This shows that Muslims vote for Muslims and not any political party. They got over 50% of the vote, this is block voting in action, but only 25% of the borough actually voted, that's how little they needed.

Expect to see more of this happening in the general election (it is already happening in local elections). Labour have just found out that they've been useful idiots and aren't needed anymore.

Andrew Gilligan will have a field day this weekend, covering this.

Labour's policy of feeding Islamist tigers reaches its logical conclusion.

The cosy agreement of appeasement for the block vote has been overtaken by the tiger tearing down the cage and devouring its keepers.

Tower Hamlets today, the rest of Britain tomorrow.

Well thats the final nail in the coffin of Tower Hamlets. It does make me laugh though that this constituency has got the word "ham" in it, bet you its not long before rahman changes its name. The muzzies will not like that as ham is offensive to muslims!

Very bad news indeed especially for anyone living there who is not a Muslim or of course the wrong kind of Muslim. Lets face it, there is noting hard line Muslims like doing than beating the crap out of there follow Muslims for not being "Muslim enough".

I wonder if call me Dave will start to worry now? I bet he thinks is a marvel of modern democracy.

Still the left wing will say there's no problem.
This will happen up n down the country, most people can't be arsed with voting,no one's really interested in politics through yrs of being ignored n self serving greedy polititions so the Muslim block vote will be very effective,it already has in certain places.
Stealth takeover is much more effective than bombs as the whole population doesn't turn on them as it could/would be construed as "racist".
If the bulk of this country doesn't wake up soon n drag themselves away from crap factor or even how their teams doing then we'll be fuked.

Bad news for tower hamlets and another kick for democracy! How the hell can this be allowed to happen in our country, the fact this man was thrown out for having links to extremism(terrorism in my eyes!) and is still allowed to run for mayor is absolutely sickening, when will our government wake up, take away the immigrant vote make them earn it and there benefits too, i had to wait 18 yrs before i could cast a vote all immigrants should have to aswell!

The Brick Lane area ward is now called Bangla Town. London Underground refused to change Aldgate East tube station to that name, but they will 'ask' again.
St Mary's Park, which was the churchyard of St Mary Matfelon the original white chapel, is now Altab Ali Park. he was a murder victim, which murder was reprehensible, but I don't notice a Mary Kelly Park, or anyone of the many other murder victims in the borough.

Our ancestoral homeland is cut off from us as entirely as a cut down rain forest.

Hopefully Ken Livingstone will be kicked out of the Labour Party as he was breaking party rules by campaigning for a candidate in an election that wasn't from his party.

http://www.guardian.co.uk/politics/2010/oct/19/ken-livingstone-expulsion-labour-party

The government is be blind to be aware of what has happened to Tower Hamlets and not learn from it. If they're not aware, well they should be.

If a white supremist won a mayoral election it would be all over the newspapers and would be in the news, yet when an Islamic supremist wins a mayoral election it is ignored.

Wake up Britain!

as bad as it sounds, its actually a good thing.

labour have been royally shafted, as a result of their immigration polices. This will send alarm bells ringing within the conservative camp because now they can see for themselves how things turn out as in the case here.

I would also assume that there has been intimidation, dodgy voting practices and a fair number of backhanders going around to get this guy into office ...

Rahman and his supporters were handing out leaflets that made false claims against the Labour Party candidate. So there was dodgy campaigning involved.

And you're right that the election of Rahman is a good thing in a way, as if he was never elected there would still be little evidence that the UK is being taken over.

But now the fact that he has been elected is a very big and obvious sign of Islamism.

We can now point to Tower Hamlets when talking about the dangers of Islam to other people.

I'm no fan of Griffin, but he was right when he said after the election, the East End is lost, the last of the old East End was going to die over the next four years in a "wicked, cruel Labour Party project".

Well, I'm sure you all remember the French TV documentary of Tower Hamlets about a month ago, it's about to get a whole lot worse.

Its all there already, the Gay free zone, the man beaten for not keeping Ramadan, the girls school with the compulsory uniform burka, the council funds spent on a minaret for the Brick Lane mosque, I could go on.

Hackney has a very high immigrant population but apart from the Turks they are mostly black and the majority seem to be Christians. Newham has a vigorous Musim community as does Waltham Forest - Pakistani as compared with Tower Hamlets where the ruling group is Bengali. Everywhere has Somalis.

Newham has a long way to go but I believe that will be the IFE's next target, depending on their relationship with the other outfit in the borough intent on expansion, which is Tablighi Jamaat.
It might be war - it might be an unholy alliance.

The funny thing about this (and I dont mean ha ha funny) is that this is all we have heard about but I cant imagine the atrocities the locals have had to gone through during the Islamification process.

I feel most sorry for all the oldies that went through WW2, Blitz, etc only to go through their dieing days in a place they dont feel at home anymore, where they are too scared to go out, where they are made to feel like the minority, where the high streets resemble third world slums, where theres no pubs, clubs, churches etc for the old because the 'others' dont require such things.

fcuking Sickening, it cant go on...

The old have Mosque Towers, next to the east London Mosque in Whitechapel. Sheltered housing for the Bengali and Somali elder, includes prayer room for those too frail to join the main mosque.

St Mary's Park, which was the churchyard of St Mary Matfelon the original white chapel, is now Altab Ali Park. he was a murder victim, which murder was reprehensible, but I don't notice a Mary Kelly Park, or anyone of the many other murder victims in the borough.

In this park can be found a replica of a Shaheed Minar (Bengali: শহীদ মিনার Shohid Minar) a national monument in Dhaka, Bangladesh, established to commemorate those killed during the Language Movement demonstrations of 1952.

On February 21, 1952, dozens of students and political activists were killed when the Pakistani police force opened fire on Bengali protesters who were demanding equal status to their native tongue, Bangla.

The large scale emigration of Bangladeshis to other parts of the globe has led to several permanent replicas of the Shaheed Minar being built outside Bangladesh. Two of these are in England. One is in Altab Ali Park, near Whitechapel and Brick Lane in Tower Hamlets, east London. The second is in the Westwood neighbourhood of Oldham, in Greater Manchester.

On 4 May 1978, Altab Ali, a 25-year-old Bangladeshi clothing worker, was murdered by three teenage boys as he walked home from work, in an apparently racially motivated attack. The murder took place near the corner of Adler Street and Whitechapel Road, by St Mary's Churchyard. This murder mobilised the Bangladeshi community. Demonstrations were held in the area of Brick Lane against the National Front, and groups such as the Bangladesh Youth Movement were formed. On 14 May over 7,000 people, mostly Bangladeshis, took part in a demonstration against racial violence, marching behind Altab Ali’s coffin to Hyde Park. Some youths formed local gangs and carried out reprisal attacks on their skinhead opponents

As a response to conditions faced by their first generation elders during the 1970s , younger Bangladeshis started to form gangs, developing a sense of dominating their territory.

One consequence of this was that Bangladeshi gangs began fighting each other. Bangladeshi teenagers involved with gangs show their allegiance to this kind of lifestyle in various ways: heavily styled hair, expensive mobile phones and fashionable clothing labels and brands.

Teenage street gangs have been responsible for sometimes lethal violence; it is estimated that in Tower Hamlets alone there are 2,500 Bengali youths affiliated to one of the many local gangs, and that 26 out of the 27 gangs in the area are Bangladeshi. The notorious gangs have been given names that end with massive or posse, such as the Brick Lane Massive and Stepney Green Posse. Other smaller groups include the Shadwell Crew, Cannon Street Posse, Bengal Tigers and Bethnal Green Boys.

In the past, Bangladeshi gangs have fostered criminal elements, including low level drug use and credit card fraud. However, for many the focus has changed to fighting over their territories. They use a variety of weapons, such as samurai swords, machetes, kitchen knives and meat cleavers, although guns are rarely used. When members reach their twenties they usually grow out of gang membership, but some move on to more serious criminal activity. Increasing numbers of Bangladeshi youths are taking hard drugs, in particular heroin.

Islamic fundamentalism has also played a part in the youth culture, illustrated by the efforts of one Brick Lane gang to oust out the white prostitutes from the area. As to dietary customs, youths generally avoid eating pork, and some from drinking alcohol; however many take recreational drug use, in particular heroin
“One day, millions of men will leave the Southern Hemisphere to go to the Northern Hemisphere. And they will not go there as friends. Because they will go there to conquer it. And they will conquer it with their sons. The wombs of our women will give us victory.”

– Houari (Mohamed) Boumedienne, President of Algeria, 1965 – 1978, in a 1974 speech at the UN

We were going to protest outside the Troxy (Whitechapel/Tower Hamlets) up until about a week beforehand (mid-June) against guest speaker Zakir Naik, when it was cancelled or as we found out later, moved. So here's some clips even though we didn't go there.

Here's some nice people from the religion of peace chanting EDL go to Hell.
