Two lads have been convicted of disorder, one imprisoned and the other fined. They've also been restricted to protests anywhere apart from Birmingham for 10 years and banned from distributing material for the EDL. What gets me here, regardless of any offences commited, is the fact that it was obviously a biased trial, the police officer in the case described the EDL as a racist group which goes around threatening minority communities and no doubt the daft judge, knowing f**k all about the EDL has taken him at his word. If they had commited offences then they should be judged on that and that alone, how does the EDL as an organisation deserve to be publicly slandered in a court of law? By also adding the condition that they can't distribute leaflets, is the judge making a statement about the content of the material we distribute? Just another case of judiciary bias, the sooner the leftie apologists are rooted out of the legal system the better. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-12024824?utm_source=twitterfeed&utm_medium=twitter |

These judges, do-gooders, apologists and appeasers MUST be dealt with immediately come the revolution. New brooms sweep clean...we can't let these people get away with it after the civil war, we need to get rid of them for good so they can't poison our future any more. They can go and live with the islamists and other assorted cranks they seem so fond of. |

it wouldnt surprise me , if they say it proves there is no predjudice in the legal system , when they can lock a man on crutches up for threatening behaviour the new advert will be "Even the disabled are punished . we have no bias " |

How can they legally do this "and banned from distributing material for the EDL" Can a judge actually do this ? Is this material for the EDL or about the EDL. Is it illegal for him to send EDL happy Christmas cards ? Not a lawyer...but is this legally binding ? |

reading posts like this & 'Police visit' & "EDL member fined for 'anti-Allah chant'" & "The Price of freedom of speech" am i the only person who sees a pattern emerging? prosecution/persecution/picking people off one by one? has the ruling elites attack begun? what are we going to do? what can we do? some of the threads here - eg whether its rude to call muslims 'muzzies' - seem like fiddling while romes being set on fire around us! sorry if im being paranoid! im trying hard not to be! |

Pc Mike Ellis, of Thames Valley Police, said: "This is a clear signal to those who would use violence and disorder to further their extreme and racist views, to intimidate and create fear within minority communities." Next time Tommy gets on the TV he needs to hammer home the fact that Islam is not a race. He needs to remind people that 2 white British Islamists were recently killed in Pakistan while on Jihad duty. |

It shows that the court system is just as corrupt as the government is. Judges need to go through some sort of process to find a way to whittle out those who favour one domination to another. Its about time this country looked at whos human rights need to be upheld. I wont condon violence, but how on earth handing out EDL leaflets can be classed as racist is beyond me. How about the MDL facebook page, after having a browse there it is clear how two faced they are...all peacefull on the surface, clearly not underneath. If something is to be done it has to start from grasroots level. |
