You can post after one other person posted if something is between you and that person and it doesn't advance the plot ahead in a way that leaves others behind. Otherwise, you should probably leave room for at least two to three others posters or at least a days time.

Well, taking into consideration the plot so far, I think that either Nirvana (as Allain) or Nobody (as Orion) should post next. Because it doesn't really look like anyone else is doing anything significant at the moment; Maztian is still running and Nagato is just reading. Kat is chatting up some guy and the rest of the Council are doing their own things too.

I'll wait for Nirvana so I can get both my characters replying in one post. As for your characters, the "good guys" (Maz and Kat) can team up while the bad guys (Nagato and Matthias) can team up. That would probably be the best thing to get the plot moving along for now. The Council of Five could have a meeting after Orion's business is taken care of.

Very well, after you and Nirvana have posted, I'll have Maz meet up with Kat by pure happenstance. :P

And with Nagato developing emotion also comes the possibility of 'turning' him from where he is...I dunno, but if I keep him as a baddie for the whole thing, I'm pretty sure he's gonna end up dead :/ Which sometimes I am okay with (because some characters have to die sometimes >_>) but I actually want to develop Nagato into a full character.

I'm admittedly very confused... I thought Allain was against any type of fighting to the extent that she's tried to stop the same fight twice. I understand that defending herself is all well and good, but shouldn't she be a little hesitant to make the first move?

In addition, I thought *all* Animus - regardless of strength, species, experience and/or generation - had a time limit that came with the activation of their powers. Granted it would be longer for some than others. But Allain's powers were only activated not that long ago, and she has no limit?

Tell me if I missed something and correct me if I'm wrong, it just struck me as odd is all. :)

Well he stated that full blooded Animus had no time limits. It was with the half bloods that had the time limit. And technically her powers didn't just activate, they were just inactive for the time she believed her self to be an android.

Also her opponent is an Animus working against her so she would be more inclined to kill her then an Android or a Human.

Alright, I suppose that works out, but it still doesn't make sense to me why she would just lash out and attack. It just doesn't seem in her character. So far she's been fairly pacifistic, no matter who was fighting. But I suppose there's nothing I can do about it...

Anyways, sorry for being difficult, but could you point out to me where it says there are no time limits? I can't seem to find it. It's not that I don't believe you; I'd just like something to help me keep it in mind for future reference.

The quote he's probably referring to is this one from the first post under the Animus section. "These traits are only brought out by people when using their special powers, or by full blooded Animus who always have these traits active (unless under rare conditions)." I was kind of inferring that their powers are always active if those physical traits are always active, but I'll edit it to clarify. That may be why you couldn't find the time limit that you were looking for. I'll post the standard time limits for different combinations, possible extensions that can be made to the limit through practice, and the waiting time needed in between activating your powers. These all might be important factors for later.

As for Allain saying that she has no limit...hmm...being an android she only has the Animus bloodline flowing through her, so I guess she would counts as a full-blooded Animus simply with some robotic parts. I never thought if it that way before. Maybe I'll have Reiha get caught off guard by this because even I didn't realize that. If she was a human/animus who was then made into an android, that would be a whole different story then a pure-blooded Animus being made into an android.

As for the whole pacifist thing, the Animus were pretty aggressive, so activating their powers may change your personality a bit. Plus, she mentioned a spiritual connection by being close to the Animus temple, so it’s possible some of the Animus who died there are also influencing personalities of people near by. Of course I just made up all this stuff, but it makes sense to me and explains the characters shift in personality.

I’ll get a reply up with Orion and Reiha sometime today.

EDIT: I added in a race called the Valkirie to the first post. Information about them is secretive right now, but I'll inform you that Reiha is part Valkirie.

In regards to my last post involving the identification and transfer of data on Allain and Reiha I'd ask that their players post what information would be on file about them if anything. Any information would likely involve: name, race, sector of residence, criminal background.

I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say the transfer data of Reiha will be what Matthias records during the battle itself due to her secret background, ie, nothing will be on file. Which will raise the question of who she is. Which I assume even Ranall won't know. Since Allain is classified as a criminal I expect that once the software identifies her a lot of data will be available and sent.

Reiha probably has nothing on file about her and the only ones alive who knows about her are Liliquoi (and few of her subordinates), Orion, and Annka (and whoever she's decided to tell). Okay, 3 out of 5 of the High Council doesn't seem that secretive but still...

EDIT: Mwahahaha! Your plan to record us has failed now that we have cover! You can either try to be Indiana Jones and break in without setting off the Animus bloodline detector thingies, or you can do another plan.

This post is more or less directed at Everlasting Nirvana.

It generally makes it less suspicious when you describe in gory detail how exactly you know a person is there when they go through the trouble of describing why they shouldn't be noticed. eg, running into the forest a great distance away, using zooming binoculars to stay at that distance, hiding just within sniping range in heavy forest, covering his gun with underbrush. I'd assume the easiest way to tell for an android would be to pick up the digital signals being sent through his headgear as opposed to 'just noticing' him.

I'm sure there are a great many ways you could have noticed Matthias as he was coming up the road, hiding, etc. I would just prefer it if you described exactly how not only to improve your descriptive abilities, but mine as well. But hey, I don't want to raise more fuss about it than necessary, so I'll bite. Post to come some time after my Java Programming final today.

I mainly shrugged it off as him not being in proper camouflage and them using super powered eyesight. lol That may still be a stretch, but if he was wearing an ornate uniform for the execution then maybe it glinted in the sunlight and revealed his position. And they could have spotted you while you were running around and not before you got settled down into cover. If all those situations combined, it would be within the realm of posibility.

Although her picking up on the radio signals would be possible, so if that's the case I'll remove the part where my character was able to spot you as well. She would just assume that Allain tried to trick her.

It's fine this time. I already began working out how I'm going to play on Reiha looking in my direction anyway. Just to clarify something, which is a lack of description on my part, Matthias is in his combat uniform as described in my character sheet.

Uhh, just thought I'd ask; When would it be a good time to have Maz link up with Kat? Now, or after a few posts?

To be honest, I find myself once again confused...

What was the point of having creating and introducing two artifacts from both The Valkirie and The Animus - which seem *really* powerful and important - before asking an android to simply destroy them? Would it not be better for Annka if they were in *her* possession?

Perhaps I read it wrong; I do often find myself having to re-read your posts to see if I can piece things together. I apologise for the fact that I'm always clashing with what you've written; I promise it's honestly nothing against you. I guess everyone has there own style, and some styles can be hard for certain people to understand.

The two artifacts mentioned are in Annkas possession the other items gathered from Orions vault were destroyed.

It was a little misleading after I re read it. I try to pick up on those things when I read over it after I post it but it is hard to catch little things like that sometimes.

I hope poor Matthias's tree survived the earthquake. lol

I'm going to have Reiha try her luck against the Animus spirits. I may have a long fight scene between them to show off some of her abilities. More about the Valkirie will be revealed, which will explain a little bit why she'd want to fight the Animus spirits (although it's mostly for her own enjoyment, but there are other reasons).
