Chat Moderator Application: Age: Timezone: Times you will be available to moderate the chat: Times you will absolutely not be available: Have you read and understand the Board Rules and Regulations? Any else that you think might help you get the job? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hatchery Worker Application: Age: Timezone: Times you will be available to update the hatchery: Times you will absolutely not be available: Have you read and understand the Board Rules and Regulations? Any else that you think might help you get the job? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Global Moderator Application: Age: Timezone: Times you will be available to moderate: Times you will absolutely not be available: Would you be willing to update the hatchery too? Have you read and understand the Board Rules and Regulations? Any else that you think might help you get the job? Imagine that you have just been made a moderator, but you were not given specific rules on what actions to take when members break or ignore the rules! Although you do know that you have the power to PM members, edit and delete posts, close topics, and even to give warnings. You are the only moderator online now and you notice: A new member using an incorrect posting format in the request forum, despite the fact that the rules are clearly posted. What do you do? Shortly thereafter, you notice 2 members have gotten into a heated argument on the discussion boards. One is obviously trying to be civil while still making their point, but the other has resorted to insults. What do you do? And now that you've taken some moderator actions, what will do you if you see the same members making the same mistakes again?
