Below is an explanation of the character sheet and below it is the actual code that you must copy and paste into a new thread. Make sure to put your character's name, fully spaced and capitalized, into the "Topic Title" field. In the "Topic Description" field put in your character's race and profession (ie. Dark Elf Enchantress). Please fill this sheet out to the best of your ability. If you do not take time to fill it out, your character will be deleted. Character Name Title(s): Only if your character is noble. House: Birth Name: Refers to the name(s) your character was born with. Please explain the meaning of your character's name, if there is any. Alias(es): Feel free to include any nicknames that your character has been given. Gender: Age: Date of Birth: You can provide a season or be exact by giving a month and year (refer to our calendar). Is this a canon character? Class: This is the type of character you play. You can play any type of character you wish but here are some examples: sorcerer, wizard, mage, cleric, priest, druid, necromancer, mystic, shaman, ranger, hunter, rogue, warrior, bard, paladin etc. For more information, I would highly recommend reading about the D&D classes or the World of Warcraft classes. Biometrics & Appearance Please write at least three good paragraphs regarding your character's race, appearance and clothing choices. In terms of race, you are allowed to use previously created humanoid races as well as races from your own imagination. Acceptable races include humans, light skinned elves, dark elves, gnomes, halflings, dwarves etc. In terms of appearance, mention height, weight, physical body time, skin tone, hair and eye colour, or any biological traits or visible attributes such as scars that distinguish your character. In terms of clothing choices, please be descriptive. Detail the style of attire as well what its made of and include any accessories your character wears. Personality Please write at least two good paragraphs and include hopes, dreams, fears, comforts, quirks, favourites, things that your character dislikes, strengths, weaknesses etc. You can include an alignment and a patron deity, if he or she worships one. Background Family: Please include all family (even if deceased) and include names, relations, ages and other details if you wish. Family Status: Royal, noble, common... Briefly explain your family's social status and how they were/are viewed by your community. Personal History: Please write at least four good paragraphs and include significant moments, events that shaped your character, your character's upbringing and relationships with family members etc. Current Whereabouts: Where is your character currently residing and what is he or she doing? Skills & Lore Skills refer to activities that can be learned and mastered through repeated practice, such as combat and trade skills. In terms of trade skills, there is no set list so be creative and original. Some sample trades are mercantilism, herbalism, inscriptionism, astrology, runism, enchanting, smithing, jewelcrafting, librarian, carpentry/masonry, weaving, healing, alchemy and tailoring. Many residents are without a trade and are considered peasants. Lore on the other hand refers to pure knowledge, or what your character knows. Herbalism is a type of lore because it is a type of knowledge. Alchemy is a skill because it is the practical application of herb lore. In both cases, describe the lore and include how much your character knows and what his or her specialties are. Spells Not everyone knows magic, in fact its very difficult to learn. If your character is capable of using magic, detail the spells they can use in paragraph form. Provide an adequate description and include what it does and what it looks like. You may wish to include its school or range. Please refer to our magic guide page for more information.. Items Please detail your character's equipment (your character's weapons, books, items and anything they use in their trade), methods of transportation, property (and where they are located) and wealth in paragraph form. Roleplaying Sample: Show me what you got. I want description, depth and feeling.
