She then moved over to the bed where she laid down and started reading, planing to read until she fell asleep. The thought of how Harriet would enjoy a vacation passed through her mind. Obviously the maid wouldn't go on one if Tera didn't, but she wondered if the maid would even enjoy herself if she went.

Yes Country #13#	Harriet jumped to her feet as soon as her master was standing. It was rude for a servant to be seated while her master stood. She collected the finished plates and ran them to the kitchen to be washed. Everything was put away, cleaned or stored for later. As Harriet was putting away the wine, she had to go into the lower levels. She always hated going down into these cold, dark places ever since she had been accidentally locked in one time, many years ago. They were actually ruins from a much older age, a dungeon that used to live under a keep. They weren't on the floor plans for the manor, but the door that led to them made a nice BANG every time it was closed. Out of the darkness, the maid cleaned the cobwebs from her dress. She had a peek in on her master; a nap at this time of day? How like her old master! Harriet had to admit, though. Master Tera was very pretty when she was sleeping...

When she heard the dinner bell she sat up looking around her room some. Stretching she stood, her book falling to the floor, which she promptly picked up and placed on the nightstand. She walked toward the dining area smelling the food as she got closer. Though she had only been her about a day she already knew that Harriet made excellent food. Yawning again Tera sat down on her chair and looked at her food.

Yes Country #13#	A nice risotto had been prepared this time, the same set up of bread, wine and water pitcher as had been served for lunch. This time, though, the lights in the dining hall were dimmed. The room was lit by a fine candelabra sitting on the table, giving off an almost romantic mood. There was significantly more shadow for Harriet to stand in, making it almost impossible to see the girl. The only thing that gave her away was the white of her apron, barely illuminated. "I trust you slept well, my master?"

Yes	The light glow of the candle definitely created an interesting romantic mood setting, this made Tera wonder if it was on purpose or if the maid simply set it up without thinking about the mood it would make. "Yes, I slept rather nicely." Tera stated before looking toward the white apron, "I notice you didn't make food for yourself. Come and sit down." Tera smiled some, offering the spot next to her again, "I'm going to be sharing my food with you until you finally start making more for yourself. Or is this just the first course?"

She made sure only to speak after swallowing. "But yes, a second course would be nice as this is fairly good...and I don't think I will share it." She laughed some as she noticed that the food was already half way gone. "So a meal for us to share. Unless your going to insist that your not hungry."

She had probably had more left over, but needed to cook the rest of it. Sitting herself down at Tera's bequest, she ate a bowl quickly. Feeling a little daring, Harriet even took a second bowl of risotto to eat.

This was one of those 'holy days' she had heard about, though she wasn't sure what was so holy about them. "I'd like to see the ocean and the mountains and a forest and a huge city like where master used to work and ... "Ocean, mountains, a forest, and a city." Tera repeated with a laugh before saying, "Alright. Tomorrow we will go to the beach." Finishing her third bowl she moved it to the side and said, "So make sure you get plenty of rest. Tomorrows going to be chock full of fun. And I want you to wake me up at eight. Even if I refuse to get up." With that she stood and went about doing everything she needed to. She got her bathing suit ready, trying it on to make sure it still fit. Then she took a bath and shaved her legs. Then she sat on her bed where she remained sitting for just about the rest of the night cursing the fact she took a nap. She didn't fall asleep until about midnight.

She knew the meaning, because she had read about them in a geography book. What she didn't know was what it meant to be at a beach. Enjoying the sun, the surf, the sand. Harriet had never seen any body of water larger than the bathtub and couldn't swim to save her life. She got to sleep after cleaning up the bowls and plates from dinner. Harriet slept restlessly, excited for the coming day. The furthest she had ever been from her home was the small town she visited weekly. Never further, never elsewhere. The outside world was some distant and exotic place to the maid. The morning came all too quickly and at exactly eight in the morning, Harriet opened the blinds of her master's bedroom, flooding the room with light. "It's time to wake up, my master!"

I'm not sure how to show you the entire ocean so the shore of it will have to do…" She paused some before asking, "You do have a bathing suit right? If not we are going to have to get you one first."

Why ever would one need a suit to bathe in?" Harriet asked. When she pictured bathing in her mind, it was in a bathtub, nude. When she pictured a bathing suit, all she could imagine was something akin to a business suit. Making Tera's bed as soon as she was out of it, she scurried off to make breakfast. Scrambled eggs, bacon, freshly squeezed orange juice, some toast. She quietly nibbled on a slice of toast in the corner of the dining room. The early morning light made it impossible for her to find shadows to hide in, so a corner would do.

The pair then went down stairs and ate, as Tera ate her breakfast she watched Harriet eat some toast in the corner. When they finished Tera had them get in the car. She drove them through the town that bordered their home, and continued, only stopping for gas before arriving at the beach, the water hitting the shore quite nicely. There were people on the sand already, but not as many as one would expect. Tera led Harriet along the boardwalk until they reached a place selling bathing suits, where she led the maid inside and said, "These are bathing suits they are used so your cloths don't get wet from the water. Check everything out, pick something you like and make sure it fits."

Her face spent most of the trip glued to the glass window of the car, watching the unfamiliar scenery roll by. They had been living relatively close to the coastline, but Harriet had still never been there. The sight of the ocean was as though a great miracle occurred. "I-Is that what an ocean looks like?!" Harriet asked incredulously, "It's beautiful!" As they left the car, some childhood advice for being in unfamiliar territory kicked in as unwritten law for Harriet. The maid grabbed Tera's hand gently and allowed herself to be led. She inspected the suits with mixed looks of uncertainty and curiosity. "But master Tera, they are... qu-quite indecent, are they not?" Harriet pointed at the little swim suits here and there, "I do not think I could pick one of these that I liked. M-maybe... master Tera could help me choose?" Harriet made a cute smile as she waited for a response.

"They do have one pieces." She stated before starting to guide Harriet around, she picked out and handed Harriet various bathing suits, one and two pieces. Some of what she handed the maid was just given as a joke, others was because Tera wanted to see the maid in them. "Okay, out of what I handed you pick three that you like the most, make sure they will fit you, then pick one that you want to wear keeping in mind that yes other people will see you."

A light blush met her cheeks at the thought of wearing such little items of clothing. Even her undergarments were bigger than these! "U-Um..." she held up three. All one piece garments, the most 'modest' of the pile. A plain blue one, a black one with a red flower design and a white one, slightly lower cut than the rest. "Will these do, master Tera? I... I like the white one..." Harriet admitted with a slight blush. Apart from some of the bikini tops, it was clearly the one that revealed the most of her chest. On closer inspection, there was a heart shape cut out of the back.

Yes	[[okay posting now then going to bed, my wife is literally leaning against me so sorry if its alittle rushed (if I dont hurry and listen to her by going to sleep she will start to do painful things XD)]] Tera looked over the three raised up and nodded some, when Harriet mentioned she liked the white one Tera nodded more, "Indeed I like that one too." She moved over to the cashiers desk and handed her the cloths they weren't buying, much to the cashiers annoyance, then bought the white one. They then went toward a changing room and Tera looked at Harriet smiling, "I hope you like the beach." The pair entered the changing room and Tera took one stall then started changing before coming out and showing Harriet when Harriet came out too. Teras swimsuit was a two piece, red in color. The top tied at the front, the string hanging down between her breasts. It showed her average chest rather nicely. "What do you think?" she asked as she spun around.

Was this what it was like to be away from work, away from duty and responsibility? It was nonsense, reasoned Harriet, for as long as her master was there to be served, she would serve. She got changed. It was only after she had pulled on the body-hugging one-piece that Harriet realised how it felt. The suit conformed to her curves, left her legs exposed right up to her thighs. It was incredibly different from her loose maid's outfit, but Harriet felt strangely free in it. Though she was blushing a deep scarlet at the thought of anyone seeing her in such indecency, she was still smiling. "My master has a beautiful body." Harriet commented innocently. Everything about her was small. She was very slim with a small chest. In her arms was her maid's dress, her undershirt and a large pair of bloomers. Even her underwear was old fashioned...

Go for a swim, play in the water? Act like the little kid you could never be?" Tera laughed some as she held the maid still.

The feeling of sand under her feet and water lapping about her ankles had apparently piqued her curiosity, as she was spending a lot of time looking down. Her thoughts were also turned to the bathing suit. As time went on, the novelty of wearing such new clothing was beginning to wear off. Harriet was far too shy to be wearing such risqué clothing. "Does Master Tera think that anyone will stare at me when I am wearing this?"

There were people running through the water splashing each other, some people were swimming, there were some farther out that were surfing, a few kids were running along the shore playing tag, there was also some kids building sand castles or burying family members, some people were sunbathing, others were just watching their family have fun, and still others were reading books, there was also even a volleyball game further down and some people throwing a football, some people seemed to be collecting shells, then there was that one guy with the socks and sandals using a metal detector. "There is a lot you can do on a beach." Tera stated with a smile before giving a laugh, "Yes, I'm sure people will. But don't worry about others, your here with me and we are going to have some fun."

Her courage lasted till she was about neck deep in the water, where she decided to move back a bit. It was only about halfway up Tera's height, but Harriet was a much smaller girl. "The water tastes really salty. I didn't think it would be this salty! It's pushing me around too, master Tera! The ocean is strong!" Harriet excitedly reported.

She made sure the bag that their cloths was in was fully closed, not wanting them to get wet. Then she slowly followed after the maid. Harriet commented about the water being salty, and that it was strong. "Yea, thats the ocean for you." She laughed before stopping next to Harriet, "Strong, salty, has fish, and makes waves." She reached down and took some of the sand in her hand before bringing it back up, most of the water pushing the sand out of her hand before she got it out of the water. Opening her fist she showed Harriet the shell she grabbed, "The ocean is also full of these shells." She smiled and let the shell fall back into the water to be carried off in the current. "But be careful, don't want the water to pull you off and me have to save you." She laughed some before giving Harriet a hug.
