Radical cleric Abu Hamza has won his appeal against the Government's attempts to strip him of his British passport, a special tribunal has ruled. A Downing Street spokeswoman said Prime Minister David Cameron was "disappointed" with the decision but that it would not affect ongoing extradition proceedings. The hate preacher argued that such a move would render him "stateless" as he had already been stripped of his Egyptian citizenship. Delivering its 12-page ruling, the Special Immigration Appeals Commission allowed his appeal. In his ruling, Mr Justice Mitting said: "We are satisfied on balance of probabilities that if a deprivation order were to be made, the appellant (Hamza) would be made stateless. "Accordingly, this appeal is allowed." Hamza, 52, was jailed for seven years in February 2006 for inciting murder and race hate. He is in Belmarsh Prison as he challenges attempts to extradite him to the US on terror charges. Attempts to take his passport away were launched in 2003 but delayed by other legal actions against him. The cleric came to Britain on a student visa and acquired a British passport through marriage. |

The establishment is holding up the figleaf that its all ok that Hamza is allowed to hold on to his British passport as he will soon face justice in the USA, to gloss over the truth that this country has no longer the right to say who should or should not have the right to live here There is an entire leftwing industry of lawyers and backed by so called human rights legislation which even in time of cuts every where else squanders bucketloads of our taxes on ensuring they all get rich whilst the fabric of our nation is being shredded by their lunatic decisions like this one. Theres absolutely no guarantee that Hamzas taxpayer leeching smartass lawyers after the above publicity this case has recieved wont find another human rights breach because of it which means we cannot deport him to the USA where they at least deal more sensibly with Hamza and his ilk Tony Blair and his social engineering project which was our last government deliberately created these conditions in our country and the timid conservatives egged on by their liberal partners wont lift a finger to change a single dot or comma of these crazy laws because they havent the guts to even try. Our land therefore is like a lobsterpot where nations like Egypt can safetly offload their most evil scumbags safe in the knowledge that they will never have to worry about them ever again. Were the laughing stock of the world on this one and our ruling classes refuse to acknowledge this glaring reality or even face up to it let alone do anything to change it. Except it's no laughing matter for those ordinary decent hardworking British taxpayers who are blythly bled dry to keep the Hamza bandwagon rolling as sadly sooner rather than later a lot of us could wind up in bodybags because of the hate machine stirred up by Hamza and his evil circus |

“One day, millions of men will leave the Southern Hemisphere to go to the Northern Hemisphere. And they will not go there as friends. Because they will go there to conquer it. And they will conquer it with their sons. The wombs of our women will give us victory.” – Houari (Mohamed) Boumedienne, President of Algeria, 1965 – 1978, in a 1974 speech at the UN
