Internet Explorer 8	In the world of Ursus magic controls every aspect of daily life. The cities hovering high above the land due to the magic of the crystals that are the core of every city. The only sorce of transportation between the cities are the portal gates. The land below is said to be treturous and filled with danger. But there is one city far below on the Planet surface. The cities name is Rae. The city is filled with non magical beings and outcasts from the cities above. The people here fear magical and believe that the rulers above are using it for a diabolical purpose. The magical beings that live in Rae are outcasts in the society forced to live in the run down sections of the city. As the cities impacted with the earth the crystal core explodes leaving large craters that radiate magic. When animals come in contact with the magic they become mutated. But now the cities are starting to fall and a magical being and a nonmagical being must come together to figure out why before all life is dead. ((If you would like me to add any more to the story line just tell me and i will)) Cities I am only going to list the major ones. These are also ones that have not fallen. Spoiler: click to toggle Rae: The only non magical city on Ursus the people fear the use of magic Corvinthus: The Captol city of Ursus it resides higher in the sky than any other city. Taku: The trade center for all of Ursus. The trade festival is held once a year and lasts for a week. You can find anything here. (within reason to the rp) Crandu: Home to the International Wizard Commitee and the prestigeous Wylin Academy School for the Magical the Magical Arts. Windium: Home to many of the most powerful Mages. Internet Explorer 8	Name: Situken Race: Neko City: Rae Bio: A skilled thief who fears no one. He even goes as far as to steal from the magical beings in Rae. He grew up in the slums of Rae. Growing up on the streets have taught him to be fearless. He will take any job he can get. Personality: He is a fearless Neko. He has respect for everyone, so he perfers not to know who he is stealing from. The streets have made him hard barely uttering a word to anyone unless they are paying him for a job. Appearance: Spoiler: click to toggle Weapons: He carries two knives crossed in thier sheaths at his back. He has a seemingly endless supply of throwing knives. No one knows where he keeps them.

Yes	Name:Joseph Race:Human City:Rae Bio:Joseph was born with the gift...or curse, how ever you would put it. It was thanks to this he was stuck in the slums of the city. He works as a cobbler, making simple shoes for the people of his community. Due to having to keep his eyes covered he has become quite skilled with the Arcane Eye Personality: Joseph is a rather calm man, almost to the point of irritation. He doesn't get excited and doesn't tend to be overly opinionated. He tends to accept things or work to change them quietly. Appearance: Weapons: Joseph keeps no weapons on him, but is the possessor of powerful mental magics, the most powerful of which resides in his gaze. (which is why he keeps them covered) Other:Joseph enjoys the company of a gray cat whom serves as his familiar.
