Glasgow Celtic FC has once again shown its true colours. The club has banned the sale of poppies on their premises. Apparently the poppy is offensive to the clubs Irish fan base. Pass this message on so the whole country is aware of the disgraceful behavior of this football club. LEST WE FORGET. |

I'm now officially an EX Celtic fan!! Remember last season the scum bag bastards were trying to sell Palestine flags at the Tel Aviv game outside park? They were dishing out anti Israel literature and all sorts. I fcuking hate what CFC stands for now. Still hate the Rangers though, I guess I don't have a team any more.

Not the Irish, Irish nationalists in the shape of IRA style sympathisers. Lot of good brave Irishmen came over from the Republic in WW2 to fight against the Nazi's. The Celtic faction that supports the poppy ban bring shame on those good men. |

Celtic have shown their true colours. My Dad was Irish origin and not all the Irish think like Celtic. My Dad was right behind the British army, in fact he was gutted he couldnt join because he had a burst eardrum from fighting down the football. Celtic are off my radar anyway, as Rangers have always been my Scottish team |

164 VC's won by Irish regiments, over 200 Vc's for Irish overall. the first VC of the WW1, WW2 won by Irishmen, the youngest VC won by an Irishman. 6 VC's won by Irishmen in ww2 five of them volunteers from the republic, the other one from Ulster called 'maginnis' was hounded out for being a Catholic fighting for the British, by the IRA. So get real! 'Celtic' why don't you remind your supporters of the contribution by Brave Irish soldiers to the British Army. http://www.bbc.co.uk/ww2peopleswar/stories/22/a6084722.shtml |

Celtic are a bunch of losers, my team FC Utrecht kicked the fools back to glasgow and out of the Europa League after our 4-0 win, mhuahahah. Me and my mates went into town for a drink after the game and all of those identity crisis scots were drinking in an irish pub, we went in there singing our songs and all they did was stare at the ground. Some of em were okay tho, but scum that disrupt minutes silences can get a kicking anytime Edited by Dutchy, Nov 3 2010, 10:15 PM.

This is nothing new. They are scum. Pure scum and nothing more. The club actively support the bigoted Green Brigade to the point of actually forcing innocent fans out of their seats to make way for a special section for the Green Brigade. I honestly hate them with a passion and when I first heard this I was not surprised in the least. The large section of their fanbase that supports the IRA sing their terrorist songs, yet often fail to without punishment. Meanwhile other clubs receive hefty fines for small things (e.g us when a coin and lighter was thrown onto the page when we were playing their ugly neighbours). We have also been condemned worldwide on occasion. Offending their Irish fans? Bullsh1t. They are caving into their terrorist sympathisers and this is deeply insulting to veterans and their families. I'm sure many Celtic fans have died in the wars? Celtic are supposed to be a Scottish club, but now they do this? It makes it even worse when they wore stupid badges on their shirts commemorating the Irish tattie famine last season when they played us. That has fcuk all to do with football and I'm sure they'll do it again this year. Finally, I've noticed that they are actually playing us on 11/11 (next wednesday), I really hope that they do not do anything stupid, as that would be a spit in the faces of war veterans. Especially with Hearts FC's proud history supporting British troops. fcuk Celtic. Rule Britannia. |

We were never the same again. And our main charity, Erskine, is in support of war veterans McCrae's battalion

Celtic FC was closed during WW2 after fans fervently displayed German flags at games and chanted in support of Hitler's Nazi regime. In 1970 the deaths of British soldiers in Northern Ireland were heavily mocked on the terraces of Celtic Park, as its supporters again indulged in chanting about the neo-nazi IRA, many of whoms members fuelled German U-Boats in the Second World War. In 1982 Celtic fans wore Argentina shirts to matches during the Falklands conflict and chanted in support of Argentina's neo-nazi Junta government whilst British troops were suffering heavy casualties trying to retake the islands. In the last 2-3 years when 2 British soldiers were killed by a bomb placed in a Pizza box by the IRA, Celtic fans took Pizza boxes to matches and had a good time waving them around for 90 minutes. Its also worth noting that the club covered up paedophilia in the 1970's when youth team player Alan Brazil was raped by a Celtic Youth Coach. Celtic FC - The club of choice for Nazi's and paedophiles. |

Bang out of order. The vast majority of Celtic fans have moved on and it seems a minority of Rangers fans would like to keep the flames burning. I like so many other ex-servicemen and thousands of Celtic fans display my poppy with pride. Don’t bring stupid West of Scotland bigotry into this debate against Islamic Fascism. If you do you will inhibit reaction against Islam within Scotland because of the division you encourage. We are supposedly “all together” fighting against the danger of Islam. Vast majority have moved on my shuck. If its only a wee small minority why did your club take such a discraceful stance with the symbolic poppy. Because it didnt want o offend your LARGE sectarian bigoted fan base, not a small minority. In it togather , yea tell that to the vast majority of it Your clubs fans and that IRA supporting Green Brigade. |

I could be just as stupid and cite the thousands of Rangers fans that attacked the Manchester Police during the cup final and then you could respond with more pish, then me and then you. If you've got any news on bigoted catholic sectarianism, you can forward it to the National Secular Society, as they often cover things like this which are then picked up on by mainstream media ; http://www.secularism.org.uk/ |
| Winston Churchill on Islam ; ' The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property, either as a child, a wife, or a concubine, must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. Individual Moslems may show splendid qualities - but the influence of the religion paralyses the social development of those who follow it. No stronger retrograde force exists in the world.... | |
