Homo Sapien, i could not agree more with your point on getting more support from within the black comunity. I also strongly belive we should try and get our message accros to asians. I have spoke many hindu freinds and the agree totaly with this cause.

HS highlighted People Of Colour as an example and also went on to mention that , they too, will have grandchildren affected by the islamis fascists.

The point is this:
EVERY non-muslim individual person, group, society, religion, sport, entertainment venue, music lover and pet owner will be affected as will non-muslim retailers of all printed material, fashion shops, history researchers, teachers & philosophers, financial institutions, all levels of hospital staff etc., etc., etc.

It'll be EVERYONE that's affected.

As it's EVERYONE that will be affected, the arguments/cause needs to be advanced in a manner they can readily identify with, specifically: how it will affect THEM.

Only then will an increasing amount of people appreciate the gravity of the situation before them.

This is a great point.
Back in the day there was an outfit called 'Rock Against Racism.'
Racism has largely gone away, except in the fevered imaginations of the lefties. There might be a case nowadays for 'Rock Against Islamo-fascism', since under sharia law there would be no more music industry.
We need to get the vested interests on side.
Every non-muslim has a lot to lose, if we don't win this battle.
Let's wake these ostriches up, before it's too late.

'Rock Against Islamo-fascism'
An event called something like that is a great idea because the name says exactly what it is. "English Defence League", with england flags and people singing engerland is meaningless to the public. EDL as a brand to unite people is good but unfortuantely it is becoming a tarnished term like bnp

Good idea to me, maybe 10 Downing street will be a good spot, whilst David Cameron's inside.

We could chant, "fcuk you David"
classic...

I was talking to a muslim taxi driver today while i was at work, he said that the schools pushing wahabbiism are the worst kind of evil that islam has. he likened them to nazis in germany persecuting the jews. He told me that the vast majoroity of muslims disagree with their kind of islam which is basically a version of the quoran with the fun taken out of it !!! I listened to him and he was genuine in his belief, this is the first time I have actually heard a full on card carrying muslim talk this way, he was disgusted that the wahabbi totallitarian version of islam is teaching their kind of hard line islam here in england. He actually said that he could understand why the E.D.L are getting so much support because the government are doing nothing to crack down on this vile sect. and the reason they are doing nothing is ....... OIL.... OIL TALKS MONEY and every politition in this land wants a part of that money. we need to march on parliament AND DO IT SOON....

Nope. It was a tarnished term. I think recent events have turned that around. If we keep the marches on the 27th free of violence and infiltrators, it's all over.
We're not taliking thousands of supporters, then. We're talking hundreds of thousands.

A massive signed petition of nearly 58000 people and handed in to no 10 wouldnt do any harm i dont think. I no there is a few in that 58000 who shouldnt be there but still leadership could try and organise it.

There are lots of decent moderate Muslims in Britain. More Muslims need to be like this guy that you're talking about.

Don't go off at half-cock here. Make sure the numbers will be there before planning anything like this and also make sure it isn't going to be violent. That will be totally counter-productive. The media just want the excuse to represent the EDL as a far-right bunch of thugs. This fight is going to be a much longer war than a few demos and what really counts right now is building the numbers and getting positive publicity. Too many people currently hear EDL and assume it is a synonym for the BNP. If that sticks, there is no hope of building the wider base that is essential to getting any meaningful change. It is only when the majority of British people start seeing and feeling the Islamic jihad threat that things will seriously change.
