It's great to see democracy in action.

Of course, Muslims will oppose caps on immigration. They want to bring in as many other Muslims as they can so they can demographically take over as soon as possible.

They're less than 5% of the population now. How much bigger is that number going to get before people wake up, cut through the red tape, and install immediate measures to curb the problem. The higher that figure gets, the bigger the problem will be when the average man in the street decides to take action where our government won't. It's already happening now, I wonder how far away we are from the demo's turning into riots, small towns being turned into war zones. It's a scary thought.

That's entirely it. Most people find it offensive to say "I'm against immigration"

It's like foreigners have a right to come to our land.

I dont mind anyone coming here if they are:
1-LEGAL
2-Can speak English
3-Can read and write English
4-Have a skill that would beneift this country

I have a problem if your not legal, you can not read and write/speak English, you do NOt have a clean health bill and your bringing half your family with you under those terms.or you have a criminal conviction against your name.

now I fully understand that there are many different circumstances int he world but the main reason why these are my key points as to why you should or shouldnt be allowed in are for these reason.

Enough tax payers money goes towards our own criminal system we dont need anymore thugs in our jails becasue they want to flee a country where they are sure to be punished for thier crimes.
I also dont see why our money should fund thousands/millions pounds worth of taxpayers money on trasnlators,if we wanted to live in a country that they came from for sure we would have to convert to thier way of life to be able to get by.

the reason why they dont if they come here, becasue the EU and the government make it next to impossible to put a cap on immigration to protect the rights of every citizen that has a right to be here.

everyone has a right to freedom, but every citizen has a right not to pay for the misfortunates of other countrys that bring nothing to our economy but more debt.

Tempting to have a go at the Judges But bad law should always be dumped so now they go away and do a proper job and produce a law that will work.

While I do support the cap, it wasn't introduced properly.

Two senior judges have ruled that the temporary limit imposed from 28 June on skilled migrants from outside the European Union is unlawful because ministers sidestepped proper parliamentary approval when it was introduced.

If only it were so simple mate. I mean whoever voted for Labour had NO IDEA what they were going to do. 4 million immigrants in a decade! They didn't exactly put that in their manfesto did they?

I fcuking HATE politicans like no other, they are the cause of all the problems we have today. they are the cnuts who passed laws, and made us all feel like second class citizens in our OWN country.

Tosspot Cameron is NO better either, this the leech who said he'd rip up the human rights act IF he gained power. They all make me so angry. Sometimes I wish the Army would just strm parliament and finish the lot of them off. Cowards, liars and traitors all of them.

Ministers get paid enough. Parliament is what we have...and they should know the law of this land.

I think the ruling was that they ignored parliament. I agree with that.....unless we want law by decree.

She has atleast started the ball rolling in some aspects.

The way judges are put in place needs to be looked into for a start.

And however neutral they have to act they are not.

Its about time U.k courts and laws really were in the hands of the u.k and not the EU.

The policy needs to be re written and taken through the right steps.
