One of the greatest sins involved in EL is that the moderators (if one can call them that) play the same game as the players! They are often in positions of player dependence - i.e. guild leaders - and act as arrogant dictators do. This could work if you had honest adults in the moderator positions- lol - sadly they don't. More like a group of retarded 5 year olds. Wait - that isn't fair to the 5 year olds. What you end up with is this curious mixture of game and butt kissing dance. The two games is a them I want to get back to with other posts. When you have to have a rule that prohibits discussion of moderation - you know (or should) you have a major problem. You're admitting that you have a crew of genetic throwbacks and you're not going to do anything about it. Watching the el moderators in action is much like watching a car crash - you are disgusted by what you see but are unable to turn away. However you remember all that you saw. Please see the category "People" for more info. Edited by Delcalb, Jul 8 2008, 09:17 PM.
