Act I - Chapter I

Group Location: Everwing Forest

Posted Image

With the lush green forest of the Everwing Forest and mountains in sight, the group of Six of the Seven Chosen Knights have themselves stranded on a wilderness, where the only thing that can be see at their current location are miles and miles of vivid green shades and a narrow pathway leading up to a small cliff on the mountainside.

One by one, the Six Knights slowly awaken from their state of subconsciousness. Some are weak, some are very disoriented. The group try to make of what they can as to what happened back in the ancient burial chamber of the Seven Knights, but most of their memory was a blur.

Suddenly, a ball of energy started to gather up in front of the five individuals, slowly taking on the form of a hazy female ethereal being. Moments later, the female watched as the group slowly awakened and formed a small soft smile on her face.

"Welcome, brave warriors... I am the guardian spirit of the Seven Knights who long ago served the kingdom of Everwing in a one-hundred year war. For centuries and millenniums, I have guarded the crystals of the knights who you all possess."

She started to walk around, inspecting the Six individuals one by one. She walked up to Jin and said

"Ah, Jin, the Knight of the Black Wolf. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Thalos to carry on his duties."

She then moved on to the next individual which was Drake Hertz.

"Drake, the Knight of the Emerald Dragon. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Percival to carry on his duties."

Next she moved to Esma Gasulla.

"Esma, the Knight of the Black Widow Spider. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Belinda to carry on her duties."

Yet again, she moved on to the next individual, who was Skye.

"Skye, the Knight of the Golden Eagle. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Sarina to carry on her duties."

Next came a young boy with golden hair, who was known as Leon Everest.

"Leon, the Knight of the Prideful Lion. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Lionel to carry on his duties."

And lastly, she moved on to the last individual of the group, Asgeir Eiriksson.

"Asgeir, the Knight of the Coiling Serpent. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Eldor to carry on his duties."

"There is one other Knight, but have seem to have landed on a much different area than we are. You will all meet with the last Knight soon enough."

And after she has explained which Knight bore the spirit of which. She silently stood in front of them, turned around and was admiring the view.

"With your awakening Knights, I too, have been awakened, to once more, serve my humble Knights."

"I am Celestia, the Royal Guard of the Seven Knights. Call my name and I shall come to thee...."

And with that said, she vanished into thin air, quickly as she appeared.

Falling asleep in one place, or passing out as it may be, and waking up in a completely different place can be quite disorienting, as one young man learned the hard way. What's more, as soon as he opened his eyes, he spotted one young woman who was not there when his eyes closed. Before he could quite gather his bearings, the woman spoke. She was saying a lot of things that didn't really make sense to him, so he half ignored it. Until he heard his name, that is.

"Asgeir, the Knight of the Coiling Serpent. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Eldor to carry on his duties." The young man's eyes grew wide. He was a Knight? He couldn't believe it. He was a thief, a streetrat. There was no way he could be a knight. They must have found the wrong person. Ásgeir stood to voice his disbelief, but in the next breath, the woman, who identified herself as Celeste, had disappeared.

Extremely confused, and not quite sure what to think, Ásgeir turned to look at his companions. He then sat back down, and crossed his legs. At least, he tried. That was when he realized he was wearing a suit of armour. Cursing the metal plating that was making itself such a bother, the young man was beginning to be in a foul mood. It was then that something strange happened. Where there once was armour, there was now only a faded forest green colored tunic with tan pants. Now that he was able to, Ásgeir sat crosslegged, and looked at his companions, who he had very little memory of, and waited for one of them to speak.
I'll whisper in your ear,
You are mine, and you will never have to be alone.
And when I pull you near,
You'll know I love you like I never loved anyone.
So let me be the one to lift you up,
I'll carry you home.
'Cause now I'm here to keep you safe,
And to catch you when you fall.

The darkness swirled and let up. It was almost like a curtain being pulled to the side to reveal what the audience wanted to see. Then again, Esma wasn't sure this was what she wanted to see. The ruins they had entered were there. The others were around. It was then she realized that she was lying face down on the stone floor. She began to push herself up into a cobra pose when a woman appeared in front of them.

As the figure spoke, Esma pushed herself up more. She slid onto her tiptoes and stayed in a crouch, the fingertips of both hands gracing the floor to help keep her balance. She watched the woman carefully as she spoke. The things she was saying was strange. She couldn't remember much of anything between entering the ruins and waking up on the floor. Then the figure filled her line of vision. She looked up at her through her eyelashes. The woman said something about Belinda and the knight of a black widow spider. "Why would anyone be a knight for a spider? she thought as the woman moved away.

At the end, the figure introduced herself as Celestia and told them they could summon her at anytime at all. Esma thought of calling out to her to ask more questions but she really didn't have anything except for 'what?' but figured that would be a terrible reason to call her back. For now, she would have to see what these ruins had to say and get out of here. She slowly rose to her feet and crossed her arms. She couldn't quite wrap her head around any of it and just blinked as she looked at everyone around her and the ruins.

One moment he was standing within a ruin, the next he was being dragged through a hole of darkness, feeling like he was being dragged down a whirlpool as he continued to forcefully plummet deeper within a seemingly limitless void. As he began to slow down he fell upon a grassy plain, as he pulled himself up he looked up to a strange creature who began to speak to himself and a group of strangers whom he didn't know. Eventually the creature's attention turned to him.

"Leon, the Knight of the Prideful Lion. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Lionel to carry on his duties." Not knowing what she meant Leon pulled himself up to his feet, stretching his arms as he looked around at the others. "I suppose better sooner than later to introduce ourselves, i'm Leon and i'm a Knight, even if we have difficulty trusting each other it's better we have some level of connection to survive out here. At the very least until we know what's going on here"

Shouldering his sword he turned to face the ground of 5 other 'Knights' "I suppose something else we'll have to decide on is a Leader, better than randomly going off on our own. It might be a tad early but who should lead the group?"

Drake leaned up from the ground, feeling as if his head had been caved in. He'd never show it to his friends, but he was really out of it. "That was some...thing," he managed to say as he stumbled up to his feet. Before he could really do anything more, there was a woman standing in front of him. She looks like an angel, he thought. And apparently she was.

She was an ancient guardian of sorts, protecting the seven knights of some long lost kindgom. This could be awesome, Drake again thought, smiling inwardly. "Drake, the Knight of the Emerald Dragon. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Percival to carry on his duties." Oh yeah, the smile growing outside of himself, this is gonna be awesome. Seven protectorates of a long lost empire now trusted with the souls and powers of an ancient creed? Hell yes. Armour adorned him, two weapons at his side. If this was the way things were going to go for him and his friends from now on then Drake was about to lead a much more interesting life than he ever could have imagined.

Leon stood up and began delivering an introduction. "Leon, I don't think we need to reintroduce ourselves. I mean, we are all friends here." Drake laughed at his friend's odd presumptions, though he himself had his own to deal with. Leon did have a good point however about choosing a leader. "I don't know about choosing a leader right now, though. I think so long as we're respectful of one another, as we've always been, then we'll be good and perhaps a leader will emerge from us. I dunno," he said shuffling a bit in his new (and awesome) suit of armor, "that's just my thoughts though. I think if we do choose a leader now, we should vote on it. But again, I think we should wait."

Drake surveyed his friends, seeing only the other five. One was missing. I wonder where they could be... If they were too terribly separated from the group, it might be an issue for them all. But for now, they were together mostly, and trusting and knowing of one another.

His head throbbing like a hammer hitting the cold, yet fiery steel of a blacksmith's anvil. Slowly, the boy known as Jin came to his senses and got up slowly, proceeding to sit down, with his arms crossed. "What the hell just happened" he thought to himself, and just before he could even begin to think, an angel like female spirit appeared in front of the individuals.

She started to examine everyone, pacing back and forth, she started with Jin first. "Ah, Jin, the Knight of the Black Wolf. You have been chosen by the knight known as Thalos to carry on his duties." She said, almost prophetic like.

The boy didn't really seemed bothered or shocked as much as everyone else, but he did want to know why they were there, and what their purpose was. Obviously the six kids were there to protect a kingdom. Although there are seven, the last one seemed like he or she got lost.

He decided to introduce himself, though the lady already did, but he made sure. "The name's Jin." he said, with a confident look in his eyes. "As for choosing a leader. I say we wait and see, the opportunity will reveal itself at the right time for when a leader will be needed. Like a trial of some sort"

He pondered the thought, and examined his equipment. He took out the Katana at his side, being held on a sheathe. He examined it's peerless craftsmanship and held it out towards the direction of the sun, whereas it shone a light red. "Crimson Fang..." he murmured. Though, he never meant to speak.

A malestrom of black waves swept over her as she was dragged deep into a unconscious abyss. It felt as if her body was being dragged but at the same time she could feel the cool of the ruins cobblestones on her face. The ground began to grow warmer as what she was laying on changed. Now there were things poking her. It was an unpleasant feeling a much like the time she layed down in the forest.

Slowly she resurfaced and her eyes fluttered open. The last thing she remembered was touching a statue in an old ruin. She had been in there with a bunch of stranger and had been a bit uncomfortable. Startlement awoke her fully at the thought of the strangers. Had one of the drugged her and brought her to this place? Fear was replaced with confusion when a woman who called herself Celestia addressed her as a Knight. Only then did she see the metal helm laying on the ground next to a sword and that she had on a suit of armor. She was freaking out majorly now maybe one of them did drug her. Looking around after the woman just disappeared she seen the strangers. "Where am I and what in the world have you done to me" she demanded.

CELESTIA -
Location - Everwing Forest

It has been mere moments where everyone has had themselves re-introduced, due to the fact that their memories might have been temporarily forgotten. Celestia had disappeared, but where. Well, she imbued a portion of her spirit in each of the Knights' weapons.

Each individual had the rush of confusion all overcome them and they were all mildly panicking. Celestia spoke to the knights via telepathically and said "you must all move on. The Kingdom of Everwing is in danger and not too far away. It's beyond the mountain you see before you."

Among the surrounding was a medium sized mountain, though, while small, it had a very steep pathway.

Celestia spoke to the knights again, in their minds - "everything will be explained in due time, my fellow masters. Right now, you must do everything in your powers to save my Kingdom from a savage war... Please.... Hurry"

The group were recuperating themselves, and yet they're going to be plunged into battle as soon as they were getting to figuring things out.

One individual blurted out "where am I and what in the world have you done to me"

Celestia proceeded to answer - "you are a knight my child, you've been chosen by the former knight of this world to carry on her duties to protecting the kingdom of Everwing."

"You see, once, every 2,000 years, the spirits of these Knights awaken in various creatures. From there, they have a limited amount of time to find themselves a worthy individual of being a knight..."

Hearing everyone's opinions on the matter of a leader, Leon heard Celestia's voice about their task in Everwing. Looking towards the forest before them he turned back to the group "in that case, if there are no objections we had best get moving, at the very least to the nearest town. I'd rather not have to spend the night outside in a foreign world, we'd be in a better position to proceed when we have more information about this place and how it works"

Leon then began to walk towards the forest, pausing briefly to speak before continuing "I'd rather be overly cautious and laugh it off later than not take it seriously and regret it". Keeping his sword clutched tightly in his hand he began to walk within the forest, listening out for anything out of the ordinary, though that itself could be anything in this strange world.

Esma was a little baffled by the fact that some of their group were introducing themselves to them. She blinked and cocked her head to the sude in surprise. She untangled her arms and let them hang by her sides. As they fell, her wrists grazed something on her hip. She looked down and felt the objects that hung there. Two blades were in sheaths attached to the belt around her waist. She pulled one out and examined the blade. It was a fine piece of metal. The design was almost weblike. It was very pretty in her mind.

The voice of the woman came back. It was strange to hear the voice but not see where it was coming from. It seemed this Celestia spirit was telling them about a mission. Esma listened carefully. They had to move from this place and travel. Their ultimate goal was to end a war. It seemed like a huge task to ask of their small group but if they could help at all, Esma felt that it would be enough to satisfy her. She momentarily frowned at that thought and then tried to push it aside. They were given something to do and they would have to do it as soon as they could.

Leon spoke next. "I agree with you," she said after he finished. "We need to move soon and figure out the best course of action," she added. She walked over to the opening of the ruins. The forest stretched out before her. Esma took a deep breath and held it in her chest a moment before releasing it. She didn't know what to expect but felt that something big was coming; especially if each of them was given armor and weapons. Deep down she felt something familiar and waiting for a fight to come to her.

Drake nodded, allowing Leon to assume control for now. He seemed the prideful sort, though not in the way that Drake was, and it would be better to allow the group to proceed with as little conflict as possible starting off.

Drake began heading toward the small mountain, the forest beginning to envelop their progress. He figured since the woman was in such a panic that they would need to make haste, and since she spoke to them in their minds she wouldn't mind if he began getting the show on the road. "So," he said, crossing over some underbrush , "Celestia, is it? Are you not immortal then? You die if you can't find a," he searched a moment for the word, slashing with his new swords at the path in front of them, "host for you? Is that it? And what's so wrong in this kingdom you keep speaking of to which you send us so blindly forward?" Drake moved to the front of the group, slashing through whatever blocked their way in order to clear a path for the mixed up group of wayward travelers.

JIN

Jin thought it was kinda awkward for the one member who blurted out such a weird assumption, and that she believes she's been drugged. Well, whatever the case, Jin just kinda kept to himself for the moment and nodded to both Drake and Leon that he would have no problems letting Leon take the lead.

He gathered himself up and look straight up to the sky, it was rather peaceful in a time of war. He certainly didn't hear any sounds of war or the clashing of swords either. Unless it hasn't started yet, and that's why the one known as Celestia were rushing them to get to this kingdom of hers. So that they can intercept whatever is heading for Everwing.

Without hesitation, Jin followed Drake into the unknown, his hand always by the side of Crimson Fang, for a fast draw of the peerless blade. He decided to take out his blade and also help with cutting whatever lay in the path of the strange travelers.

He overheard Drake talking out to Celestia like he was crazy, but he pondered the same thought on how Celestia does survive.

"Drake, she's a spirit. Spirits are immortal, and they sustained their original forms as humans. So what she is now, she will be until her spirit can find true everlasting peace. Put it simply, she's a g..."

Just then, Jin heard some sort of rustling nearby in the grasses and bushes. "WAIT. Something's here.... Everyone, be quiet, he ordered"

Letting Jin and Drake take the lead, Leon watched them clear a path. Gesturing to the two women to follow behind them he followed Jin and Drake inside. Hearing a sound further within he motioned for the women to stop before gripping his sword in both hands.

"WAIT. Something's here.... Everyone, be quiet"

Standing between Jin and Drake he waited for whatever the presence was to show itself, holding his sword forward in case of a frontal attack.

---- CELESTIA / STORY TELLER ----
The group were trailing each other to get to the kingdom of Everwing as fast as they could, this of course, organized by the mysterious spirit Celestia that had urged and convinced them.

This was no easy task, since the surroundings were a very thick canopy, and a very narrow pathway that led to an even more narrow pathway up and over to the other side of the mountain that stood before them.

As the group stroll peacefully, a nearby rustling in the bushes and thicket nearby grabs Jin's keen hearing and motions everyone to stop and be quiet. That rustling was on the east side of the pact, and as time passes, the rustling grew and grew, agitating some giant grass blades, but then, it completely stopped, gone like smoke in the wind.

As the group stopped motionless, the various sounds of animals and birds are the only thing that remained in the air. But there was something more ominous about the way that things were just too quiet.

Celestia also vanished from the connection of the groups' minds, to travel to another location.

---- MEANWHILE ----
The last Knight of the Seven has finally awakened at last, a female named Sofia Mirskii. Sofia managed to get by to the world of the Crystal Knights on a different area, rather than her other comrades.

She managed to get herself to wake up from a very very strong headache and lightly impaired vision until she could properly regain her balance and senses.

Celestia waited patiently until Sofia fully recovered from being disoriented. "Ah, my child, you are awake, at last." She said to Sofia, who was barely even listening to what she said.

(This is the introduction of Maya's character, Sofia)

---- MAIN GROUP ----
As Celestia has cut off all communication from the 6 Six Knights, another Knight, the one known as Skye also seemed to get lost. Apparently, she was the last one in line and managed to get lost by the thick forests that covered not only Drake's and Jin's way, but also the distant vision of everyone. Thankfully however, she followed an alternate path which led her directly to the cliff of a mountain, where she could see a towering kingdom just over the yonder. And she could also see the main pathway which her other comrades took.

(This is the exit of Star for now until she gets back on. Of if she's going to drop out)

Going back to the main group of Drake, Jin, Leon, Esma, and Asgeir, they were still wondering what that noise was.

The rustling soon came back, however, it was in the distant north direction from their location.

Sofia groaned and screwed her eyes tighter shut against the light. She curled up onto her side and grabbed her head, as if that would still the fierce pounding against her skull. But as she moved, she felt something hard against her body. Everywhere, in fact. Confused, she opened her eyes, just to immediately shut them again. Bright light + severe headache = even worse headache, as she just found out. Unfortunately, she knew she had to open her eyes and wake up and find out what the hell was going on. She took a steadying breath and cracked her eyes open, opening them in small increments until she got used to the light. "What the...?" she muttered, looking around her. She was very confused, mostly because the majority of what she saw was slightly blurry. She frowned and took her hand off of her head just long enough to rub her eyes. She looked around again. Well, it was slightly better, if she wanted to be optimistic about it. She rubbed her eyes some more instinctively, also wondering what the metal on her hands was. After a minute or so, her vision cleared up. She took the opportunity to look at herself, discovering armor covering almost every inch of her body, except for her head, and a sword strapped to her side. Her heart started pounding, a quick rush of adrenaline letting her forget about her headache for a moment. "Что, черт возьми? (What the hell?)" she wondered, gazing at the armor for another moment before looking at her surroundings, now that she was able to see everything clearly.

One thing that certainly didn't help her disorientation was the fact that she couldn't remember anything after a certain point; specifically, how she got here. And where the armor came from. And where her friends were. And... well, the list went on. Suddenly, a cool voice spoke to her. Sofia hardly paid attention to it, however, only bothering to vaguely answer it. "Yes, um... do you know where my friends are?" she asked, glancing at the woman.

Walking through the thick overgrowth of trees and others plant life was not an entirely difficult challenge. Esma found it easy to move about in the armor she was wearing. A few paces back, she had unsheathed one of her blades. She kept a tight grip on it but kept her arm relaxed so as not to hurt herself or any of the others. Her instincts told her anything was possible in the forest. Creatures roamed about and attacked without being provoked. Even though she grew up in the suburbs, they were still a jungle all on their own.

Next thing she knew, she almost walked into the person in front of her's back. Esma put her empty hand up to slow herself before she went face first into him. It was Drake. "Sorry," she said. She side stepped and looked at Leon. She listened and heard the rustling noise growing. She readied the blade she had in her hand and stood as still as she could. Even after the sound faded, she never moved an inch except for her eyes. They were scanning the eastern line of trees and other growth to try to spot anything. Her eyes weren't much help but her senses were telling her to not move.

Seeing that nobody was making a move to look, Leon quickly grew impatient, lowering his sword as he walked towards the bushes "if none of you are going to grow a pair and look..." Leon then began poking his sword through the bushes when a rabbit hopped out from the side, sighing lightly he turned to the group "that was it? Well now we're done with looking like a bunch of fools lets go"

Continuing to walk further in he soon came to a clearing, he didn't expect to encounter one so soon, though the show of sunlight wasn't such a downside "well there's no point standing around, still a ways to go, i'm going to assume you can all keep up"

JIN / MAIN GROUP
Location: Everwing Forest, near exit.

Jin was kinda irritated that Leon was basically calling himself the leader of the group. Then again, he did say that a leader would arise when the time is right. But a small situation like this wouldn't exactly be the time for one's courage to take place.

Even though it was only a rabbit, Jin sensed something bigger coming their way. "I'd best be cautious of where I thread Leon" he said. "You don't mean to tell that was more than a coincidence." He sighed and kept walking forward, nearing Leon, he whispered "something big is coming this way..." as he passed.

He kept walking till he was fully out of the clearing, scouting the area from left to right, then right to left. It was all but a peaceful open area. But he still had a bad feeling of what was to come in their path.

"Alright, let's go everyone" he commanded, alongside with Leon. Together, they would clear the path of any bushes and other obstructions.

CELESTIA
Location: Sofia Mirskii

Sofia landed on the western side of the Everwing kingdom, unlike her 6 six friends, whom landed on the south forest.

"Ah, Sofia Mirskii, the knight of the raging Bull. You have been chosen by the Knight known as Jayne to carry on her duties."

After a long pause, waiting for Sofia to recover more. She spoke;

"Your friends, my dear child, are behind along that mountain, to your right side." She pointed to a towering mountain that overlooked the kingdom of Everwing from a distance. "They are coming your way, so it'd be wise to wait here for them".

"If you wish to wait, then make you way up that small cliff there, to the north, it's not far from here. But beware, strange things await your arrival" She pointed once more, to a small path leading north, to a dead end cliff, where once there, one could see the whole pathway leading straight to Everwing Kingdom itself. "Once you are there, you will be able to see your friends from the cliff, after they make their way out of the forest and over the mountain"

Although, if you choose to not wait, you can make your way east, to the main road leading to my most beloved Kingdom of Everwing. And you can meet up with them there, on the southern gate."

THE WANDERING TRIO
(Kiresta Blair, Aaron Sohm, and Mona Koharu)
Location: Echo Village, North of Everwing Kingdom

Meanwhile, in the North, the Wandering Trio, known as Kiresta, Aaron, and Mona are off on an errand to gather Wine and drinks for the annual celebration of Everwing's Lunar Festival, by order of the King. The Lunar Festival is an occasion where everyone in the kingdom enjoys a time of peace, and get a nice long, day off from their daily jobs and lives. This is also the time when meteor showers and shooting stars appear.

The three make their way to a small village called Echo Village, because of the echoing sounds the wind give off at that area. They are to pick up two carts, full of wine and other alcoholic drinks, that are pulled by horse back with a designated driver. Their job is to escort the carts, making sure that both horses reach the kingdom unharmed by bandits, wild animals and monsters.

Mona took her first step into Echo Village and looked at her two companions and sighed. She was more of a loner, travelling in a group was not her style and really it was a burden but she was smart and she knew better than to cross the king when he ordered something of her... although she did wonder why the king chose her and these two of all people... oh well, best not to think about such things, for now she had to locate the wine carts and escort it back to the main village.

"Right you two..." She started as she began to walk forwards. "According to the king the carts should be waiting for us 'round the rear of the Alehouse." She paused and scouted the area noticing the Tavern in the far distance. She pointed to it without saying a word and began to walk towards it. She hoped the two would be smart enough to understand what she meant. Suddenly a large wind blew through the village, it sounded strange... spooky even, the wind howled louder than she'd ever heard, it blew her extremely long purple-black hair forward and into her face and her Kimono swayed in the wind as well but soon it subsided and everything went back to being quiet again.

She now noticed that there weren't too many people out and about on the streets, probably because the wind made staying outside rather annoying, Mona thought as she tried to push all her black hair back into place, she had A LOT of it. She then fixed the large butter fly clip on her head and continued on her way. Finally reaching the Tavern and noticing an old man sitting there.

"Hello sir." She started but the man didn't stir. "Sir? Are you awake?? SIR!" Finally the old drunk jolted from his seat, rubbing his eyes before staring Mona up and down.

"Wh-hic-hy hello thur, perdy lady" he smirked leaning against the pillar holding the verandah up, seeming to slip a bit but he regained his balance. "How can-hic I help ya?"

Mona screwed up her little nose at him, he stunk like alcohol and smoke. "We're here by order of the King to collect the two carts of goods for the Everwing's Lunar Festival" She said calmly

"Ahh yeah, them carts are at tha back." He used his thumb to point behind himself. "Jus' go 'round an let dem stable hands know an' day will get tha carts ready ta go!" He gave her a toothy grin. "But if ya wanna stay fer a bit, I'm sure da Lord wont mind."

Mona just rolled her eyes and turned away from the filthy old bastard and waited for her companions to make the next move.

Too many leaders, not enough follower. Drake was prideful, but he would not pride himself on such arrogance and petty squabbling. If people were to fight over leadership, he would retract, and wait for his opportunity to seize some modicum of control.

Jin ventured forth, scanning the horizon. "What do you see?" he asked his friend. The land was expansive, far beyond what he had ever seen. Lost and in the middle of some ethereal place of ancient secrets, Drake was vaguely annoyed. Sure the armor was cool, but unless something warranted the use of it, he just felt a bit costumey. It was really quite silly. He rested himself upon the ground, waiting for something to happen and waiting for the power struggle now ensuing between two of his friends to die down.

kiresta sighed.

After everything she's been through...now this? how more stupid can it get? Her partners. were walking towards a village.

"according to that woman..." she said to herself. "we need to transport some carts of alchol to a castle or something...we are to watch over it to prevent theft and murder robbery..yada yada yada."

Kiresta sighed again. "Maybe i can get drunk off that stuff..." she said to herself. Noticing that her "friends" were up ahead. she stood up and jogged to keep up. the echoing chime of a soundly village rang throughout the air. The town "Echo village" came into view.

Entering the town. She glanced around. It was...practically empty. then again it was windy. "thats why no one is out.." she said. Following her "friends" though this dreary dwelling. they came across a man sitting outside a shop.

"Hello sir...Sir!? are you awake sir? SIR!?"

Mona roused the man awake. he gave her quite the checking out. before saying "why hello there purdy lady..How can i help ya?"

Kiresta snorted. what. A. Drunkard. the Mona Explained their mission to the drunkard. he pointed back to a stable. she nodded and started towards the stables. kiresta couldve sworn she heard her grumble a insult at him.

Kiresta walked forwards. following Mona and Aaron. when suddenly the Drunkard had grabbed her skirt. She looked down and watched as he attempted too look up it. kiresta gave a hiss of disgust before punching the guy. "PERVERT" she growled at him before running after her friends.

Maybe she should've chose a less revealing Skirt.

The Group Finally Reaches the town they were supposed to pick up and guard two cart's full of Booze,He sighed slightly thinking of how he got pushed into this task he was a Knight not a Courier,They walk forward into the town Mona in the front and Kiresta in the back catching up.

"Oh well..Can't choose your team member's I suppose..Just hope they don't get us--" Before he can finish his sentence he See's Mona bothering some Local, waking him up and after they chat a bit,she snuff's her nose and walk's off toward's the back of the bar.

The Man Reeked of Booze so Aaron just ignored him and followed behind Mona,a few second's later he hear's Kiresta yell "PERVERT!" As he looks back he see's Kiresta slightly flustered and blushing somewhat.

"I guess you should have wore less revealing attire Kiresta,Quit Playing with the Local's and let's get the good's and leave.."

He Chuckle's some as he catches up with Mona,He then See's the Two Cart's that they are to guard on their way back to the Castle. As he walk's over to the Cart's the wind begins to blow more echoing within the town loudly."This Place is very Windy and Eerie It seems like a Ghost town as well, wonder where everyone is."

Mona listened to Kiresta squabble with the drunkard and paid no heed to it, instead she made her way to the two carriages. The horses were already bound to the carts and the Stable boys were putting the last of the crates into the back. One of them paused and looked at the three travellers and smiled.

"Ye be 'ere for the carts aye?" He asked and shoved the last crate in the back, then closed the latch behind it so nothing could fall out.

Mona nodded sweetly. "Well if you're ready, we'd like to head on our way, we're in a bit of a hurry you see."

"Oh of course ma'am, of course!! Now dese, carts ain't big enuff for a rider, so yas jus' gotta tug the 'orses along with these ropes an' dey'll follow."

"Thank you." She replied and grabbed the reins, given them a gentle tugg and the horses, one black and one brown, stepped forwards.

"Right, looks like I got the hang of it!" She smiled and nodded in the stable boys direction. It was time to get out of this windy place she thought. "Ok, so unless either of you need to do something before we go... I say we depart now? You two lead the way and protect the cart? I can tug it along. Sound good?" she waited for the other two to respond.

Kiresta glared.

a Glare that would kill Aaron ten times over.

she gave a indignant huff before storming off after Mona. she made sure to "bump" Aaron on her way past. She followed Mona into the stables and looked around.

"Just like a normal barn really.." it had hay strewn all over the ground and the neighing of the Horses rang throught out the barn. it was pretty spacious. She looked over to Mona conversing with the stable keeper.

"Ye be 'ere for the carts aye?" he said as he pushed the final crate into the carriage. mona gave a nod and smiled. Kiresta raised her eye-brow. such a sweet smile did not look right on her face.

The man gave Mona the reins. Kiresta watched as she pulled the horses over. she thanked the man when kiresta walked up to one of the horses.

"Ok, so unless either of you need to do something before we go... I say we depart now? You two lead the way and protect the cart? I can tug it along. Sound good?"

"Why your very pretty!" Kiresta cooed at the horse. And brushed it's mane. she looked at Mona and gave a small nod. she went back to complementing the horse as she waited for Aaron to Respond.

Aaron see's Mona talking to the Stable hand's but hear's Kiresta huff and run ahead only to bump him in the arm clearly showing she was mad at him,He chuckles at that thought.

He look's back up to the Stable's seeing Mona approach with the horses and Kiresta petting one looking like she loves the horses.

"Ok, so unless either of you need to do something before we go... I say we depart now? You two lead the way and protect the cart? I can tug it along. Sound good?" He hear's Mona say.

"That's Fine with me I dislike the feel of this town as is.I'll take point on our return home."

With that said Aaron turn's around and lead's the 3 outside the town gate as the leave the town and go back through the Canyon that they came from he unlatches the Large Scythe from his back.

"Shall We?"

He looks back to them seriously waiting on their response.
