The other option is to have the tank remove all his gear. This makes your heals WAY more powerful. My Nourish heals a naked tank for like 75% of his health, but only 25% with his gear on. Try it, you will notice a large and immediate difference.

I started skipping through scenes around episode 5 and realized I skipped most of the "boss fight", so I'll have to pick it up again in a few days. I like it.
