Just a quick note, I have seen quite a few links on Facebook etc claiming to give information on your legal rights during a demo/protest, please be careful when reading these as in many cases they are old and do not include any amendments which may have been made since its publication. Its like this .........there are so many laws that the Police can use, the only real way of knowing your rights is to take a solicitor with you to the Demo !
