Cursed Weapons of Elvealin IC; It's not easy being possessed.

The land of Elvealin once was engulfed in a terrible war. King Aniuos, the ruler of Goldment who started the war, had a group of very strong knights. When he noticed their power, the king became very power hungry. First, he started attacking unheard of kingdoms, and places that were not under anyone's control. Then, he started attacking other kingdoms, wanting to have the entire land in the palm of his hand. The group of knigths that did the king's bidding were called the Kai Alpha Knights. Seeing that King Aniuos was a threat to everyone, the other kingdoms decided to join forces, and defeat him.

That is when the terrible war started. It went on for days, then weeks, and then months. When it seemed that the other kingdoms were going to win, King Aniuos sent the Kai Alpha Knights to the battle. They were strong, and it only took one knight to take down a large amount of soliders. Though, the knights could not fight forever. They soon were killed in battle. Since the other kingdoms were so weak from the Kai Alpha Knights, they all lost to the rest King Anious' soliders. It has been ninety years since.

The Kingdom of Goldment rules over Elvealin. No one is happy with all the taxing, crime, and unrighteous justice that plauges the land. Queen Scarlet, the granddaughter of King Anious, seems to be "too busy" to help her people. Though, there is some hope. The Kai Alpha Knights never died. Their souls went into the weapons they weild in battle. They want revenge on the Kingdom of Goldment for using them, so they may go to the afterlife. Be careful, though. Whoever weilds the weapon that one of their souls are sealed to, that person will often get possessed by that soul. These weapons are considered cursed....

"After him! He went this way!" yelled a townsman. He lead a few townsmen down a street. They were carrying pitchforks in their hands. The men ran pass an alley way, thinking that there was nothing, but a group of barrels. Though, a young gentleman was hiding those barrels, with his cursed rifle at hand.

"Nice job, Leonardo! Do you realize how much trouble you caused? How are we suppose to get out of this one?" Xavier whispered to his rifle.

"It was not my fault, Young Xavier. I was just trying to make friends with that tavern waitress." Leonardo said in his defense.

"I noticed that when you took possessed my body. You were getting very "friendly" with that waitress!" Xavier snapped.

"It's not my fault that she was very elegant. That red, wavy dress that matched her passionate burnet hair! Those men in that place were very rude, chasing us out like that." the rifle scoffed. "They are jealous, I tell you! Actually, that bartender was pretty handsome, too."

"Leonardo! Do that one more time, and so help me!" the gentleman warned.

"What are you going to do, Young Xavier? I can possess your body whenever I choose! You can not stop me!" Leonardo said, adding an evil laugh.

"Since when could I do that? God, it was almost like...no, I musn't speak of it." Neos hesitantly withdrew his thought. He shuddered at the mere thought. The damage he had done. Only it wasn't him. He had been framed. But why didn't he rid of it. It was all a blur. That thing sitting on the mantle. His pepperspray. He just couldn't escape it. It called to him

" Are you sure your happy with yourself" it calls. " Could you relive that moment you saw me again? Would you do it over? Wouldn't you love to neglect me? If it were only that easy, Neos"

Walking over slowly to the centerpiece of his mantle, he hits it down to the ground. "You thing you! Why must you control me so!"

"Ahahaahaaa. One more regret to add to your list Neos!" The trident shook as it spoke in a soft and eerie tone.

Then Neos shook and the trident lay still on the ground. "Happy now friend?"

Mercedes Necromancis
Location: A trail along a river

A woman walked along the riverbank, a particularly annoyed expression on her face. "Y'know," she began, seemingly to herself, "that really wasn't called for." She shot a quick glare over her shoulder.

"I disagree," the battle axe propped over her shoulder replied. "The man had it coming."

"Sure, but don't you think hacking him in half was a little over-the-top?"

"Oh, please. You know me too well. Besides, what were you gonna do to him if I hadn't possessed you?"

Mercedes scoffed. She had this axe for not more than a few weeks, and he was already causing trouble for her. She never learned his real name, only that his nickname was "The Executioner", later shortened to simply "Execution", which was the name that he had told Mercedes. A fitting name for such an aggressive weapon.

However, he had a point with that question. If he hadn't taken over her body right then, when that pervert was about to slit her throat, what would she have done differently?

Thinking about this, a smile tugged at a corner of the woman's lips. "Touche."

Karzen licked his lips, the hookswords were crossed over his back. Phantom Vigilance hissed at him, tearing at his mind with their cold words. You almost got in quite a bit of trouble back there. Karzen cursed under his breath then heardr what he had come to learn was the snickering of the swords. He shook his head, refusing to allow the sword to taunt him. Come now, be a good sport. That victim's life was delicious. It said harshly, then was silent. Karzen was forced to reflect on what had happened. He had felt the terrible power flood his body and conciousness. Phantom Vigilance had taken over his body completely, it was a cold feeling. The only emotion that had existed in his body was a frigid desire to hurt and kill. A need for dispassionate violence. Karzen shook off the feeling that was edging up his spine, almost reaching the spot where Phantom Vigilance was crossed over his back. You liked it Vigilance said then fell silent again. he felt and sick satisfaction emanating from the twin blades. Phantom then spoke, the second sword's voice was softer and crueller. You cannot deny it. The two swords rarely spoke independantly of each other, Karzen hated it when they did.

It was time to get back to business, Karzen was a hired assasin, Phantom Vigilance was his tool. Now it was time for him to get paid. Phantom Vigilance spoke again its two voices blending seamlessly, Maybe you could but us a new strap with that pretty paycheck of yours. The swords snickered. "Hox about I buy sheaths to shut the two of you up?" The swords laughed again. You chose to weild us. Now you will weild us until you die. Their snickering turned into the harsh sound of their cruel laughter. Karzen cursed them internally. Then, from his rooftop perch he heard a commotion below. A mob, someone scrambled into the alley below him and slid behind a barrel. Karzen dropped down silently into the alley, listening. It was a man, he was preoccupied, talking to someting Karzen couldn't see.

"Seems like you're in a spot of trouble." Karzen said in his cold voice, his hand edging up to grip Phantom's hilt. The cold wire seemed to squirm beneath his hand. The lower half of karzen's face was covered by his collar, and his deep hood cast the rest in deeper shadow.

Hanna quickened her pace. Running across the tops of buildings at top speed was normal for her. The clay roofs, heated by the desert sun scorching the bottom of her bare feet? Normal. The police nchasing her down? Same. Them shooting at her. Yawn. Them not having a good reason to do so? Natural. It not being her fault? That was new.

"Get back here you little B-", "Hanna hurry up!!!" JJ yelled from ahead of her cutting off the gaurd's words completely. A shot ran through the air hitting the bag on Hanna's back. She ditched to the right and over a block of buildings to denses to walk between. The police would have to go around the cluster of builds. Hanna however would be long gone by that time.

Hanna laughed as she and the other three boys walked towards the church. As soon as they climed though the window they were over run with children. Quickly Hanna started handing out food and such out of the now lead shot bag. Once everyone was eating she smiled. Each on in turn looking up at her and telling her 'Thanks mom.' She simply smiled sweet and sent them off. Once everyone had their portion she sigh and started towards the roof.

Up into the half burn belltower she climed. Then out the hole in the wall before she found her place on the shingles of the roof. She looked up at the stars and moon weakly. Her hand went to her stopmach as it began grumbling at her. "You are so weak. You should have saved some for yourself you idiot." She large fan hooked to her back yelled in her head. Hanna ignored it. As she always did. Eventually the thing would learn that her kids came first. They would always come first.

Xavier looked up to see a hodded man. He hoped that this guy was not a citizen of this town. Mostly importantly, did not see that event at the bar. Xavier did not want to get captured, or killed without seeing his uncle. Then again, Leonardo would just take over his body, and use his trusty rifle. The last thing they needed was to cause a bloody scene. The two could not afford to be exiled from another town. The inns became so expensive over the taxes.

"Me? In trouble? Oh no, sir! I'm just cleaning my rifle, as you can see." Xavier lied, using his sleeve to clean Leonardo. "There is a lot of crime these days. A man needs something to defend himself with, right?"

"NO I'm not happy, you assailant! Get out of my body now!" Neos demanded with rage he had not felt since his last incident.
"Maybe I don't want to. Maybe I'd rather have some fun here. It's much more fun than being cooped up in that gilded hell hole" the trident hissed.

The possessed Neos started walking out of his sullen and grim cave and into the sullen and grim waters.

"DAELDUS! Stop this instant! Cease at once!" Neos demanded. He could communicate with himself, but couldn't control his muscles. It drove him insane!

"Who is going to stop me?" Would it be you perhaps? I don't think you can really control your own body." Daeldus hissed again.

At this point they were swimming around, Neos watching through his own eyes as he terrorized the fish and plants of the deep. Smashing corals and decimating the fish's homes.

"What have I done to deserve this? What have they done to deserve this?" Neos questioned with desire to put an expression of horror on his face.

"You ask yourself that Neos. You chose me, I didn't chose you, and as for the fish. I don't care, they think it's your fault. AGAIN."

As they approached the entrance to the dull cave, you could hear a metal clang, and Neos fell down harshly. He had control of his body again. But at what cost?

Location: A trail along a river / The shore of a lake

"So," Execution began, after a long, silent walk along the riverbank "Where are we going anyway?

"Nowhere in particular," Mercedes replied with a shrug. "Just seeing the sights, y'know?"

"That's boring."

"Sorry if I don't think hacking people to bits is my ideal afternoon."

"Whatever."

Mercedes shot yet another glare at the axe as she neared a lake. She took a quick glance around, taking in the sights of the beautiful body of water. The water was quite murky, but in the distance, it became a beautiful shade of blue.

Seeing this, a thought entered her mind. Time for a little revenge. The woman approached the lake, kneeling down before taking Execution off of her shoulder. She gave him a mocking smirk before dunking the axe's blades into the water, waving him back and forth a few times before taking him back up.

"Hey! What are you doing?" the axe scolded her. "That water's freezing!"

"I figured you could use a quick bath." Mercedes laughed to herself. In essence, that was really what she was doing. The axe was covered in blood, and walking into town with an over-sized battle axe was bad enough, but a bloodied one would cause an uproar. The last thing she needed was to walk into town looking like a murderer. Shaking the water off of Execution, she propped the axe over her shoulder, and returned to her walk, now looking for the next town.

Karzen smirked beneath his hood. There was a lot of crime in this town, Karzen knew that all too well. He was a criminal himself. This time though he knew that the mob was not after him. The man now made a show of cleaning his rifle, so that was the hidden item. It was a nice rifle, as Karzen could now see. Probably valuable. You fool, don't try anything. Phantom Vigilance hissed. Karzen wondered why he shouldn't, this wasn't like the swords. He's armed, and the mob is definitely looking for him, you dying doesn't work for me. Karzen scoffed inaudibly.

"So that angry mob that's almost upon you, they're mad because you're... cleaning your rifle crouched behind a barrel? That makes perfect sense." Karzen's icy voice dripped with sarcasm. Get a better look at that weapon. The hook swords hissed quietly. Karzen shrugged, wondering why Phantom Vigilance was so interested in the rifle. It was a nice rifle, but nothing to get worked up about, especially for hand to hand weapons. "Is that thing loaded?" Karzen asked, he was wary of guns, especially at this range, they were unpredictable. Karzen felt the flicker of possession at the edge of his mind, Phantom Vigilance was growing impatient.

"So much for lying. He is clearly on to us." Leonardo sent a mental message to his "master".

"Would you please shut up? I can handle this without your help, thank you." Xavier responded back to the cursed weapon. He needed to get away from this hooded guy, and from this town without getting caught. It's bad enough that he has been chased out of two other towns. The last thing he wanted to do was to add some mysterious people wearing hoods into the mix.

"I don't exactly remember, but it should be." Xavier said. He stood up, and tied Leonardo to his back. "Now if you would excuse me, I would like to continue on my merry way."

STOP HIM! Phantom Vigilance hissed in Karzen's head. Karzen's heart skipped at the imperitive nature of the command. "Wait, don't you want to stay and chat? Mind if I take a look at that rifle of yours? I promise I won't steal it." Karzen asked, trying to take some of the ice out of his voice but finding himself unsuccessful. I don't like this. Karzen internally told his swords. Karzen reached out to touch the man's arm while his other hand tightened around the wire-wrapped hilt of Phantom. Karzen was prepared in case the man lashed out.

In the brief seconds that followed time seemed to slow for Karzen, as it always seemed to in a dangerous situation. He wondered why it was so important to his swords that they see the rifle this man, who had probably only pulled an eat and run, carried. Nonetheless the man had a rifle, which meant he was dangerous if he had any skill in using it. Karzen could disarm him, but only if he stayed one step ahead in his thinking. Karzen slid the bare blade of Phantom half off his back, ready for anything.

"Goodness, this is too much" Neos frowned too himself. he definitely needed to take a walk and escape his usual surroundings.

"Where are you going, friend?" Daeldus asked with an eerie whisper.

"Out for a walk by the river's side. I'd prefer to go alone and think to myself if you didn't mind."

"Ahhh, but I do mind Neos. Won't you please take me with you? I have some business in town." Daeldus pleaded with sorrow and pity in his voice.

"No, last time you had business it was most likely to terrorize the town folk. Begone, I go alone" Neos sharply retorted.

He was quite obviously mad, and the downward slant of his brow showed he needed time to himself quite desperately. But still Daeldus refused to submit. His natural need to be devil's advocate compelled him to keep forth the argument, even if he really did have business in town, and business that wasn't the slaughter of others. He had someone to meet.

"You will take me to town or I will take myself there." Daeldus demanded.

"I shall not. You will remain here, I obviously have enough to cope with from your doing." Neos was about ready to start tearing stone from the walls. His desire to smelt the trident down into something like a pike or spear was great, but his odd and strange attachment compelled him to keep with Daeldus. His arrogant, ignorant, selfish, brutal, and reckless personality compelled most. It was like having multiple personalities.

Neos started to walk off and as he reached the mouth of the cave, he heard the trident's clang, as It fell from the mantle. He was becoming possessed again.

"I SAID YOU WILL TAKE ME TO TOWN!" Daeldus seemed enraged but gratified that someone had attempted to stand up to him. He controlled Neos once again and forced him to walk back into his den and grab the trident from the floor below his mantle.

"We shall walk to town and I must meet an acquaintance. If you resist again then I shall simply walk there myself and do my business using your persona." Daeldus threatened.

"Fair enough" He finally submitted in.

As he strapped the trident to his back, the jewel at the tip of the handle drew a faint glow.

"Very soon my friend, very soon."

Mercedes Necromancis
Location: A town

Mercedes, relieved that Execution had finally shut up, slowed her pace, deciding to go back to her leisurely walk along the trail, rather than the rush to get to the next town that she was in before.

However, she didn't get to stroll very far. The woman was amazed that she had come to a new town so quickly, but relieved nonetheless. Now, it was time to find something to eat.

Entering the town, Mercedes took the time to look around, taking in the sights this little town had to offer. It was a feeling that she never got tired of - being a stranger to a new town. This one in particular had a quaint feel to it. It felt nice, but also made her a little wary. She knew Execution was notorious for possessing her at random, making her attack people, sometimes for no good reason other than to entertain himself. She hated that fact, but for some reason, she couldn't seem to be rid of this axe. So, she had long since given up trying to toss him into the odd river.

An angry mob of people caught her attention, throwing her from her thoughts. Just what was going on? Curiosity taking over, she took a back alley, careful to avoid the eyes of the mob - the last thing she needed was for them to find an armor-clad woman wielding a particularly large battle axe entering town - searching for the man that they were shouting about.

And so they walked, Neos and Daeldus together. They said little to nothing to each other, and Neos still hadn't noticed the faint glow of the trident's beautiful sparkling jewel. It shone fading in and out of luminosity like a siren on a truck, only slower.

As they made it into town, they heard a commotion coming from the square. They ducked down into a side alley. Neos had a bad feeling in his gut. He was worried that Daeldus had something to do with this, but he needed time to move about. He wound about the side streets looking for a safe place to question Daeldus. Alas, he found none. Most of the allies were being used by some of the strangest characters. They were talking to their weapons, most likely avoiding confrontation with the mob.

Wondering if he should do the same, he ran as far as possible from the allies and the mob in the square. Just outside the town's walls he ran to question his trident.

"Daeldus, what is the meaning of the commotion in the square?" Neos had just about had it with all the trickery and he wanted a straight forward answer. He got just that.

"I have no idea, Neos. I'm here on business to congregate with my brothers. Would I honestly come here to get the only thing keeping me alive killed? That would be foolish, especially for a selfish lad like me. Do you see the glow? That is why I'm here. I'm being called. Do you recall the men and women talking with their weapons? They are not crazy. They are like you." Daeldus explained, but Neos still didn't understand.

"So this isn't about the events of the lake?" Neos asked.

"Why would it be, nobody was around, and nobody was seen traveling there since you left with myself." Daeldus explained to Neos. Neos still didn't fully understand, but he needed to know what the others were doing with their talking axes, rifles, and swords.

"Why are the others talking with their weapons?" Neos asked again, needing answers badly.

"The dickens if I should know" Daeldus responded with his classic snark attitude.

"Well then I best find out myself"

Hanna watched the city moving below her from the roof of the church's belltower. Not far from the square there seemed to be a group of people running through the streets. From the frantic movments of the group she figured it to be a mob. They seemed to stay within a single area so they knew where they were to be look, either that or they'd already found their target. Therefore there was no way they could be looking for her.

Seem as somone else is causing a bit of commotion in our pretty little town." Doku said before cackling in her head. Hanna's thoughts then instinctivly trailed to her boys. What if one of them had gotten themself caught?

Quick as a flash Hanna was on her feet and dashing across the rooftops. She could see the square and sped up. She stayed low and silent as the wind, completely unseen as she rushed towards the center of town. Before she could reach the mob she stopped above an allyway where two men hid behind a wall of barrels. She knelt down on the roof hidden totally in shadow as she watched. Maybe these men were the ones the mob was looking for. They both seemed to be holding menicing looking weapons so it was more likly then any of her boys bveing caught. Even the youngest of the grtoup was good enough to stay inconspicuous at all times.

As Hanna watched them she felt Doku tense up. Her concentration seeming to point at the weapons that these boys held. Hanna couldn't help but wonder why. Soon something began to dawn on Hanna. She thought for a moment as the idea tugged at the edges of her thoughts before asking thinking, "Hey Doku, are there other weapons like you? Others who possess spirtits?" She said a bit afraid of the answer. There was a prolonged silence where Hanna watched one man reached out to take the other's arm before her fan sighed and answered "Yes Hanna there is. And sadly I'm one of the more tame ones."

Phantom Vigilance hissed from Karzen's back, he felt it too, like he was being watched. Karzen always trusted his feeling when it came to that. He ripped his swords off his back and spun around, still on alert for the danger the man with the rifle posed. He glared at the rooftops, layers of shadow blanketed the areas Karzen had been not even two minutes ago. Was it another assasin, had someone called out a job on him? Anyone who knew how good he was would want him dead. The swords' icy voice dripped into his mind, there's something strange going on, i feel it, like a convergence of sorts.

But what sort of convergence? Karzen couldn't begin to guess. It unsettled him. Paranoia itched at his limbs, he had to move. He growled over his back, "Stay there if you want to live, and don't try anything." His voice crackle like ice. Karzen's cold eyes scouted the roof edge. He threw one of his swords at the empty shadow, but quick as lightning flashed out with the other blade, the two hooks caught with a burst of blue sparks karzen swung the joined blades around his body running at the wall, he swung the joined weapon at the edge of the roof as he jumped, the axe-like blade of the handguard caught and karzen used his momentum to pull himself up in the same motion. He straightened up and shook phantom vigilanc e into two swords again. He looked around himself before asking coldy. "Who is it that's spying on the conversation between myself and the gentlemen down there?"

Hanna had watched the man below go rigid. He's sensed her. "Doku, this isn't good."[i/] she thought ina bit of a panic. "Oh you are such a chiod. Just be ready." Hanna nodded. She stayed perfectly still. When the man swung even, she dare not move. It missed her by inches and she knew she was still hidden then she felt the blanket coming over her as he called for her to show herself. The possesion over took her and her weapon, Doku no Kaze, with the spirit of Eira The Gracful Warrior, gained control of the body. She gained her evil smirk as she stood.

The body still half shadowed as she turned to face the man. She chuckled once as she looked him over. "Lets see, with those weapons and that style, I do believe it is the Warrior of Vigilance no doubt, or is my age begining to deseve me?" She stepped out of the darkness towards the man watching his ever move. Her right hand rest on the top of her fan which still sat on her back.

Eira shook her head as she looked down over the edge. "And I see you've found more of us. You must be bored my brother. Now, swinging those overly carved swords at me, is that anyway tro great a colleuge?" she ask in a sickningly sweet tone which simple dripped a poisonous tone.

"Let's get out of her, Leonardo. While that man is occupied, we can get out of here." Xavier said.

"Don't you dare move." Leonardo ordered. The seriousness in the weapon's voice made the gentleman obey. For some time, he knew that the rifle was looking for somebody. Though, he would never say exactly who. Xavier never truly took Leonadro serious about his search. He didn't waste time looking for his merchant uncle, but the rifle had enough time to flirt with anything that moved. That included the everyday animal.

"After all these years, could my search finally be over?" Leonardo thought to himself.

"Stop."

The sudden, harsh command made Mercedes obey. She slowed to a halt, finding herself standing at a corner. Peering around it, Mercedes found a man with a rifle, seeming to be hiding behind a barrel. Maybe he was the guy that the mob back there was so worked up about. It was hard to tell, but whatever the case, the man had a gun.

"What's the problem?" the woman finally asked her weapon.

"There's more of them," Execution replied. That didn't answer Mercedes' question at all. More of what? Random guys with guns? She took a look around, finding nothing. But, after listening for a moment, she heard voices coming from above, possibly on a rooftop.

"Who is it that's spying on the conversation between myself and the gentleman down there?" she heard one voice ask in a demanding, icy tone.

"Let's see," a second voice, this one female, responded, "with those weapons and that style, I do believe it is the Warrior of Vigilance, no doubt, or is my age beginning to deceive me? And I see you've found more of us. You must be bored, my brother. Now, swinging those overly-carved swords at me, is that any way to greet a colleague?"

Mercedes was confused. Just what was that woman talking about? More of "us"? Maybe Execution knew something about it. "Hey, what do you mean, 'more of them'?" she asked the battle axe.

"I guess I should have said, 'more of us'," Execution replied, "Just like Eira mentioned up on that roof."

"Wait, you actually know these people?!" Mercedes' tone was all-too loud, expressing her irritation.

"Not the people, you idiot, their weapons! You see, I'm not the only one who's spirit was encased in the weapon I used. There's a whole group of us."

"And... are you all here?"

"No. At least, not that I can tell."

Still unable to fully comprehend the matter, the woman's focus returned to the people around her. She noted that the man behind the barrel looked like he was talking to his gun. That was probably one of them. Then, their was the pair up on the roof nearby. If they both had weapons, they were probably part of it, too. Mercedes wondered what sorts of people would show up next, if this were to keep up.

Phantom Vigilance hissed in Karzen's mind as the girl stepped into the twilight, but it was not a hiss of anger. No, more of, as close to delight as Karzen had ever seen the sadistic blades, but waves of distrust still flowed from the weapons in a complex mix of emotoins that fogged Karzen's mind.

Then she spoke in poisonus tones. "Lets see, with those weapons and that style, I do believe it is the Warrior of Vigilance no doubt, or is my age begining to deseve me?"

Karzen was confused but shock registered from his weapons. The girl's dangerously sweet tones grated inside Karzen's skull. Warrior of Vigilance? Weapon's and style? What did she know about Phantom Vigilance?

"And I see you've found more of us. You must be bored my brother. Now, swinging those overly carved swords at me, is that anyway tro great a colleuge?"

Shock registered on Karzen's face, this girl wasn't talking to him, she was talking to Phantom Vigilance. "What ar- A shock of icy water flooded across Karzen's spine, frigid talons peirced his conciousness, uprooting it and throwing it aside, he intimately felt the weapon's central conciousness shoft into his mind. Phantom Vigilance lazily twirled the hook swords that he normally weilded around his hands. Eira... He hissed, his voice alone enough to freeze a mortal soul. I'm so glad you recognized me. I'm one of the more unobtrusive of our numbers, unlike that obnoxious fan of yours. Eira would know how lucky she was to hear so many words out of the spirit of the hook swords, Phantom Vigilance, at one time. He tore the hood down, much to Karzen's dismay. His stormy gray eyes were frozen like glaciers, frozen with preseved bloodlust. As for the rest of us, I was just trying to figure out if I had found one of the others. That way... oh?

Karzen's possessed body turned to gaze into the alleyway. There was a girl standing there with a large battleaxe. A familiar battleaxe. It seems that another of us may have arrived as well.

In the recesses of his mind Karzen was horrified, Phantom Vigilance, his own possesed weapons, were one thing. But at least four others. The prospect was unthinkable. If the others were anything like Phantom Vigilance then together they were as powerful as any army, and at least twice as violent.

Eria chuckled lightly but even in her joy she sounded unearthly vicious. As she looked at him she took a few steps closed. Her walk let the boddy move light a snake back and forth her glaare alluring to all that were captured in it. "Now, now Phantom you're just a bit out of practice. A few training sessions should knock you back into shape." she stopped, still a good few yards away. Catching his glance she followed it to the newly appeared woman with the oversized and far too familiar battleax.

She let her eyes fall over her, taking her in along with the man holding the rifle. "Lets see, the Executioner himself, and Leo if I'm noit mistaken." She chuckled again as her meniacle smirk grew wider. "You know, this girl who harbors me knows ever little pebble in this pethetic town. Why don't we all head to on of her bunkers. From there we can catch up, and talk. Besides I doubt any of you have a decent place to stay." Eira said planly.

Then something else caught her attention. "But first," she began, spotting the mob out in the square. "let's make the city a bit more peacful." With that Eira sprinted towards Vigilance head on. She leaped into the air and with her toes kicked off his shoulder where she would have landed. The motion and touch down were so light, he might have thought a feather had hit him.

Quick as the wind itself, Eira drew out her 6' fan and with a sinmple flick of her wrist, it was open, and spread wide for all to see. Within that split second she began to spin rapidly. With the wind created her fall to the ground was more like a butterfly fluttering in the breeze. By the time her feet hit the sandy earth everyone except herself and her three comrads lay sprawled before her. Mosty dead, the rest dying. Either with a fatel wound or her deadly poison spreading at high speeds through their body. At best they had under a minute to live.

Eira then closed her bladed fan and put it back in its holstier. She turned on her heel and faced them with a cruely satisfied smiled. She then walked past them down the ally way "Are you three coming or not? I do suspect the police will arrive soon so I do not suggest staying." she called back as she walked.

Phantom Vigilance stared at Eira, she had been ost similar to him in life, although a bit unrestrained. He didn't move, didn't even flinch as the other Kai Alpha knight spirit vaulted off of his shoulder. After she leapt he turned, swoinging his hooked swords, whose name he he had taken as his own, through the air in a vacuum.

He watched the violence play out. What a waste. Karzen was almost sickened by the needless violence, had he been in command of his stomach it would have lurched, the spirit possesing him felt no such compulsion. Like a shadow he leapt from the roof and landed silently on the ground amidst the dead and dying. He walked up to two fading lives and reached out with his swords, touching the bare skin on their necks. The skin began to purple and turn translucent as the lifeforce was drained, the swords ravenous tide could not be stopped, with a deft moment he slit both necj and moved on. He drained lives and slit necks just as they were drained. He spun and caught the hook uinder a man's sternum, charged as he was by the lives he had drained he lifted the man up effortlessy, he screamed as his life was torn away in aq iver leaving his body. A brutal twist tore the sword free.

I am sated, for now. He stated simply. Karzen helplesly recoiled, a prisoner in his own body, this would draw attention, this wasn't his style at all.

Mercedes Necromancis
The pair on the roof continued to converse, their tone quickly changing from tense to lighthearted and friendly. As though they knew each other. If what Mercedes' weapon had been telling her was true, then perhaps there was really more weapons like him? A sickening, almost frightening thought.

Suddenly, the pair appeared at the edge of the roof, and Mercedes could match faces with voices. The woman was carrying a massive spiked fan, the man, a pair of hooked swords. In the back of her mind, she could feel Execution suddenly overwhelmed with delight.

"Let's see," she heard the woman begin, seeming to be staring straight at Mercedes, "The Executioner himself, and Leo, if I'm not mistaken." Wait, the Executioner? That was the name this axe had given Mercedes originally! It was true!

Mercedes opened her mouth to say something, but before she could get even a syllable out, she suddenly felt as though her mind had been torn from its proverbial socket, Execution taking control. "Ahh, no, no, no!" she shouted, despite knowing full well that she could no longer speak for herself, literally.

"Shut up, woman," Execution scolded her. At this point, she had no choice but to obey. After all, in this state, she couldn't do anything.

"Hey, Eira! Phantom! What's up?" Execution called to the pair through Mercedes. Of course, his natural voice didn't transfer during possession, so the axe was forced to use his vessel's voice. Which, in turn, meant sounding like a woman. It was a fact that he didn't like, but it was better than nothing.

"You know," Eira replied, seeming to be talking to all three of them, "This girl who harbors me knows every pebble in this pathetic town. Why don't we all head to one of her bunkers? From there, we can catch up and talk. Besides, I doubt any of you have a place to stay." Before Execution could respond, something apparently caught Eira's eye. "But first, let's make the city a little more peaceful."

Execution knew exactly what the woman was talking about. His focus turned around to the mob in the town square, still idling about like the morons they were. Suddenly, a rain of poisoned needles came down, hitting just about everyone there. Then, seeing both Phantom and Eira move in to have their fun, Execution decided to follow suit. A sadistic smile tugged at his mouth, making his vessel's true owner flinch. This wasn't Mercedes' style at all! She watched in pure horror and disgust as Execution ended the lives of civilian after civilian, using the body which was rightfully hers. It was terrible!

"Are you three coming or not?" Eira finally asked, walking down the alleyway like she owned the place. Execution decided he was finished for now, swinging the massive, now heavily bloodstained battle axe over his vessel's shoulder, and following. He was overjoyed, but Mercedes, on the other hand, was left brooding in the back of her mind. It was quite clear that she wasn't going to get her body back any time soon.

Leonardo became quite delighted once he noticed the hook swords, massive battle axe, and gaint fan. These were his old comrades from when the Kai Alpha Knights were big and large. Not trapped in weapons that were forced to take over weak bodies, just to have some fun. Both Eria, Executioner, and Phantom Vigilance were here in this small town. Not everyone, but a few were good enough for now.

Xavier was not so thrilled about the events. At first, he obeyed the rifle's orders, and stayed where he stood. Though, he could not stand it once he saw the three other people kill the mob that had chased him. He tried to make an escape, but his attempt had failed. The gentleman soon found himself in the back of his mind, not able to do anything about it. He could only watch the events going on.

"Now stay put while I take care of some business. If you act like a good little boy, I might just let you have your body for a day." Leonardo joked to his "master". How he loved to play with him.

"It's so good to finally meet you three, again. It seems as if we were seperated for an eternity, yet you three have stayed most lovely." Leonardo said, while loading his rifle with bullets. If the police did come before they could escape, then he could get so action. "I even see that Executioner got a new look. It may not be your taste of appearance, but I honestly like it."

Eira laughed brightly. As she she walked she turned to watched the other, no walking backwards. "It is good to see you all again. Now the question of tests." She smirked grew again. "Can you all still keep up with the Knight of Grace?" she asked placing her hand on her chest.

Before any of them could answer she spun on her heels, feeling the tare of the stons on her bare feeet as she took off full blast leaping gracfully back onto the rooftops making for ther beach. She could heard the others behind her as her laughter chimed through the city behind her, carried on the breeze like a birds song.

After only a few minutes she spotted the shorline in full view. As she hit the last roof she leaped off the edge pulling out her fan again and using it as a glidder stright into the sand where she started up the beach, never missing a step. Before her rose a large cliff that over looked the sea. She knew this place well and the cave that hid at the bast of the stone wall.

She waited at the enterance for the others. Inside there would be drink and rest and for once Eira would be able to actually enjoy a conversation. Hanna was in the back of the mind taking things in stride. The slauter had been bad but she was used to that sort of thing here. In this town it happened almost weekly. The only real thought she had was about her boys back at the church. All twenty seven of those kids would be looking for her in the morning. Would they think she had abandoned them?

((sorry about this guys but I'm going camping for the weekend with the GS. I'll post again sunday evening. Have fun. ^-^))
