US Fury At Ahmadinejad's 9/11 Speech Last Updated 22:44 23/09/2010 Katie Cassidy, Sky News Online Delegates from the US walked out of the UN during a speech by the Iranian President, after he claimed 9/11 may have been the work of America to save Israel. In his address to the General Assembly, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said questions remained about the 2001 attacks and called for an "independent fact-finding group" to be established. He offered three theories about the day's events - and it was his last suggestion that prompted the Americans to leave the auditorium. The Iranian leader said "most people" believe 9/11 was the work of a terrorist group backed by the US government. He said the theory was "that some segments within the US government orchestrated the attack to reverse the declining American economy... and also to save the Zionist regime (Israel)". His comments came just hours after Barack Obama stood at the same podium and offered an extended hand to Iran and urged the country "walk through the door of diplomacy". After the Iranian President's speech, a spokesman for the US mission to the UN reacted angrily to the 9/11 claims. Mark Kornblau said: "Rather than representing the aspirations and goodwill of the Iranian people, Mr Ahmadinejad has yet again chosen to spout vile conspiracy theories and anti-Semitic slurs that are as abhorrent and delusional as they are predictable." Sky's foreign affairs editor Tim Marshall said the Iranian President went further than he had before. "The Americans know that what he's actually said to the UN, to a global audience, I think - and I represent my country - the American government murdered 3,000 of its own citizens in order to save what he calls 'the Zionist entity'. |

If that isn't a taunt to 'bring it on' I don't know what is. Me thinks Iran is vying for a fight. |

You would like to think that a very brave member of an elite fighting force be he British, American, Israeli or whatever nationality would place a bullet right between his eyes from a long way away. The guy is a fcuking nutjob and he should be dealt with. NS |

Is ther no end to this guys talents?! Ahmadinejad's food 'stinks up hotel' Iranian leader refuses to eat food prepared by hotel's chefs, instead brings private chef from Iran to cook his meals. Hotel guests complain of foul odor Ynet Published: 09.24.10, 08:26 / Israel News Something besides the Iranian leader's nuclear plans or calls to destroy Israel seems to be bothering residents of the Big Apple and guests at the hotel in which he is staying. The New York Post reported that hotels guests complained of a foul odor in the hotel caused by the food cooked especially for Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The leader of the Islamic Republic does not eat the food prepared by the hotel chefs for guests, but instead brought his own personal chef from Iran to cook his meals for him. Guests told the New York Post that his meals "stunk up the hotel," prompting them to leave the hotel and seek lodging elsewhere. The hotel in which Ahmadinejad is staying did not comment. On Thursday, a short time prior to his speech before the UN General Assembly, a number of Iranian exiles protested against the Islamic leader together with former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani. I still don't understand why America hasn't attacked Iran yet. |

They’re sailing for England Oh! What a shame! Someone is after our island again We’ll let them have it… Oh, yes we will! But maybe they won’t want it when they get the bill! But, who’s sticking in here? Who will defend every inch of England no matter what they send? Who’s standing firm in our own front yard? The soldiers of the old home guard | |

Also the Iranian army is somewhat better equipped than the Iraqi army was. And the Iranian army is very large. The US would face the wrath of the entire muslim world , even though they're probably sh1t scared of Iran gaining a nuclear weapons system, simply because it's Kuffar - v - muslims, it doesn't matter an iota that shia hates sunni and so on. |
