Archery training is an old English tradition.
Now there is the opportunity to combine archery with another English tradition: darts!

see for instance:
http://www.wikio.co.uk/guide/archery-darts-target-face-80cm-pack-of-10-22787231,g.html

Actually, I love this game: the dart board has 80 cm diameter, shooting distance is 20 meters; I am using a 45 lbs longbow. Yesterday evening we played 301, finishing the last 44 points with an 18 and a double 13. Its possible after about 1 to 2 years of training once a week (and a bit of luck).
First of all it’s a lot of fun together with friends, but may be one day it could be important being able to hit the triple twenty this way.

I've owned an English long bow for the last five years. My missus pisses herself every time I put on my green tights. The draw weight is 70 pounds. I shot an arrow once into my wooden back gate and it went through it like a knife through butter.
