thanks lucas.
I asked the ob yesterday for the name of the driver i was told he couldnt do that, i asked if i could claim against his insurance and i was told probley not, as the police are probley not going to charge him.as my daughter was waiting to cross the road she could hear a car revving its enginge traffic lights then changed and she was hit, the ob said he then drove a safe distance away and then rang the police to report that he had hit serveral people,
I really think i need to see about gettin sum one in the legal proffession to help with this because im hearing so many different things, i just aint got a clue what i should be asking for or what i should be doing next?
you need to get someone maybe an admin to put you in touch with leadership mate.
i see theyre gathering evidence for an official complaint on their facebook page

http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=133494983355837&ref=mf

but you need to speak to someone high up on our side to get the legal advice.

when coppers act like this i fear for snowy and leon,
lets hope the judge and jury arent as corrupt as WMP.

Steps to Making a Road Accident Claim

Report the Accident
If a road accident occurs, especially if someone is hurt, the law requires that the police are informed as soon as possible. They will file a report on the incident and this is often very important in any legal proceedings that follow.

Keep a Record of the Details
It is also important to record as much detail as possible, including the other party's details, contact details for any witnesses and even photographs of the vehicles if possible.

Seek Legal Advice
The next step is to seek legal advice at the earliest opportunity. In every case, medical evidence will be required. It is also necessary to show that the person you are making a claim against owed you a duty of care, that they breached that duty of care (were negligent), and that the injury you sustained was a reasonably foreseeable consequence of that negligence.

One important point. If you are seeking legal advice locally/within your area, make sure he isn't a Muslim.

Utterly shocking. This whole thing stinks of a cover up. WMP are leading the way in dhimmitude and appeasement.

You need to check if the driver was insured.
You also need to know the car and drivers details.

This on a site, not sure if the same applies to pedestrians, I should imagine so.

The reality of this situation is that the police are obligated by the Road Traffic Act to present you with the full contact details of the driver of the other vehicle. You are entitled to this information pursuant to sections 151 to 154 and section 172 of the Road Traffic Act. This supersedes the Data Protection Act in this instance and is a worthwhile move to make in order to try and make a claim against the other driver. You should pursue this with both your own insurance company and the police and with the knowledge you have about the legality of the situation, you should be able to obtain the information needed to make a claim.

I am waiting for feedback from someone about your rights to you gaining access to drivers details.

The WMP have always been notorious for miscarriages of justice and torturing confessions out of suspects. Most on here will be too young to remember the Bridgewater case but that was one of the more famopus miscarriages of justice.

NO OFFICER from the West Midlands Police Serious Crime Squad has been successfully prosecuted.

These bastards are a law unto themselves.

A few comments.

Not all police are scum, anyone that went to Newcastle will testify to that and once again a big thanks to Northumbrian police. However it would appear that the West Muslim Police are a breed apart. They are obviously heavily infested with Common Purpose/Frankfurt School Marxists and are too scared to challenge the Muslim population and they have become appeasers.

The press is a problem, without honest coverage, it allows the WMP to continue these tactics. If the WMP are the military wing of the Marxists, the press are the media wing of the same. For anyone that thinks differently, look who is a UAF signatory, I'll give you a clue, here's his blog, check his job title at the top.

http://jeremydear.blogspot.com/2010/03/democracy-not-in-my-name.html

http://uaf.org.uk/about/founding-signatories/

Lastly, I would tell the police that you're bringing a private prosecution against the driver and you need his details to issue the Summons. They will have to give you the details. Don't let them give you any bollocks about not being able to issue a Summons whilst they are conducting their enquiries or the CPS is looking into it, because it isn't true. See bottom of the page.

http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/p_to_r/private_prosecutions/

Also tell them that you want his insurance details as you want to make a claim against him. Do not take no for an answer, I suggest (very seriously) you record all conversations with the police from now on. It's amazing how truthfully people speak when they know they're being recorded.

PHONE NUMBER AT END!

INVESTIGATION INTO PROTEST UNDERWAY AS POLICE THANK FAITH LEADERS AND COUNCIL
More Press Releases
19 July 2010 - Updated: 19 July 2010

DETECTIVES are today beginning the post-event investigation into disorder and criminal offences during yesterday's protest in Dudley.

A team of detectives are beginning inquiries into a number of incidents reported during Saturday's protest, including criminal damage to buildings and disorder in pockets around the town.

The significant task of trawling through hours of CCTV footage will also begin later today.

A total of 21 arrests were made throughout the operation, which includes 17 for violent disorder, two for affray, one for a public order offence and one for possession of an offensive weapon.

Assistant Chief Constable Sharon Rowe said: "It is very disappointing that we are this morning dealing with a number of people in custody, and the investigation into disorder which took place at yesterday's event, after a great deal of effort went into facilitating a peaceful protest by the English Defence League in Dudley.

"We worked very hard to try and make this event pass off peacefully and I would like to thank the local authority and local faith leaders for their efforts in getting messages out to local people, especially local youths, regarding what the laws and powers were around this event.

"It is hugely disappointing that despite these efforts, there were still elements from the EDL and local youths intent on causing disorder.

"Every effort will be made to identify those involved in disorder and criminal behaviour and bring them to justice.

"Such behaviour is completely unacceptable and is extremely disappointing.

"We will not allow a minority to undermine good relations within Dudley and the wider area, and local officers will be working hard in the weeks to come to ensure that the harmony amongst local communities continues."

A separate inquiry is also underway by officers in the Force Traffic department, following a road traffic collision which took place in King Street, Dudley town centre at around 4pm, as protesters were dispersing from the main demonstration site.

A total of six people were taken to hospital following the collision. Their injuries range from minor hand and leg complaints to a broken pelvis.

A man later came forward to speak to police about the incident.

Police have appealed for witnesses but at this stage there is nothing to suggest the collision was deliberate.

A force spokesman said: "We are in the very early stages of the investigation but initial witness accounts suggest a family car was caught up in a small pocket of protesters.

"Whilst trying to work its way clear the car collided with some of the protesters as they left the protest area."

Anyone with information relating to the collision, or the events in Dudley town centre yesterday, is urged to contact West Midlands Police on 0345 113 5000.

SERIOUSLY DO NOT DROP THIS WITH THE OLD BILL

THEY ARE cnutS AND ARE RELYING ON YOU TO TAKE THEIR WORD FOR IT AND NOT TAKE IT ANY FURTHER!

Take it as far as you can. Write letters/phone calls everyday if you have to. Tell every local news out let. Im talking from experience, Dont let it rest. Get as many people on your side as possible. Be a thorn in their side over it. Dont let them win.

Its still classed as a hit and run. The guy has to stop by law at the scene so there can be an investigation by police. He carried on driving. Take them to the fcuking cleaners.

did any one see what happened when the BMW ran into a 5 people, two being my daughter and her boyfriend.
look at dudley live updates page 8 mate-

Just wanted to clear something up if it hasn’t already.
I was reading last night on my mobile, but only got to page 3, now its 8. But anyway about the car and the EDL Members on King St.

It was a Blue BMW mk 3 I believe. There was a black guy driving (yardie looking, dreadlocks) and a woman passenger (was not a FAMILY so I'm told).
He came speeding through the crowd at King St. I turned round as he sped past me and he was literally laughing, hard to believe but I couldnt believe it myself for a split second.
As he was speeding off, EDL members realised what happened and started chasing the car (with out a doubt if he got caught he was a dead man, cos I would of been one of ‘em). He was then released through the barrier of WMP, even with a smashed front screen and missing windscreen cover (blue obv). Then they even had the cheek to come and ask us for his number plate! I’m sure they was on drugs.

I used to work for an insurance company last year not mentioning any names (Admiral,Diamond,Bell and Elephant) and the person who ran into your daughter and others will have to let the insurance company know because that is the law of insurance for the police not to give you any info is wrong they should at least give you the insurance company's name (If he is insured that is if he isn't then he should be sent to jail) and your daughter should be able to claim from the MIB Motot Insurance Bereau this is a government funded department set up for claims like this it may take years but your daughter and other people involved deserve a payout. please feel free to PM me if you need any advice.
