The Serpian Triarchy, a Triumviral monarchy, is the present world government of Serpo and the administrator of her colonies and outposts. Governed by three of Serpo most prestigious families --House Oberan, House Tyranus, and House Serapa-- they exist as the highest authoritative entity with in the hierarchy of government. There status as the Emperors of the Civilized Galaxy place above their subjects and have made them the demi-gods of their own domain.
