"To name a dog a Muslim name by US security agencies is to deliberately incite the Muslim community." So if Islamic supremacist idiots start rioting and killing people over this, it will be America's fault, you see. "Obama's security dog named 'Khan': Muslims irked," http://www.jihadwatch.org/2010/11/obamas-security-dog-named-khan-muslims-outraged-issue-threats-demand-apology.html |

Remember Bamiyan... Understanding is needed, only on your part. If islam followers don't like something, they threaten violence. If you don't, just keep quiet cause you might offend them

My wife's family dog was named Scud as they got him during the first Gulf war just after a scud hit the building next to theirs. For 14 years after my father in law would stand outside his flat at midnight and scream SCUD to get him to come back from the park. Oh how we laughed. |

Brian of London has been actively occupying a very small slice of hideously over-occupied Tel Aviv since early 2009. Islam is a giant bungee cord tying it's adherents to the 7th century. They can pull themselves almost to the twenty first century but eventually the cord tightens and flings them back. | |

I can find it on line as it was in the days pre widespread internet, but I definitely recall Muslim objections (somewhere up north in around 1995?) to a police dog named Ali. Insulting the brother of the prophet, apparently. |

I was watching a DVD a while back - the remake of 'The Omega Man' with Will Smith, and in the room (at work, yes we were that busy) was a Muslim fellow. The part where Will Smith gets caught in a trap and is chased by three giant mutant dogs came on, you should have seen the reaction of the Muslim lad - his eyes were sticking out of his head like organ stops! I didn't realise it would put the wind up him like that, but I've had many a quiet smile about it since. |

Naming that teddy bear 'Mohammed' was totally unforgivable, as the following press release made clear at the time: This insult cannot be forgiven. The woman must be publicly shot or beheaded as an example to others. I am the secretary of the International Union of Teddy Bears, Fluffy Bunnies, Cuddly Toys and allied operatives. As you may be aware, our union has millions of members throughout the world and representatives in every child's bedroom. A major part of our duties consists of sleeping with children in an entirely innocent and comforting manner. For over a century parents have had absolute trust that they could put us to bed with their sons and daughters and they would not be harmed. Imagine therfore our horror when we found that this 'teacher' had so corrupted her students as to associate one of our members with history's most notorious pedophile. Off with her head!!!! - Mr Edward Behr |

I wouldn't last two mins in the UK calling my dog by his name. His name comes from an old German name and the name of a knight in a kids story book (which the kid was reading at Kindergarten at the time) |

I would be totally outraged if a muslim kid was named "Fido" or "Rover", I would spontaneously riot at the insult. |

Disgusting how they hijack the name Khan, even on Wiki, claim that it is a muslim name. Genghis Khan, 1162–1227 , the shamanistic founder, Khan emperor of the Mongol Empire Kublai Khan grandson of Genghis Khan Hulagu Khan |

I'm sorry, but I can't see the need to take this issue in any way serious. Obama should be banned from the magnificent Hindu country India, not his dog. |
