If you want to know what it's about, check out the OOC Thread!
I'll whisper in your ear,
You are mine, and you will never have to be alone.
And when I pull you near,
You'll know I love you like I never loved anyone.
So let me be the one to lift you up,
I'll carry you home.
'Cause now I'm here to keep you safe,
And to catch you when you fall.

With a sigh, A young woman stepped out of a black car with black-tinted windows. She looked around for a moment, awed by the mansion in front of her. She took a step forward, and slowly closed the car door. Her bag was securely around one shoulder. After glancing back at the car for a moment, she began walking toward her new home.

Aerith Cassette, known by the scientists as Lithium, brushed a strand of silvery blue hair from her face, a small bolt of electricity jumping from the strand to her finger. She laughed softly, as though the electricity had tickled her slightly. Stepping pointedly around the large swimming pool, she made her way to the front door of the large building that was to be her home. She opened the door, and walked inside, completely shocked by all she was seeing. Smiling, she set her bag down on a chair in the entry way, and went about exploring the place.

To the left of the doorway was simply a set of stairs. If she were to go up those stairs, she would be greeted with a hallway filled with rooms. Closer examination of the rooms would reveal a small plate on the front. On the second floor, all the rooms were simply inscribed with a number. Still unknown to the teenagers, who would find out at the family meeting that was to take place that afternoon, each number was to correspond with their element's atomic number, thus assigning them to a specific room. The third floor hallway's doors were instead inscribed with just a first name, seeing as how they were to house the humans who had yet to receive an element.

To the right of the doorway, the rest of the house could be seen. Aerith chose to go that way, walking past the living room (with a huge flat screen, of course), and made her way to another, slightly smaller, sitting room, where she placed herself in one of the large chairs. She wasn't quite sure what to do, seeing as how she was the first to arrive at the home. She was eager to meet the others for once: She couldn't wait to have someone her own age to talk to.

Viktor Akunin hated a great many things. Ice cream, for example--it was too sweet, and the cold of it caused his front teeth to tingle annoyingly when he bit into it. Or idiotic people--though the gods knew that he still had to deal with them all the time. And arrogant people--the sheer irony notwithstanding, he couldn't stand punks who thought they were better than him when, of course, he was superior.

But he also couldn't stand moving his place of residence to another location. It wasn't sentimental--Viktor wasn't some sort of fool who got attached to one 'house' or another. It was simply the nuisance of having to lug his belongings into a new place, having to come to know the new location and its various little aspects.

And all for a reason as stupid as this. Viktor had informed the scientist he had no desire whatsoever to meet the other mutants--after all, why should he want to associate with a bunch of kids who had nothing to offer him but annoyances and irritation?

He later had to acquiesce, however, that his analysis had been made hastily and without proper consideration. After all, these were all subjects who had been infused with various different elements granting them different and varying abilities. They were potentially useful observation subjects, from whom could be gleaned valuable information.

Reluctantly, thus, did Viktor allow himself to arrive in this gods-forsaken mansion, dragging ridiculous amounts of luggage with him--several briefcases and cases filled to the brim with books and papers. Using his vastly superhuman strength and stamina to his advantage, Viktor managed to bring every one of his venerable collection of books and scientific notes within two trips--practically filling up the entrance hall with his luggage. Without so much as a glance to the girl seated in the living room, as if she weren't there at all, Viktor proceeded to lug his books and papers up into the room designated as his and began unpacking.

Within moments, dozens--hundreds, it seemed, of books placed in neat piles across the floor, with all his precious notes already organised into several folders. Once again he found himself cursing the scientist as he looked at the mess. "Couldn't even bring my entire library...curse that fool, thinking that I for some reason require the company of 'others my age'...feh, what rot. Does he truly think this motley collection of buffoons is even worth my attention, much less precious time spent on my research and training?"

Was it an unfair analysis to make before even meeting any of them? Without a doubt, to anyone but Viktor. To him it was quite clear that whoever these people were they were not worth the time he could be using on far more valuable subjects. But if he was going to have to be here, he figured he might as well have used it productively--ie, by studying the powers and abilities of the 'other residents' of this mansion, take note of each one.

But for now, given he was the only one to arrive (well, excepting the girl downstairs, but that was of little concern) Viktor figured he might as well take a look around the house, if only so that he would best know the general layout. He strode out of the room, and began walking around the house, more or less ignoring the girl and hoping she would not speak to him until it was necessary.

The inside of the car was well furnished and cool, two things Hydro very much appreciated. He felt relatively at ease in it, very much unlike how he had felt in the labs. Even though they were clean (immaculately so) they were too sterile. There was no life to them, no character. Nothing to explore, nothing to call his own. Hydro sighed, hoping their new home would be better.

The car having arrived, he exited with his few belongings. He appraised the mansion before him, and without sparing too many thoughts on the change in fortune, he cracked a smile. "THIS, I could get used to." The pool caught his attention most, and he immediately set down his suitcase and rucksack and launched into it fully clothed.

The water was cool around him, cool and calming, and he allowed himself to be completely soaked by it. He had wanted to try this with such a body of water for a long time, and now was as good a chance as any. He exhaled, hard. Shooting straight up into the air above the pool, water came dragging behind him, a sort of tail to this fish out of water. Causing the water he had dragged to spiral out around him, he formed 4 currents with it, and began spinning them rapidly about himself as he fell back into the pool. Breaking the surface, he forced not a drop to splash. Thus, his entrance into the pool was as if another small drop had entered a great ocean. There was no movement, no ripples, and still the 4 currents up above twirled and spun. As Hydro lifted himself so his head could break the surface, he gasped air, not because he was out of it, but because this was the most enjoyable thing he had done in a long time.

He allowed the 4 spinning currents to drop down and splash. Water bubbled over the sides of the pool, and he laughed at finally being able to properly push the bounds of his element.

Reclining back in the water he used the force of the force of the water against his back to lift himself onto the ground surrounding the pool and lifting the water off and out of his clothes, he deposited it back into the pool. Making sure his bags were clean, he hoisted them up, and headed for the front door.

"I could definitely get used to this," he said to himself, a grin from ear to ear.

The Big black limo pulled into the driveway. Mary Anne couldnt wait to see all the hot new dangers out here. she was pretty sure she'd get to know each and everyone of the pretty well. Taking a deep beathing double checking her neck line and make up she took one step out of the car into the bright day, her green hair began to blow in the wind.

Walking from the big black limo, Mimi strut to the door of the large mansion in front of her. She was eager to meet what kind of trouble she could get into here. The click and clack of her stilletos boots echoed as she stepped into the gigantic room. Wearing new black and red plad miniskirt and her low cut, some may say, a little revealing, red tanktop she took everything in.

Mimi noted the grand stairway leading up the the second and thrid floor. She noticed a girl in the hallway to the right and decided to go ask where she can put her items. So down the hallway, like a runway, walked Mimi.

" Hey, I'm Mary Anne, but call me Mimi, don you know where we are supposed to go?"

Bennet, dreaded being sent here, all he wanted to do is go home and play video games. Why his parents decided to send him to the 'Science' camp, he never will know. I'm getting a fricken A in science, why do I need to go to a fricked science camp!!!
"It'll help you get into college Bennet" is the last thing his parents said befor shipping him half-way accross the country to come to this 'camp'.

He had to admit, something felt diffrent and odd here. But he couldn't quite put his finger on it.

Aerith was facing the large window that opened to the pool, though she wasn't really paying attention to anything. She was lost in thought. She didn't even notice the young man enter the building, and carry the large number of books and other such items to his room. While she isn't normally that unobservant, (in fact, that was probably a first) she had so much on her mind at the time, it was hard for her to concentrate on anything else. For two weeks straight, Aerith had been having strange flashback-type visions. They were all of a young girl and boy, both sharing bright red hair, and deep blue eyes. She didn't know why, but she couldn't get the image out of her mind. She wanted to talk to someone about it, but it wasn't as though she had a lot of friends. She would have brought it up to Father, but, for some reason, she had a strong feeling that he couldn't know about them.

She was trying to figure out the cause of the visions when a flash of color caught her eye, dragging her from her trance-like state. Blinking a few times to clear her head, she stood. She walked over to the window, watching in curiosity as a young man manipulated the water. Wondering what element he could possibly be, yet slightly nervous about meeting new people, she made her way to the front door. On her way, she was approached by a young woman with green hair. "Hello Mimi." she said softly, "I am Aerith." At the question, she shrugged. "I'm pretty sure that the rooms are up that way. Father said that we are to stay in the room with our number on them." she repeated what she had been told. Being the eldest of the "mutants", Aerith was often told things that the others werent.

After answering the question, Aerith continued towards the door. She brushed a strand of hair from her face, opened the door, and looked at him curiously. "Hello." she said softly, standing by the door. "I am Aerith." she introduced herself, offering a hand. "Lithium." she added as an after thought. She felt kind of silly, not quite knowing how the other would react to seeing her. She didn't exactly look like a normal person, what with electricity running freely through the light blue strands of hair that were, in fact, microscopically thin strands of pure Lithium. Not to mention her discomfort around new people. Even as a young child, she had never been good with introductions, and that was one trait that followed her even into her teenage years. She stood in the doorway, slightly to the side, and played with her bracelet, a nervous habit of hers.

A bright light flashed, dragging Drago from his dreamless sleep. He groaned, and opened a single blue eye, just to look straight into the light. He closed his eye quickly, mumbling "Leave me alone." as he did. The light was more stubborn then even he, and it didn't take long before the young man gave up. He opened his eyes, sitting up in the plain white bed. The light, it turned out, was a surgical lamp that was strategically placed above his bed to cause the most annoyance possible, while being just out of his reach. The nurses know me too well. he thought as he got out of bed. It was widely known that Drago absolutely hated getting up before the crack of noon.

Dressed in the red shorts and black shirt that was his normal style dress, Drago began packing his bags to leave. Sure, he was told to do that over two weeks ago, but he didn't see the point. Why bother packing before the day you're actually leaving? So, he packed quickly, yet making sure not to forget anything. He hated that place as it was, and had no desire to return there by forgetting anything. He finished packing shortly after, and made his way to the door, bags in hand. He was met at the door by his favorite nurse, who's name he was never told, and handed her the bags. He followed her toward the car, babbling incessantly about all the things he was hoping that he could finally do. "...and, maybe, if we're close enough, i can finally go surfing again!" he finished excitedly. The nurse said nothing, but just kept walking. They soon got to the car, and she put his bags in the back seat, before waiting for him to get in. "Well, goodbye then!" he said with a laugh as he got in the car.

The car came to a stop a short time later in front of a huge mansion. Looking out the rolled down window, Drago was just in time to see the water show. That was his first experience with one of the "mutants". Confused, and somewhat scared, he grabbed his suitcase, and walked towards the house, choosing to enter through the slide door that led to the kitchen instead of following waterboy to the front door. He walked down the hallway towards the main entrance, and the stairs to the rooms when he almost ran into a young girl with green hair. "Hi there!" he said, excited to meet someone who at least appeared normal. "I'm Drago." he told her.

Calling after Aerith Thanks! she turned towards the window.

Mimi stared out the window watching the water show when the new boy almost ran into her.
Hey! wat- Mimi looked at the boy who appeared and a grin spread across her face thinking, Hey, he is cute!! I'm Mimi, are you new here? She looked at him flirtaciously as her light green eyes looked him over.

Bennett looked at the strang girl with blue flowing hair and the boy who played with water, standing infront of him. Thinking to himself Am i in the right place? I mean that was a pretty cool science trick but still. He glanced back down at the sheet of paper in his hand then the address. He looked at the girl, and seemed to notice something was off with her.

More people were gathering around in the living room, much to Viktor's annoyance--so he immediately proceeded back up the stairs and shut himself up in his room, beginning the long process of organising his books and papers and setting himself up in the room. It was a basic little set up--a bed, a chair, a lamp, a couple of bookcases. He packed as many books as he could into the bookcases and left the rest in neat piles against the walls beside the bookcases, before taking one of the books and, sitting at the armchair with his legs crossed, began reading, more or less oblivious and apathetic to what was going on downstairs--where, he hoped, no one would have noticed his presence enough to feel the need to bother him.

----------------------------------

When Aina Inkyria awoke that morning, it was with the same smile she greeted every morning with--as if she had been smiling the entire time she was asleep (which was not a possibility to be discounted). It was 6:30 in the morning, the same time she awoke every morning, as if there was an alarm in her head that rang at exactly 6:30 every morning; well-rested and content, she yawned and stretched her arms out, sitting up in the bland and rather uncomfortable bed before standing to her feet.

After a bit of stretching and some brief activity to get her muscles fully awake and prepared for the day, Aina dressed herself in a pair of jeans, a red t-shirt, and a lightweight leather jacket. Her possessions, few as they were but valuable to her personally, were stored in one suitcase, while another contained changes of clothing. She had a couple of books and drawing pads stored in the suitcase for her belongings, but Aina didn't intend to spend much time using either of them--after all, she was going to this mansion to meet the other mutants.

It was an exciting prospect. Aina could have been nervous about meeting what were essentially superbeings, but anxiety simply wasn't an emotion she had been created with. At this time, the only thing she felt was excitement and curiosity--what could those who had already undergone this incredible change tell her about how it would happen to her? And perhaps she would make a friend or two there...who knows?

Time seemed to pass within moments until the second Aina stepped out of the car, a suitcase in each hand, and strode towards the door of the mansion, looming over her--not in a foreboding, ominous, intimidating manner, but in a way that only further inspired curiosity within the girl.

Aina pushed the door open and strode through the hallway until she reached a living room where already, three others were in place--one, a girl with the strangest strands of crackling blue hair (perhaps an effect of her power?), another with the most unusual green hair (though it seemed to Aina it was probably dyed), and a young man who seemed to be more or less ordinary. What an interesting bunch, she thought to herself with a smile, deciding to make her introduction.

"He~ey," she said happily as she approached them.

((Wait a second. Aerith can't be the eldest of the mutants if she's 17 and Hydro and Viktor are 18....unless you mean she's been a mutant longer XD))

Aerith stepped back slightly, noticing that there was a growing number of newcomers. One or two, she didn't really mind, but four? That was getting to be too many strangers for the poor girl to handle. Backing up slowly, she resisted the urge to run away. She had to get over her fears, seeing as how she knew better then all of the others what was going on there. As her nervousness increased, the electricity in her hair began getting worse, threatening to strike out against one of the others if they were to come too close to her. Taking a few deep breaths, she attempted to calm herself, not wanting to scare the others away by zapping them. "Hello." she said to the young woman who had just spoken. "I am Aerith. she told her, smiling slightly. She looked around, before turning to everyone. "Maybe we should get out of the hallway..." she suggested, looking towards to first living room area, the one with the tv. "This is awkward..." she said quietly after a moment, looking at the others.

~*~

Drago looked at the green-haired young lady, and bit back a laugh. She was obviously trying to flirt with him, not realizing how completely horribly that would fail. "Hello to you, Mimi." he said with a smile. He was long since used to having random girls falling all over him, and he never quite got over the looks on their faces when they found out that he preferred the male gender. "I'm thinkin we are all new hear, hun." he always called girls "hun" or something similar. It was just how he talked. "The question is, are you a human, or one of the special people?" he didn't really care, but he WAS curious. He wanted to figure out who was who around here. The sooner he did, the sooner he could hopefully find his beloved sister. He had heard her name once in passing, though he had no idea where she was, or if she had even survived the bonding.

Bennett took a deep breath befor heading to the door, taking another moment before entering to look at his address again. Turning the handle he felt a obvious change and it increased when he walking into the hallway and looks around the room.
He took in everything, still wondering if he was in the right place. The grand stair case lead up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. His room, if this was the right place, would be on the 3rd floor. He turned his emotionless gaze to the group of people, that s eem to be multiplying. A girl with green hair who seems to be interested in the obviosly gay guy, or the red head boy, a boy with red hair also was standing in a group of girls with blue hair, one whos hair seems to have electricity flowing through it. It seems odd, which also added to the feeling that somehting was not right here. This feeling was not good, it was bad, it sent chills running up his back.

Mimi instantly realized taht he was gay after he said hun and he lost all intrest in being, anyhting more, than a friend. "I guesse your right. I'm Flourine.... I like either Flo or Mimi, Mimi most perfered. Your obviously human..."

Mimi looked back at the others recognizing those who were mutans and human, or that guy with red hair is cute, lets jsut hope hes not gay. She glanced at Drago again, Wanna go meet the others? It felt weired to her just leaving him there all alone.

The first thing he noticed upon entering the mansion was the great amount of people who had already moved in. He could barely keep track of them all, but after a few moments of looking hard he counted six in total. So many hair colors! It was like a freaking rainbow inside here, and they were all relatively crammed into the small entry hall.

Hydro took in the surroundings for just a moment. There was something vaguely familiar about the place, either as if he had been there before or in some place like it. He shrugged it off and moved forward into the mansion, deciding that it'd be best to put his belongings upstairs first before he got to meeting and greeting everyone. He began heading for the long grand staircase.

"Aina Inkyria," Aina replied to the girl introducing herself, bowing slightly with a friendly smile. "Though you can call me Ai or Inkyria is fine. You could call me Inky, but I wouldn't like that."

Indeed, it was getting rather packed in the hallway, so Aina slid backwards, moving into the Living Room and seating herself in one of the couches, deciding her things could wait to be moved to her room until she got to know everyone present.

((sorry it's so short...nothing to post with Viktor, and couldn't think of much for Aina >_>))

Bennett decided the only way he was going to find out if this was science camp or not is to go and see if his name was on a door on the thrid floor. So on pressed Bennett from the crowded hallway, lugging his heavy bag up the stairs. He still couldnt get over the fact that something felt wrong here. So many questions had come to his mind, Why did that girl's hair seem to have electricity running through it? Why was science camp in a mansion? How did that guy do that to the water? Why did I have this feeling that something bad was going to happen?

His thoughts calmed when Ben reached the third floor. It seemed so empty compaired to downstair. Glancing at the doors he proceded down the hallway looking for his name. His suspisions confirmed when he say his name printed neatly on the door. His hand reached out to the doornob and he slowly opened his door, not sure what to excpect.

Mimi walked down the hallway liked she owned it making sure that everyone knew she was there. She glanced at the human heading up the stairs and wondered what element he would be bonded with. She figured she should move her stuff in so she walked over to the pile of suitcases and luggage and pulled out her designer hand bag and her other bags and then continued to strut up the stair like she was a the best damn thing there was.

Finding her atomic number was easy, 9. She chuckled to herself, hoping whoever was to be bonded with 6 that they would be straight. As she unpacked she made sure to arrange all her make up. After double checking her apperence, Mimi went down to go join the others who were gathering in the hallway.

With a nervous laugh, Aerith smiled at the others. "I...think I'm going to put my things in my room as well." she said after a moment, glancing at her bag. She could feel the electricity in her hair lessen as soon as she had walked away from the mass of strangers. Bag in hand, she made her way up the stairs to the second floor, and very quickly found her room. "Number Three, Lithium. a good conductor of heat and electricity as well as a highly reactive." she recited aloud the properties that made her what she was. Opening the door, she deposited her bag on the single bed, before walking back out. She couldn't be alone right now. She didn't really want to go back down and be around all the others, but she didn't want to sit in that room either. So, sketchbook in hand, she made her way to the staircase, where she sat half way between the second and third floor, and began drawing.

~*~

Drago just nodded, following Mimi to the others. He spotted the small group of people standing around, and smiled. "Hey there!" he said excitedly. He spotted one young man walking in the direction of the stairs, and half-ran toward him. "Hey, you were the one doing that awesome stuff with the water!" he said, stopping slightly in front of him. "I'm Drago." he introduced himself. He was secretly wondering if the guy could possibly create some killer waves that Drago could surf on, but wasn't quite sure how to ask that.

As if to further capitalize on the feeling of familiarity he had just experienced entering the mansion, a boy with red hair came up to greet him. Announcing his name as Drago, he was now faced with someone who looked like he could be his brother. Hydro had once even thought of styling his hair in the same way as the Drago, though he couldn't really recall why he hadn't...

Turning to face Drago and setting down his bags, Hyrdo extended his hand to shake. "Hydro. Nice to meet you. What's your element?"

Feeling the still fresh lump just above his hair line on his head from god knows where, Ferdinand felt the sleek black car pull to a nice large mansion, he looked out the window and into the front door of the mansion, he could see people, he assumed he was to get out and go inside, so he grabbed the bags he assumed were his, they were brown old, and smelled strangely of sawdust. thanking him he got out of the car, and suddenly, he was overcome by rage, "Why cant I freaking remember anything?!" he swore to himself. He then punched the nice wrought iron gate in front of him, and to his great surprise, instead of a sharp pain on his knuckles, his hand bounced back and made nice reverberating clanging noise against the gate. He was shocked, he stepped back and didn't know what to do. "What the hell is happening to me?! Cant remember anything past two weeks ago, and now I'm made of steal?! FAN-F*****G-TASTIC!" this was a very weird situation for him as he didn't often get angry, he pushed the gate open grabbed his bags and walked briskly up the walk to the large mansion in front of him, determined to get some answers, upon reaching the front door though, his sense returned to him, but it didn't calm him down, just made him irrationally sad, which was EVEN weirder as he had only cried twice in his life, he fell to his knees and then against the door, when his shoulder hit the wood, it made a nice loud, deep -THUNK- noise, and he just sat there, about to cry, just mentally breaking down.

Aerith was drawing an innocent lightning storm when she heard a shout from outside. Actually, it would have been surprising if she hadn't. Whoever it was, was being quite loud. Rolling her eyes, she closed the sketchbook, and ran to her room, tossing it in before heading down the stairs. "Must be a new kid..." she said quietly. She was used to the way some of the newer mutants reacted to the change, and complete loss of memory. She half ran out the door, and nearly tripped over the young man sitting on the ground. She sat down next to him, and smiled. "Hi." she said softly. "I'm Aerith. Are you new here?" she asked him.

Drago shook Hydro's hand, then looked at him. It was like looking in a mirror. The realization shocked him slightly, but he soon got over it. "Nice to meet you too!" he said happily. He loved meeting new people. Especially those who weren't creeped out by him. "I don't have one yet. I'm just a poor pathetic human." he said with a laugh.

Answering before he looked up "Yes, Im' new here, wherever here" he gestured to the mansion less than a foot behind him "is and I don...." looking up at that point he was shocked by her blue crackling hair. "IS THAT ELECTRICITY?!?! Why is your hair blue?!" he demanded jumping back an inch and starting to pant from the exasperation. calming down he said "listen, lady," he said getting up and starting to pace getting more and more worked up as he talked "I really appreciate you trying to be nice and all, and I'm sorry I'm like this right now, but i have got no idea what the hell is going on! I cant remember anything for the past two weeks, and it weren't for this" he said as he pulled out a nice brown leather wallet "I wouldn't even know my name! I wake up to weeks ago clamped to metal table, nobody tells me anything except Im number 26, whatever that means, and that ill be taken to a mansion in a few days, with nothing but the clothes I'm wearing and i nice big lump on my skull, which, BIG surprise, i cant remember how it got here, now I find I have indestructible bones, you have blue electric hair, I have no idea who I am, Where or When i am, and" he stopped pacing and put his hands on his head breathing deep trying to calm himself "I'm sorry, I'm not usually like that, I'm just really really confused. you said your name was Aerith? I'm Ferdinand Sovrano, its nice to meet you. The one thing I do remember though, is that my friends call me "King"" he finished, much calmer he held out his hand to shake hers. He did really feel bad about freaking out on the nice girl, I'll make it up to her somehow he thought to himself

Aerith was less then surprised by his reaction. She got that a lot from people who saw her hair. Willing the electricity to fade enough that it wasn't extremely noticeable, she shook his hand. She could tell as soon as she touched his hand that he was a metal of some sort. "You mean, Father didn't tell you anything?" she asked, more to herself then him. "Of course he didn't. He never does, from what i've heard. It's always the nurses who have to explain everything. You're probably one of the newest." she mused, looking him over. Taking a deep breath, she decided to start at the beginning. "My hair? My hair is extremely electrostatic. The blue strands you see are strands of pure Lithium. My DNA has been fused with Lithium." she heard him mention that he was called number 26, and mentally ran through the periodic table. (yes, she had the whole periodic table memorized. She figured it would be helpful, and it turned out she was right.) "Number 26. That would make you Iron. she said softly. she then explained further. "Father has fused your DNA with Iron molecules. I don't understand exactly how he did it, but he did. Most of us here have been mutated, and those that haven't, will soon. she told him.

"So, wait, your telling me, that, your chemically bonded with lithium, and I'm, I'm Iron? " he asked, all emotion slowly trickling from his face. Then suddenly he became incapable of making and facial pattern to express anything as he was on the ground rolling in laughter. Between the incomprehensible babble of his laughter you could make out certain phrases like "so your telling me...HAHAHAHA" and "and this loons your father? what happened to mommy?" or the one he probably would regret saying the most "your bonded with electricity? then show me oh mighty Zeus! Heave a thunderbolt for me! " the rest however was incomprehensible. After several minutes he stood back up, feeling much better ha thanks i needed a good laugh, now seriously, how'd you do that with you hair?

It really was quite eerie. This mansion, this guy, the fact they all had ridiculously colored hair. I mean, what's the likelihood?

The more interesting and immediate attention grabber, to Hydro at least, was that not all the people here were bonded yet. Some of them were still human. Hydro didn't know what to make of that, or even why there would be a need for people like him even to exist. This new development with humans being here meant something big, but as for what, Hydro didn't know yet. He let it fade for the moment.

"There's nothing pathetic about being human," he said with a small smile. His eyes didn't show any joy in saying the words. "You shouldn't think like that. Anyways, why don't we head upstairs to get situated, we can talk more on the way up to our rooms."

Aerith looked at him, her face completely serious. She was calmly waiting for him to finish his babbling, calmly, that is, until he asked about her mother. Now, Aerith didn't remember a whole lot about her life before she became Lithium, but the one thing she always remembered was her mother's face. Suddenly, her hair began to spark, threatening to zap him. "My mother? You think that..." she took a few deep breaths. Then she mumbled the one phrase she had known for a long time, yet never had the courage to say aloud before then. "Father is NOT my father." After saying that, she shook her head, trying to steady herself. There was no reason to freak out on him. It wasn't as if he could have known. Having had enough of his laughing, she stood, standing about a foot from him. She raised a single hand out to him, and forced the electric current that was always running through her body down her arm, and out her hand, striking the ground inches from King's body. "Believe me now?" she asked, her face completely serious.

Drago shrugged. Having known for a while what the other teens were like made him feel so much less cool then the others, which was one thing he couldn't stand. He hated to think that there were others who were so much more awesome then he could ever be. "Sure! I think our rooms are on different floors, though." he said with a smile. He then turned toward the stairs. "After you?" he offered.
