No Country #219#	OOC will be handled through PM, if any problims the talking will be done through PM also rating this is pg-13 so nothing really crazy will be going on In a world with two kingdoms, these kingdoms have trouble existing along side each other. But with a prince and a princess maybe all of that could change.

She got out of bed and pulled on a beggars dress and a clock to cover it. She sighed and tie the sheets together, making a rope long enough to reach the ground from her window. Once it was long enough and she had run out of sheets. She carried it to the window and tossed it out. Ash landed on the balls of her feet after jumping down the last five feet. She took a deep breath, steadying herself. She couldn't make a sound if she wanted this to work. Ash turn towards the room and ran through the trees, in a circle around the castle to the village. She knew she needed to get out and that was her only goal. After about twenty minutes she stopped, sitting for a moment to catch her breath. She smiled a bit, glad that it was working, that she was almost free of the castle and never had to go back. She got up and walked a bit more, wondering what her new life would give her.

No Country #219#	Another day went by and Emery was getting bothered by his father, who always treats him like he's a fool. Always telling him he needs to learn how to fight, that he must find a wife in order for him to rule over the land. Emery would only stand by and hear this day after day since his father is always in a drunkin stupor "yes father I understand" walking over to him and lifting his father over his shoulders. He started to walk him back to his room so he could get some rest. Emery pushed the door open and walked him over to the bed, setting his father down and pulling his sheets over him as his father pulled him closer to whisper something in his ear. Emery listened but his father fell asleep as he wass going to finish what he was going to say "well that always works, i'll try and ask him tomorrow....maybe" Emery left his fathers chambers. Making his way over to the horse stables, he looked and noticed his horse wasn't there "well where did he run off to now?" Emery turned around only to notice his horse walking behind him "well that was weird". Walking over to his horse, Emery jumped on him and started to ride off into the night, travaling the main road.

She reached the main road, but it didn't seem like the one in her kingdom. She was curious, but walked down the road, into the darkness. She was breathing heavily, and she was resting a bit. Her only goal was to get away, and she didn't care much about the rest. She stopped for a minute, catching her breath. She continued walking down the road, hoping that she was headed in the right direction.

"so peaceful, no one but me out here now" smiling at that thought. Thoughts of leaving this place was sounding good, but he couldn't leave his father behind the way he is. Putting his hand on the horses neck and leaning on it "tell me my friend what should we do?" Emery was in deep thought when he heard footsteps. Pulling back on the horse making him stop, he looked forward and noticed someone running. "Who could this be running so late" he wasn't sure what he should do. He turned his horse sideways and blocked the road the best he could "lets hope this isn't someone that wants to fight instead of talk" holdong the blade on his side ready to draw it if he must.

She skidded to a stop, almost hitting the horse. She stood up, her feet shoulder-with apart. She was debating weather or not to run away or stay. She backed up slowly, waiting for his reaction. If matters got bad she could run back into the woods, the horse wouldn't be helpful there. That explains why the road isn't familiar. She realized where she was, and it was bad. If they found out who she was, she was screwed. She hoped that this person, whoever he was, wouldn't recognize her.

No Country #219#	Emery looked down at the girl running, he was in shock to see the princess of the rival kingdom in his land "what in the world..." Emery jumped down from his horse and unsheathed his blade pointing it right at her. Walking closer he was looking into her eye "I don't know why your here but..." he couldn't speak the more he looked into her eye's. He could tell she didn't mean any harm "he wasn't sure if he should bring her in or not. A side of him wanted to, but another side didn't want to "sadly I know who you are but I don't remember your name" he kept his blade pointed at her making sure she didn't move. Emery kept looking at her making sure she didn't do an sudden movement of any sort.

Ash recognized him because of his voice. It was the prince, Prince Emery. She brought her feet together. She knew that he wouldn't harm her, she was too important, and his kingdom would make too much money. She looked away. "You can move the sword, I'm not that stupid." she said, hoping he would let his guard down. She knew when she was defeated and she knew that she could be stubborn, but she knew when to give up and except what was coming. Ash glanced up at him, glad that it was too dark for him to see her light brown, almost golden, eyes.

No Country #219#	He kept trying to get a better look at her eye's but he knew it was her by how she was acting. He took one step forward and lowered his blade, is she mad? why would she come to these parts? alone at that?. He was having many thought's go through his mind, but non of them worked for him. Emery snapped and his horse walked closer to him, but he didn't take his eye off of Ash "so ASH, as you call yourself. why are you here?" he reached in a bag that was on the side of the horse. Hoping that he left his rope in there so that he could take her back to his castle. Bt he was out of luck, his bag was empty darn just my luck . He wasn't sure what he should do, but he would let that be decided by her answer.

Ash was being stubborn and she knew it. She had too much of her father's blood and it could make her arrogant and a stubborn ass at times. Ash was secretly proud of this because it allowed her to fight for what she wanted. She knew that fighting with Emery here would be a bad thing, seeing as he had a weapon and she didn't, yet she was too valuable to his kingdom to harm of kill. This left two options for him, to take her back and put her in the dungeon or let her go and act as though they never met. Ash finally looked up at him, her golden eyes barely visible, but clearly there. She looked away as soon as she realized her mistake. Stupid. Now you're in for it. Ash looked away from him, at the ground. She was leaving what to do up to him, but she wouldn't go quietly back to his castle.

No Country #219#	Emery was able to see her eye's thanks to her looking up "so then you gave yourself away. I wasn't sure if it was you but now I know" Emery pointed his blade back at her and started to walk closer. He wasn't sure how he was going to restrain her without rope but he does have the sword so he isn't at a total lose. He started to think to too himself I really hope she doesn't put up a fight, he kept looking at her. "I'm sure your aware that taking you back to the castle owuld be what I plan on doing right?" Emery put his hand out still with his blade pointed at her. In a calm tone he spoke "we can make this easy, all you have to do is make this easy. And I will promis nothing bad is going to happen too you" he knew she might not go for this but he thought it was worth the try.

Ash knew that her head was the only thing that would help her get out of this situation. She was glad that she wasn't as silly and ditsy as her sisters, and that she was much smarter then them. She glared at Emery, remembering what she had been told about him. She wasn't going to trust a man that did...that to women. She kept her guard up, unwilling to let it down and leave herself vulnerable. Ash knew that the eyes never lie, so instead of watching Emery's blade she watched his eyes, estimating where he was looking.

No Country #219#	He looked at Ash kind of with a puzzled look on his face "you arn't serious are you?" he was hoping she was joking but he was told she was ditsy and but what he seen in her eyes told him something else. He lowered his blade and sheathed it "why not trust me? I have done nothing to you and nothing has been done to you by me" he started to walk around her while he was speaking. He knew he could attack her but he didn't wish to do that "don't you think if i really wanted to harm you if I wanted?". AS he was walking around her he got back to the front and stopped walking "how about you just tell me where you were going then maybe i'll let you go? I don't wish any harm to you, i promise" he was hoping she would take his word.

She was being stubborn, just like her father. She looked straight into his eyes, challenging him. Ash knew that even if she told him, he would still take her in, then tell her father of her plan. Ash had no desire to let her father know that she was out here. If he ever found out, she would get a good beating only minutes after walking in the door. She sighed and looked away, annoyed but unsure why. She had no reason to be but at the same time it felt like she did. She glanced back at him, not wanting to give him an opening.

No Country #219#	Emery was starting to get a headache cause of her, he closed his eye's and grabbed the bridge of his nose with two fingers "ah this is going nowhere...this is just a waste of time" he was trying to think of something anything. But he decided best to go with it "ok what do you say I take you into town myself?" he wasn't sure how she would feel about that. But he knew it was better then just leting her run around on her own. He looked at his horse and pointed at him "and if you want you can ride him into town" he never let anyone touch his horse but it was a smart thing to do. "I'm trying to show you I mean no harm, but its best yo help you through my kingdom insted of taking you back to the castle. So what do you say ma lady?" speaking with a sarcastic tone.

Yes	Ash was silent for a moment, almost as if she didn't know what to say, but she did. If she agreed and anything went wrong she might be able to ride off on the horse. "Fine." she said after a moment. She knew it was the smarter option to do. She knew that the horse would be safer and Emery with her would make her safer as well. She decided to trust him a little for now, until he broke it, she would trust him not to hurt her.

No Country #219#	Emery was kind of amazed that she agreed to going with him "well i'm glad you said yes" he smiled a little. Not sure if she knew how to get up on a horse he thought he would joke alittle "so tell me you do know how to get on a horse right?" he chuckled a little. Turning around to look at his horse, he grabbed the rope that was around him and moved the horse closeer to her "trust me he's nice and easy to ride, you shouldn't have any problims" he was hoping that no one in town would notice her and make things bad or worse then what it already is. I hope we don't have trouble last thing needed is for people to see me with her he was grinding his teeth a little.

She wished that the horse was harder to control, but this would have to do. She liked the thrill of trying to tame a horse that wouldn't obey. Ash was glad that she had on her brother's pants under the dress, it allowed her to ride in Emery's saddle with no trouble or worrying.

Emery started to walk forward with the rope of the horse in his hand, making sure that she couldn't take off with him. He started to think to himself "I wonder how long this is going to take?" he was hoping to get her out of his land as soon as he can. turning his head to look at Ash "so tell me ash...is it something you love to do, run around in peasant clothing and be one of the poor?" he was hoping this little insult would bug her.

She was tempted to get off and run into the woods, hopefully losing him in there. She nudged the horse a bit, getting him to move faster almost to a trot. Ash smiled to herself, keeping her hood down over her head, covering her hair and hiding her eyes. She was annoyed with him, but didn't give the satisfaction of knowing he annoyed her.

No Country #219#	Emery lost the rope when the horse moved, he grabbed for it but fell on the ground before he could reach it. He was able to put his hand down before his face hit the ground "well that was close..." he could tell she made the horse do that. By the time he looked up he noticed they were moving faster, Emery stood up and ran to catch up with them "what was that about? I know your people are rude but that's just not needed" he was already irratated with Ash. He was still trying to keep up since they were no longer walking so Emery was forced to jog alittle. "Hey do you think you could slow down?" he was hoping she would.

She looked at him. "Perhaps when you learn your manners." she told him, continuing at that pace. She knew it wasn't the smartest idea but she knew that it was her choice to make. After Emery was tired and barely able to keep up, she finally slowed the horse down to a walk, letting Emery have a rest. She felt better now.

No Country #219#	Emery sighed and kept walking, knowing the town was soon to come up and it might be best if she didn't go in on her own "hey princess! you might want to stop and wait for me!" he yelled to her since she was further ahead of him. Emery tried hard to be nice but he was having a hard time doing it since she is from the other kingdom.
