I will get this thing rolling by pointing out that I do not have the option to pass a Corporate Subsidy Act or the Trade Union Regulation Act. They do not appear either in the economic list or under those "recently passed".

I don't doubt it, certain laws are only available for certain government types, and others require one technology or another.

It would be extremely useful to see a page that lists exactly what resources I require every turn, current domestic production and/or deals, and the current deficit.

There is one there, consumption. Does the drop-down menu work on the browser you are using?

Yeah, I just found it. It wasn't where I expected it to be. I saw the trade portion in International and thought that it would be there if it was there at all. My mistake.

The resource/goods needs says "Daily Population Requirements". Does that mean each eal day/3 game months or what?

One thing that would be nice is the ability to name your armies and such.

Each day is one turn. The terms are often used interchangeably, due to it being a one turn = one day setting.

Is there someway in he future that a thing (I don't know what you would call it) could be made to pay of debts at a user set rate per turn? So it would just take it out of your income.

Pay debts owed to somebody else or to the international bank?

World Industrial Statistics page: It would be nice to have the name of the resource next to the image.

Shouldn't Korea be under Japanese control to some degree? How is that going to work out?

May you at some point post the rules affects?

My guess would be you invade Korea whenever you think you can get away with it, precipitating the war with Russia. We can't really do the Boxer Rebellion unless we all want to attack China, which would require Russian participation due to the Manchurian army. And somehow I don't think anybody wants Russia to take out China. :P

The thing is, though, that Korea was militarily occupied by Japan at this point. Shouldn't I at least have a basing rights agreement by default?

Is the clock moved forward manually or automatically? And if automatically, at what time each day?

So, looking at the trade screens, something sticks out.

One unit of Steel costs 10,000. But, it takes one unit of Iron and one of Coal to produce it, nevermind the cost of the factories. That means Steel should be a minimum of 20,000 per unit, otherwise producers are taking a loss. I have to assume that I am missing something.

I think the price of things changes every turn. As far as I can see, everything is 10,000.

I guess the resources have to find their market price by our actions...

That is troubling. One certainly cannot agree to trade for set price if that's the case.

It goes up and down depending on the demand.

I think it would be helpful if in the world industrial statistics, if you click on a category (say coal) and it opens up stats for, say, the top ten nations.

It goes up and down based on demand and the cost of the inputs. Absent other things, it will veer toward $20,000, if the price of iron and coal are both $10,000.

"Everything is worth what its purchaser will pay for it."

I really should reset the starting prices of those manufactured goods manually, come to think of it.

It shows on the navy page once you can build ships. I can put up a separate list of all units on the forum.
