How can an organisation be racist if it has a Pakistani Christian division? Now that this division exists, along with the Sikh division, the UAF's lies that the EDL is racist are beginning to fail.

Everyday i feel the EDLs getting a victory against the UAFs lies. Let's see if the media show them how UN-racist the EDL is instead of the Far right extremist view they have portrayed in the past
UAF have this new elite fighting style where they slam their face against your fist to bruise your knuckles.

Yes we met up with them at the Asia Bibi demo in London yesterday. We kept a low profile at first as we didn't want them to feel we had hijacked it. They couldn't believe it when they found out who we were later that day. Hopefully this will be the start of something good. They were a lovely bunch who are also just as frustrated and fed up as the rest of us.

It was under discussion yesterday at the free Asia Bibi rally. I'm glad to see that it has happened. :-)

The work of the EDL Christian Division is not disigned to confuse the uaf who have proved themselves to be insinificant biggots that wish to denigrate the work of others to promote an insognificant cause of their own which is shallow and self promoting. The Idea is to work with small Christian groups who wish to speak out against against Religous intollerance against their brothers and sisters in islamic countries but do not feel they have a voice that will be heard, our job will be to sing their songs and chant their chants to ensure that their voice is heard. The EDL have now reached the stage that we can field thousands in our demo's it now seems only right that we ASSIST those groups that could use our support, this division is not only open to Christians but open to all, as our demo yesterday proved, a group of eight EDL, Athiest, Christians, Gays, Jew and Dog standing togeather in a comon cause within the ethos that is the EDL

Hope everyone on here gives the EDL Pakistani Christian division their support on Facebook as this'll further show up the increasingly desperate accusations of racism flung at us by a lazy media and the morally bankrupt UAF.

It's all about the fight against militant Islam.

Those who've sought to shut down debate, who've cynically tried to turn this into a no go area by calling those who oppose militant Islam racists, are now being increasingly exposed as the true bigots of our time.

This is going to sound funny from an atheist like me..but well done !
How about teaming up with the UK Egyptian Coptic Christians ie; http://www.copts.co.uk/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=2278&Itemid=1
This is one group I found, I know a group of 50 or so of them organised a protest demo outside the Egyptian embassy on the same day as the Stoke demo.
Also - bring on the Buddhist and Taoist groups !
Winston Churchill on Islam ; ' The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities - but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world....

I love this bit: "Coptic Christians make up about 10% of Egypt's population of 80 million. They complain frequently of discrimination, though they generally live in peace with the Muslim majority with occasional flare-ups of tension and violence, especially over limits on church building".

This is exactly what it will be like if England ever succumbs to the rule of shari'ah. It would have happened so gradually that most of us will have absolutely no idea that we have in fact become dhimmis. The rest of the worlds press will still report that we "generally live in peace alongside our muslim majority". I have held many discussions with muslims who are quite sincere when assure me that life as a dhimmi really wouldn't be as bad as I think.

Actually the many Black, Sikh, Hindu, Pakistani Christian and mixed-race members of the EDL are just Nazis in disguise. Says so on the UAF website.

I'm in agreement with you and I'm also an atheist.

Yesterday I shared a link on my fb account with the Pakstani christians and I've put an (albeit infrequent) link to the EDL christian site every now and then along with the Jewish Div, LGBT Div etc.

I just think it's such an important thing to do in order to keep the profiles of these groups in the public eye, we are all working towards a common end so our mutual interests need to be kept alive and kicking.

Remember that their are Christians all over the world, in Pakistan the minority church, is often targerted by Muslims, as they are in virtually all Muslim majority countries.

Take it from me - it's not manufactured.

MDL spent the whole night posting abuse on the site. This morning a team of 5 admins began. One of them suggested that in future before the delete & ban, they screenshot the abuse. Let the fcukers feed their own demise!

They're fleeing from the Middle East because of Islamic oppression. It's sad really, the Middle East's attitude towards freedom of religion is mostly stuck in the Middle Ages. Islam is holding the whole region back from advancing with the rest of the world.

What a wonderful group for mutual support. Like Israel, these lads and lasses are at the sharp end of islams peaceful examples of aggression and terror.
I hope this group grows strong and hopefully one or 2 find their way here on to the forum.
All the best to EDLs Pakistani Christian division.

I was speaking to some of the American Defense League members about starting a division of Ex Muslims... The EDL should do the same. Try to actively recruit them, it will offer them a voice and protection.
"The true Islamic concept of peace goes something like this:'Peace comes through submission to Muhammad and his concept of Allah'(i.e. Islam). As such the Islamic concept of peace, meaning making the whole world Muslim, is actually a mandate for war. It was inevitable and unavoidable that the conflict would eventually reach our borders, and so it has." - Vernon Richards

The level of protection they need is way beyond anything the EDL can offer apostates.

40% of muslims aged 16-24 think apostates should be executed. One I know is on the run, he really hates islam and thinks it is the work of the devil. He believes his family are looking for him to kill him.

EDL has tried over the past year to reach out to muslims and ex-muslims. The response has always been the same "you are racists". It's almost as though they try to play their part in making the media villification stick, and if they joined us they would be unable to play their part.

Ex-muslims need something like a witness protection programme, especially if they are going to start publicly criticising islam. The Council of Ex-Muslims in Britain basically does nothing to protect apostates, and does nothing to campaign against islam.

Sorry, I didn't mean literal protection I meant more of a sense of community. There are a few ex muslims in the ADL and they are some of the most active members in the group.

Most of the ex muslims are from other states or even countries, they have had there names changed and are not known to the muslims in there area.

The protection was more of giving them a forum to speak about there experience in a group of people who would not judge them or hurt them. They can also help actively recruit others.
