It is interesting but should be remembered that many (myself included) are highly suspicious of Quilliam and the people on it. Frank Gafney's Center for Security Policy has a tremendous report out at the moment. Very comprehensive. |

Brian of London has been actively occupying a very small slice of hideously over-occupied Tel Aviv since early 2009. Islam is a giant bungee cord tying it's adherents to the 7th century. They can pull themselves almost to the twenty first century but eventually the cord tightens and flings them back. | |

the 3000 people theyre watching should be thrown out!! simple, and I see the report has likened Islam to other Totalitarianisms such as Nazism and Communism. Good, I'm glad thats been noted at such a high level so they can all appreciate the threat to freedom that Islam represents. I also note the report states that.. "clarity of understanding was lacking at the highest levels of the previous Government, particularly following the departure of Tony Blair. This understanding is also often absent in many branches of the Civil Service which are responsible for tackling Islamic Extremism and its causes". Says it all really, we all know Brown pandered to them right left and centre, and many branches of the civil service are swimming with Muslims, such as local Labour councils. It also gives hope that the new Govt will take up the cudgels when it states "The establishment of a new Government now however, makes it possible for a fresh start...The new coalition Government which enjoys a large popular mandate , is a powerful alliance bringing together many of the most experienced defenders of the national interest on one hand with many of the most principled defenders of free speech and personal liberty on the other". We shall wait and see. I hope the coalition do take them on big style because the have the support of the majority of people in this country I think. Even the curtain twitchers who never turn out for anything! |
