just back in now, good show from edl,
10 of us got to a pub in the muslim area and within 10 minutes 3 riot vans turned up and closed the pub lol, met back up with the rest in spoons, good to see everyone and meet some new people.
a couple of us took a wander down to the crew pub where a gang of about 40 muslims had gathered on the street corner, was there for about 20 minutes no problems, uaf were handing out leaflets to the locals. Muslims started walking down to where the few remaining edl were gathered and were charged by a few edl lads and the were soon on there toes, funny how they decide to have a go when most of the edl had left and they still didnt have it in them even with bigger numbers, gutless wankers!
A small group then went to another pub for a quick one and as we were walking to the carpark we bumped into another gang, ob arrived within a minute and nicked a load of em which makes a change, highlight of my day that lol, NS!

THEY JOINED FOR MANY REASONS, TO MARCH, TO SAIL, TO FLY. THEY WENT WHERE THEY WERE POSTED, BUT NOBODY JOINS TO DIE. THEIR LEADERS TALK ON TV, WHAT ELSE COULD WE HAVE DONE? BUT THOSE LEADERS LOST NO DAUGHTERS, AND NONE HAS LOST A SON. SO HERE'S TO ALL OUR SOLDIERS WHEREVER THEY MAY BE...AND HERES TO ALL THEIR FAMILIES, I RAISE A GLASS TO THEE...WEAR YOUR POPPY WITH PRIDE.

I didn't stay there for as long as i hoped, as someone who i met there offerd me a lift back.
But heard on local news saying 7 EDL clashed with riot police.
I seen 3 muzzies turn up, the OB were quick to have a word with them.

I didn't even know there was a demo today!

Nice work to all those who went. I'm guessing the chaps from NAFA didn't show then?

They're a bunch of clowns aren't they? XD

The above blog says `police managed to contain the EDL in one pub`.

We were free to move as we wanted as far as I saw, people were coming and going.

The EDL are well behaved and the OB have to claim a victory. Shame on them.

Those camera police didn't have much of a sense of humour. But it was funny when they got a big cheer and round of applause as they left the pub.

They did say the parade passed off peacefully, it was at the end apparently.
They showed the enemy - but not sure if they actually mentioned them. BBC.

That doesn't sound like a bad day, it sounds like a minor scuffle in which some thick as sh1t foitie hooligans beat their chests like the macho dickheads they are. A really bad day would be - for example- calling a demo, labellumg it the 'big one' and mouthing of that thousands would be there, only to find that only 700 or so turn up to get laughed out of town. Wake up mate, the edl was exiting to a few thick dickheads fir a while, but now the foitie season is up and running, your 'supporters' have realised they've got better things to do.

Good to meet some of the chaps (and chappesses) today. Before I went to 'Spoons I nipped in the WM club, where the Gurkhas were having their dinner. I spoke to a few of the locals, who had no idea I was anything to do with the EDL. They were all well onside. We have plenty of quiet support from the 'straight citizens', no doubt about that.

It was a good day until about 4, OB complete over reaction could easily of sparked a riot. I had muzzie children throwing bricks , kicked out the town, regroup on the outskirts (30 of us) and they stomp about 100 OB into a restraunt with families eating and make a scene over nothing, another dispersal order (section 27) , walk 100 yards down the rd and were in Leicestershire so they let us be, in summary imo it was a great day spoilt yet again by over the top OB
