Talis Flitter Played by Lynn; Contact Lynn Nexus (skype) Dragons may live a long time but no need to be boring about it... ~*~ ESPer Identification Card Full Name: Talis Flitter Aliases: Tally, Flutterby, Hey Peacock!, Weirdy... Gender: Female Age/Birthday: Born: 11/25/1528 (young adult dragon) Human form looks about 24 Sexual Orientation: Snuggle... Technically she's Bi but mostly she just likes to snuggle things, fuzzy things, smooth things, rough things... all the things. Job Title: Co-Ambassador to Phantasia with Denise Masters Otherworld Affiliation: Phantasia Species: Dragon Physical Appearance: The Dragon: Tally is a small dragon. Down right runty in size. She is only about so big as a Horse, not counting her tail. She has a Celtic dragons' proportions, long and slender, with an even longer tail. Her scales are fine and their colors range through purple, blue and green giving her a slight peacock look, with golden accents (larger scale tips, down her back ridge, horns, claws and along the bones of her wings). She has a pair of backward curving horns on her triangular head, and short webbed frills down the ridge of scales on her back. Her eyes are a vibrant green with hints and flecks of yellow and orange. She has rather dexterous claws, one of the few perks of being a bit of a runt. The Illusion: The person Tally looks to be could change at any given moment as it is only an illusion, That being said, she tends toward a particular look, finding it both comfortable, and useful. The only thing she keeps from what she really looks like is her eyes. Her stature is a slightly (but pleasantly) chubby short woman, standing only 5"4' and weighing 130 pounds. Her hair color appears to be dyed frequently, tending towards a still wholly unnatural burgundy auburn when not purple, maroon and/or blue. She looks to be playful and even parts geek and punk. A row of piercings trail up her ears and one sits delicately in her nose. She has a rather ridiculous closet. She fits right in around Minneapolis but would stick out like a sore thumb anywhere else in the Midwest. Most days see her either in some clothes from a by gone age or far distant land. She has recently taken an extreme liking to steampunk as it allows her to use her costume like wardrobe as separates, frequently mixing things like corsets and Kimonos or belly dancing tops with a short bustle skirt. Despite the extreme and strange wardrobe she never looks truly fat, all of it is well fitting and complimentary even if a little loud. She has a bad tenancy to hit the extremes in footwear, anything from platforms, elegant button up ankle boots or running amok barefoot. She keeps it -relatively- notched down at work, leaving goggles at home or trying to keep everything down to only 3 colors, sometimes she'll even wear business clothes. Personality: As dragons go she's a wild woman, Only planning her life out -maybe- a decade in advanced. She tends to be chipper and silly, sometimes downright perverse. She loves a joke and has no problem being the butt of a joke so long as it's a good one. If there's one thing Tally loves it's comedy. The only place she is ever -truly- serious is the office. History: Tally was always a bit of a runt. Her elder brother had size on her from day one even when you compared his size when he was her age. Her parents never begrudged her for being small but she was always a tiny bit looked down on by others. A runt wouldn't help the species that much. In her youth her parents took her to see the human world much like human parents would take their kids to Florida to see Disney. She was awed by the place, the humans were so funny! They thought they were so big and yet they were so small! They worked busily at this and that then SCRAMBLED when her father swooped down and got them some food. Only about the size of a dog at the time She went about playing tricks on some villagers. Hiding this or that, putting toads where they aught not be, childish pranks. Her time in the human world was short, only a month or so every couple of years but each time was her favorite time. One year she met a batch of fairies playing with a group of children and spent nearly a week there, frolicking and enjoying the pranks of the fey. But of course all things are not meant to last. The human world became too dangerous some where in the 1700s and her parents forbid her from leaving Phantasia to go cause a stir. She spent decades mastering magic so she could go into the human world unnoticed by the humans. Finally one day she just snuck out the rift and stayed in the human world for as long as she could. The Ambassador before her Tasted mortality a bit too closely and when the position in the ESPers came available she jumped at the chance. Being that no one wanted a permanent position in the mortal world she was granted it without too much fuss. Once again her good thing came to an end. The dragons feared both her youth and the idea of such a young dragon being stationed so permanently in the mortal world. She was asked politely to enjoy a vacation two years ago and she was "granted" a Co-Ambassador. Tally was understanding, but a little miffed. She spent two solid years in Phantasia after settling her affairs in the human world, ensuring her things and her home would still be there for her when she came back. Time is up and her itch to play with the mortals is back in full swing, now she and Denise Masters will be sharing space. Hopefully Denise has a good sense of humor. ~*~ Dossier (From your tabletop RPG sheet, if you have one, otherwise skip/delete this section.) Stats:
