Have fake bomb scares at the same place a few times - people will get used to it. One day, they won`t rush to evacuate - as they`ll think its another false alarm.

hopefully the reverse will happen, they will issue so many 'false alarms' that all political correctness will go out of the window and they will just be banned full stop from visiting attractions, using the bus, using the trains... I doubt it would happen as no one seems to be able to hold their nerve and instigate it, but it would solve a lot of problems |

Now on Sky News foreign correspondent is saying: UK intelligence say that terrorist attack plots, Mumbai style, on the UK, Germany and France is in its advanced stages but not imminent. Germany has had similiar intelligence. They are saying the attack is Pakistan, Al qaeda and possibly Taliban linked. CIA intensifies drone attacks in Pak amid suspected terror threats to Europe 28 September 2010 13:01:07 by ANI www.thaindian.com Washington, Sep 28 (ANI): The Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) has intensified missile attacks against militants in Pakistan’s tribal regions in a bid to foil a suspected terrorist plot against European targets, current and former officials have disclosed. According to officials, though its exact nature is yet to be identified, the suspected terror plot is believed to target multiple countries, including the U.K., France, and Germany, the Wall Street Journal reported. “There are some pretty notable threat streams,” said a U.S. military official, adding that the significance of those threats was still being discussed among counterterrorism officials but that threats of this height were unusual. Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano is planning to discuss the current European terrorism intelligence with her European counterparts at a UN aviation security meeting this week in Montreal, the website reported. “We are in constant contact with our colleagues abroad… We are all seeing increased activity by a more diverse set of groups and a more diverse set of threats. That activity, much of which is Islamist in nature, is directed at the West generally,” she told a Senate panel last week. Last week, France stepped up its level of vigilance over a suicide bombing plot to attack the Paris subway linked to Al Qaeda’s North African affiliate, which was uncovered by authorities, who said that the threat might be connected to France’s recent vote to ban the wearing of burqas, the head-to-toe garb worn by the most conservative Muslim women. While Al Qaida threat remains high, if the Haqqani network were involved in a European terror plot, it would be the first known instance where it sought to launch attacks outside South Asia, said Bruce Hoffman, a professor at Georgetown University who has written extensively on terrorism. The Haqqani group’s involvement would be particularly worrisome because “you’re talking about one of the more skilled and competent groups spreading its wings,” he added. The CIA has launched at least 20 drone strikes so far this month in Pakistan’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas, the highest monthly total in the past six years, according to a tally by the New America Foundation think tank.
