked good on guys. He wasn't bad looking, he was cute, she thought. Looking at him, she says, "Oh nothing, just taking a quick break." She searches his face, "I'm Lauren." That's all she wanted to tell him, nothing else. She was hoping nothing else would slip out giving him information about her. She smiles and forces herself to look at down at her beer.

He begins thinking of what to say next while looking past her. He picks up his beer and takes another gulp before clearing his throat. He then looks at Lauren and says "So what brings you around here? Im usually come here when im exhausted". He then gives her a quick smile.

Though he wasn't bad looking she didn't feel like she wanted any company. Besides, she hung out with the other few vampires that drank cattle blood instead of human blood. He looked like a hunter, and if he was, she wasn't going to tell him she was a hunter too. She thought they didn't have much in common anyway.

It surprised him to think that this girl wasn't as into him as other girls were. She was different and he liked that about her. "Sounds like you had a rough night. By the way my name's Nick." He wanted to get to know her, unlike other girls. He was actually curious into meeting this mysterious girl. But then he thought about not getting into anything serious, if that ever happened. He wouldn't want to get too close to her. He forgot for a while that he was a hunter. How could he have forgotten, when it is his life. That was what interested him about her, how just by looking at her, made him forget about the part of him that was a hunter.

Posts: 64 Group: Hunters Member #56 Joined: Apr 21, 2009	She noticed that he just wouldn't give up, he wouldn't leave. "I always get those. I kinda get used to them." That was it, she had said it. She made a mistake, he probably would keep asking. "Oh well" she thought. She was thinking of leaving soon, it was getting late. She was tired, maybe she would be in the mood to talk to him another time. She yawned, and thought now was not the time to sit around and chat. She thought of what she would do tomorrow, maybe take another break from hunting and go shopping. "Yeah I'll go shopping", she thought again. Back with Nick, she knew he was looking at her, but she didn't mind, unlike other guys.

"Well, here's my number, whenever you feel like you need company." He said as he stood up and put the piece of paper in front of her. He gave her a quick smile and headed for the door. As he walked out the door and got into his car, he thought there might be a chance that they would go out sometime.She seemed cool, though she was quiet and different, there was something more about her besides her pale white skin.

She wasn't sure if she should take it or not. Though she didn't really hang out with humans, he seemed nice. It wouldn't hurt to give it a try, maybe this could be a human than can actually be friends with her. She finally decided to grab the piece of paper with his number on it. She smiled before putting it in her pocket. She was now sleepy, she would have to look for a motel around here somewhere. Lauren got up and walked out of the bar.
