We are a provider of LGV license training and have an LSC contract. Despite having a good track record in qualification and license achievements we have a dreadful Job Entry rate (less than 20% of our people go into work).

There are plenty of jobs out there but our people are just not being successful in their applications and interviews - where do I start in turning things around?
