it was, save for one minor thing. if your bloke has music too high it will interfere with his ability to register sounds in the game. >.> Just figured I'd let you know before it actually effected anything.

It's really pretty! Thanks for the clarification. You mentioned that outside noise can interfere with game play. Would it jolt you out of the game? Can you set an alarm using the game's system so that you can monitor your playtime? (Like as you said, you can't spend the whole time in the game, especially if you're a student....) |

Thank you. ![]() No, loud music won't jolt you out of the game, you would simply hear it during the game, which adds a nice little bonus, but if it's loud (For robert anything above a whisper) It can distract and make it hard for you to hear what people say, or creatures or the sounds of the world. And there are some options for the game itself to keep track of things. There is a time piece that you can bring up in a menu window. (the way the windows work is that you simply think about the window you want to bring up and it pops up in front of the character, it is slightly translucent[which can be adjusted to more or less] and only the player can see it. That's how maps work as well.) You can move the windows around your line of sight so it is possible (though not advised) to keep them up while playing. |

Goody, then we can begin the grad adventures to come! >.> well, something like that. well, I'll have you all note that I'm planning on having a good bit plot to this RP, not just free form. It's just that the Rp will have more than enough opportunity for free form, and I don't want to unload the entire plot right off seeing as the game will be evolving with the RP so things will open up as it goes on. |

No, I've actually played and beat the game. alright, you all can feel free to go around the city or do as you like for the moment. If you want to head out into the land outside make sure you specify where you go, and what direction you take. If you want to shop, interact with a NPC or a unmanned PC (a Player character in the game without a RPer) feel free I'll pick up the role of that person so you're not just talking to yourself. |

Basically it's just like real live, you choose how and were you're going to attack (within reason, no jumping 30ft in the air to come down, there is still laws of reality in this game.) You are limited in certain ways. For instance, feinting does not work unless you are using the ability feint. And aiming at a hamstring will not hamstring them unless you are using the ability. (HP is reduced as whole, not on certain parts.) You simply attack with the intent of activating an ability in order to use that ability (in terms of combat abilities.) Most people don't go for fancy maneuvers because the strikes all do the same damage. You can try to dodge attacks like you would in reality, how well your body will react to your attempts is dependent on your agility and stats. PvP: Attacking another player doesn't take a special button selected or anything, you simply attack them. It's the same way any Rp combat would be played out except that you now know, due to your stats, what you are and are not good at. (or at least the body is.) However killing a character will give you a Player killer status. (as I went over) To avoid it, bring up a menu window for interaction with the character in question and send a duel request. If they accept you can fight it out to the end, and once the duel is finished you both return to your hp, mp, and sp that you had before the duel. that any better? |

for the sake of fairness we'll go with general turn based(just like any most RP's), a max of two actions per turn if they are quick. (such as fast attacks.) Though string attack abilities(abilities that hit more than once) count as full turn. (just think of this as a regular RP, and the game aspects of it all are closer to perks.) I'll worry about the much a character or creature takes before they die. If you're fighting another RPer I'll inform both of you when someone hits 0. |

I guess I should have added a note to this in the rules so people understood, Where monsters are located falls under encouthers. Rpers don't specify where Creatures are or what they come across and when. That falls to myself or any mods of the rp if it ever has any. Also there needs to be some time granted for movement as such, so try to space out your stuff some. You can't just insta-travel distances like that in single posts. Looks good, save for the fact that you don't need a pouch to collect the gear, it has a character inventory and right now the alchemy sets aren't released yet,(have a planned patch for that) so you actually have to go to a city alchemist to use their set or use free hand. (the set actually only gives you bonuses and you can all but a few things mix things without them.) But approved.
