its on sky news now , that the cap on migrant workers to be introduced in the summer , is illegal
the high court have ruled against our government, but we are looking to appeal
when i say we , i dont really consider myself to be with the government in anything they do nowadays
its time to rethink our legal system and get back to sensible DEMOCRATIC laws .

That's a fcuking joke. What's the point in having a government when unelected judges can slap anything down?

Easily solved, launch an appeal but let the judges know that they are to be replaced by cheaper and more compliant migrant labour and see what decision they want to arrive at then.

Way too much is being mishandled by the courts. The Human Rights Act is a fcukin joke. The judges live on some Planet Idiot. What's going on?

Just seen this on the news, some poor care home director saying how 'they scour the world for the best staff'.

It only needed the correction to be true 'they scour the world for the cheapest staff, to maximise our own profits'

I like your thinking. ;)

Britain is the biggest haven for illegals in the whole of Europe, can anyone tell me why?

Just who the fcuk are this 'high court'? Whose interests do they serve and do they know that they are duty bound to act in the best interests of this country first and everything else second?

What is the point in having the highest court in this country if they do not serve the best interests of the British people and society as a whole?

Take this decision for instance, who does it serve better, immigrants or Britain? Answer is immigrants so how is this ruling in our favour and how will its effects further benefit our culture?

The high court should be regarded as enemies of the state. There is nothing else to describe them because they have consistently acted against OUR better interests on a whole range of issues and they are no longer fit for purpose.

fcuk them off and hang them all for treason and if they have been breeding then hang their offspring as well just to be sure that we got shot of all of them.

Is it just me that is cynical? A government with the best legal advice in the whole country

didn't know this would happen? As if.

The immigration cap "won" them the election imo, now some unknown judge has conveinently let them off the hook

because they knew they couldn't do it anyway; if I recall correctly didn't some labour bloke say it couldn't be done

during the election?

It's Cameron's referendum all over again.... smoke and mirrors bullshit.
