Halal fish and chips; No Thanks!

Just popped out to get some fish and chips for me and the mrs.

The 3 local chippies have recently been bought by muzzies who are advertising that their fish and chips are halal.

Had to travel 20 minutes to get a non halal meal

Madness.

Halal fish and ***** chips? How does that work then, because fish is already ok for muslims,

it doesn't need any special treatment.

l think it just means it's allowed anyway..

Halal rather than haram...

Not the way it's slaughtered or deep fried next to black pudding in batter......

That's kinda scary if they are able to use Halal as a selling point.

Are we really sure that the spuds are slaughtered by a halal butcher? What proof can they provide? Are they peeled first before the ritual takes place?

I want concrete assurance before I refuse to eat halal chips.

The potatoes are wrestled to the floor, their nubbies bits are pointed towards mecca and peeled mercilessly without being stunned. Evil fcukers.

Fish isn't halal slaughtered, as there is no blood to drain. What it will mean is, that there are no saveloys (pork meat), no sausage in batter etc. That beef, chicken, pies etc. will all be halal. No alcohol or pig gelatine used etc. and run by Muslims, food prepared by Muslims.

It still is halal, the other products will still be halal in the general sense and you will be contributing halal tax to your local mosque, but the fish and chips will be the same, except for the fact that the vinegar will be NBC (non brewed condiment) instead of real vinegar. (Jeez, I need to get out more).

The evil swine, as if deep frying them isn´t enough. I have actually seen this practice take place in several locations and it sickened me to my stomach.

Hanging is too good for these people... and as for battering a sausage, well I really can´t go on, pickling onions and eggs seems tame to this barbaric practice.

We should make some placards of fish and chips and

hold a demo outside this chippy. :P

You just can't beat the good old chippy however, since many have been taken over by foreigners, they seem to make a mess of it. Greasy as hell, plastic trays, won't have anything ready so you have to wait for ages and when you eventually get them - they taste bleedin' awful.

Not for me any more, only a real Brit can make ptoper fisn 'n' chips.

As for the former chip shops that've now expanded into kebabs, pizzas grotty lumps of greasy looking fcuk-knows-what I always give them a wide berth. I've seen their 'pizzas', 'kin disgrace dripping in oils and fat!

My patriotism is 100% for all things edible and more than this....rant........rant..........

fish and chip shops sell alot of other stuff, chicken nuggets, sausages , meat pies, so as you said alot of other products are halal, there are fish shops that are muslim friendly that cook chips in vegetable oil

70% of new zealands lamb is halal. sold in britain without the fact being declared on the label. a spokesman said in new zealand the process for halal slaughter is virtually the same as for non halal slaughter. he said there was no need to label the mear as halal on animal welfare grounds and would be too expensive to introduce labelling simply to provide infomation.

Check out your local Game Butcher if you have one, for some nice Venison steaks, a brace of Pheasants (taste so much better than hormone riddled chicken), hung or ready cleaned. Well worth a look.

Peace

Can't say this often enough.
DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM.
Wait till you get home and have a bowl of corn-flakes.
BOYCOTT. BOYCOTT. BOYCOTT.
Anybody who knowingly spends money which ends up in the pocket of a muslim, or eats halal products is not a serious anti-jihadist.
Drunkenness is no excuse. If you buy from muslims, you support islam. That's how it works.

I prefer cooking my own oven fish and chips, they're less greasy.
